Everything was great had no problems

Very disappointed with everyone involved from sales person to contractors and everyone in between. Once purchased issues are addressed in a very poor and unconcerned matter. Told not to except perfect in this new home build take what I got even though I paid full asking price. Never recommend Lennar to anyone ever

Excellent home buying experience with lennar

Home buying experience down to the tee! Lennar Homes have figured it out. Buyers have the option to go with an outside lender or thru Lennar homes Mortgage with added benefit or discount. We opted to go with our previous Lender from our first mortgage. It’s the buyer’s choice and you’re in control of that decision which is important since you’re making one of the biggest purchases in your life. Home location & appliances are top notch with everything is included appliances (basic +washer & dryer, & fridge). Our Lennar Real estate agent at the Collection at St. Cloud did an outstanding job keeping us informed about the developments in our home buying process. And made sure to communicate our concerns with Lennar Homes. It was clear that she was also looking out for us. We really appreciate her excellent customer service. We highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone dreaming of owning a home. It’s been 3 months since we’ve relocated from the east coast and we’re still in awe that our California dreaming is now a California living for real!!! In the 9 months between down payment and closing we grew increasingly concerned that Lennar was trying to sell the home out from under us. Tactics used to undermine the sale were devious and not direct with us as buyers. Received pressure to remove contingencies and written agreement about timing was brought into question. Now that we have closed and the process is done, we’ve been told by those in the know that the home value for price is equal or better than other builders. Workmanship on finishes is only fair (sanding, painting, door alignment, over use of caulk to cover up sloppy workmanship, etc.) Everything is builder grade. No substitutions were allowed, not even colors. Worst issue: after only 4 months of gentle use, engineered hardwood floors (part of the premium package) have scratched easily and repair is impossible. The Lennar finance team, specifically Bobby, was awful regarding communication and limited in giving info or helping us during the loan process. Despite my > 800 credit score, he could have done better with the interest rate. Yet I got stuck with a higher interest than the going rate in the market. I felt deceived. Regarding the building process, everything seemed to be “no”. Not flexible at all. The workmanship, 5 months later I’m still correcting things identified in the final walk through. Just last month I found out that one of the vents on the roof was not placed. It was missing. This cookie cutter mentality disregarding the customer disappointed me. I’ve built and owned, with this home, 3 Lennar homes. The first two, outstanding. That’s why I chose Lennar. But this one, a different story. Thank God for my insistence, we are finally getting there. Just waiting for my garage replacement, painting of re- Stucco of entrance wall and fixing with paint of some frames inside. If I had to select a builder for another home in the future, right at this time, it would not be Lennar. Would not recommend them to friends and family. ... More

Great designs and great transition process from start to end

The Sales and the Mortgage agents kept good communication through out the Process. Paperwork was mostly on the Computer, including closing. No issues at all. The house itself is really good quality and perfect design for my family of four. Really love my new Home

The Lennar team is 10 stars. Great customer service from their sales team to their customer service team that made sure our home was ready for move in. I only have 1 issues. I believe everyone can agree to it as well. The paint is terrible. One layer of cheap paint. You barely touch it and you see the yellow from the base. Charge us an extra $1000 on the home and give us quality. Everything else is quality, but the paint.

nice modern homes, good follow-up service. small yards but nice to have the landscaping included.

We love our new home and Fendol Farms. Once we were thought the closing process things were much easier. Seems like the coordination between Lennar and the land developers needs some work. The few issues we had with the home were handled quickly and without questions.

Lennar mortgage personnel was an absolute nightmare I recommend getting your own mortgage company big time!!!

Everything was great. But I think the cleaning could be better when I received my unit. Overall a good experience and I would like to have business with the company again. Thank you.
