All the response to questions never happened, we still have a lot of blue tape all over. They painted over the gouge on the bug built in dispenser outside. We had to go to far up the Corporate ladder to get things done.

The house stood thru the hurricane. The quality of work is terrible. The reason the walls are textured is to hide imperfections and not mud and sand. There are dips and ruts. I like the neighbors and surroundings. Lennar does not look at the home form the inside as a home owner and how things work. The driveway has no sub barrier so grass continuously grows thru. There was so much blue tape warranty said this is construction things not post close warranty.

Worst home and home buying experience ever

This will be THE LAST time I ever buy a Lennar home and I will tell everyone who asks me, how crappy this house is. We basically only moved forward with the purchase because it was buy this house or be homeless. We pay so much money for a house that comes with the bare minimum. We don't even have a back yard water faucet and live facing a retention area. If that area ever caught fire, we have no way of helping contain that. No window screens, our home inspector was shocked with no screens. The door ways to the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible as they are so narrow. We live in TEXAS ...

Terrible customer service! Pressure to close on home when not ready. Told us to move form 4 states away that it was ready to move in. It was still rough, not finished. Had to live in hotel for a couple of weeks after closing. Poor responsiveness from managers. Shabby finish work. I will never buy from Lennar again and will do my very best to warn future customers.

Very bad construction and Custome rsupport

Lot of issues: NO Heat Pump until after 2 months of closing. No proper customer support, Negligence in responding to queries. No Extra laminate tiles given Backyard sliding door is broken within a month. Issues with price paid. Bad /un acceptable appraisal report provided for the home. I need to escalate this however the customer reps are very hesitant to do that because of the issue on the builder side.

We bought our house in end of August 2022, still some things are unfinished. Hard to reach general contractor, hard to reach association. We are really disappointed.

Terrible experience!!! The Lennar Team had terrible communication. My closing was pushed back several time. On closing day there was still a number of items not completed. From front office, to construction, to warranty. This Lennar Team here is TERRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HOUSE.

I bought a Lennar (New Home) in 2004 and had a very good experience, but this time we were disappointed. We chose the house because of the school. Our friends warned us about Lennar. We are still working to get all fixed from Lennar. A lot they just won't. While we closed on the house, they were still working at the home, and it seems like it never ends. Extremely disappointed with the whole process. Our sales agent was NOT responsive - it would take days and multiple outreach for them to respond. And my house was not finished and had many things wrong with it when we closed. Now I’m dealing with all the work orders and it’s very inconvenient to juggle as we work full time. Would not buy from LENNAR again.

Questions with new home consultant were never actually answered, they were ‘danced’ around. Had 9 pages of fixes to be done after initial walk through. Upon the ‘final walkthrough’ there were workers still in the house fixing things. I left explaining the final walkthrough should mean everything is done and ready for review. Still not all things have been corrected almost 2 months after move in. Very disappointing as a first time home buyer. Don’t recommend.

Like any new build there are sometimes are a few issues here and there that need to be corrected and the builder will stand behind those issues in this case there is a lot of things in place with the company to get you to tell them what’s wrong so that they can come back and take care of it the only problem is their systems keep crossing and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing it’s been a very bad process so far and the quality of work on chip has been much less than in the past with this builder

Terrible home buying experience. Communication was terrible, little to no follow up. The mandatory inclusion of solar panels was not clearly communicated what the process for set up is and has not been resolved months after closing. Buying an unfinished home

This has been my worst experience buying a new home. This is my 3rd. I closed the house because the bank told me that a delay will raise the Interest rate. In that moment I was trapped. I moved to a house with no bath vents, loose floor tiles, no windows sills or painting completed, wavy drywalls, and a long etc. after 2 months and a half living here lennar haven’t repaired a single screw. Oh yes, they repaired the main entrance door because I lived there with no door lock for the first 3 days.

Will not advice to buy home with lennar

Bad customer experience. Without water approval the sod is installed for the home backyard ,no water for the sod for more than month.During TLC review I have raised the concern about the sod dying,lennar said sod will come back.Now it’s 2 to 3 months and the sod is dead,when I go back and raise a request,no response.This happened for many houses . NO response from lennar and very bad customer experience. There are multiple points for the bad customer experience.

The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with the builder was not good especially since they want to close before the home is complete and for someone that is a buyer from out of state is hard to check all the details of the final construction and in my home, there are lots of issue like paint, hold in the upstair stair broken or defected doors and for the high price that the home has the material, users is very low quality and the same that is listed on the home model .

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled.
