I am local to the home office, but was forced to close via remote video. Therefore no one was face to face to hand me the keys to my home. I asked how this would be handled and was assured they would have my keys at the neighborhood model home. I reached out to them after closing and was assured someone would be at the model home to provide me my keys that afternoon until 630PM, I drove the 45 minutes to the model home and no one was there. This started the lies and misinformation for the next 72 hours. I was told multiple stories about what the issue was. Finally they admitted they had lost the keys, when I asked for a solution I was met with contempt and lack of empathy. It took them 72 hours to finally change the locks and provide me with keys to my home. However they also lost my mailbox keys, since they were with the original set of keys. This took two weeks to resolve and only after they had miraculously found the lost keys. When I asked for compensation for time spent locked out of my home I was met with ire and treated as if I was in the wrong. I still have never been made whole and essentially tossed aside. This seems to be an issue with Lennar as the same thing happened in 2018 when I bought a different house they had misplaced the keys however at that time the sales rep was on top of it and we had the keys within a few hours. I am so pleased with the cottage I purchased. I was concerned that my furniture an kitchen items would not fit, but surprisingly, everything fit. Especially the kitchen. Both will and bailey are very responsive pointing me.The right directions assisting me throughout the process.I can't thank them enough With the exception of a patio "which I still miss having "the items the home did not include are things people would want to put in their own personal touch. And really love Caney Mill's subdivision, It's very well kept an great neighbors.

Great house and value, but for the love, WHY do they send so many emails? Please just let me buy a house without hounding me. I’ve bought many houses and have NEVER experienced this kind of annoying marketing. Go away Lennar!

I have a four bedroom home and it’s still too small. The bedrooms are so small 10 by tens are a waste of time you can’t even fit decent furniture trying to put a queen size bed and a dresser. There’s no space for anything else. I think it’s ridiculous and it should be against the law to build such a small room for someone to live in just my personal opinion.

The quality of the build is about what you would expect to find with any builder, meaning generally good construction, but like any construction there a few areas that are out of square.

Transition was great. The staff was very helpful and professional. Craftsmanship is ok, but I do love the design.

I would say in my experience, loved everyone that we had contact with working for Lennar. They made it easy for us, answered all questions we needed answered. Communication was superb by Lennar.

The home purchasing process was a breeze. Our loan officer was responsive and friendly. The builder’s rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to move in within the month we signed our purchase agreement. The materials in the home are okay. We will be changing out bathroom faucets and toilets to ones that are more to our liking. Needless to say we couldn’t be happier!

My new home was built on schedule.The lenar team is very helpful. Deborah and Danny succeeded in getting me through this purchase. The total company was very easy to work with

Closing was nightmare for me

Purchasing my new home from Lennar has been a good experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. What impressed me the most was…..the home came with modern finishes, smart technology, and energy‑efficient features that other builders often treat as upgrades. Walking into my new home, I felt an immediate sense of comfort knowing that it was move‑in ready with all the essentials already in place. Jon from the Inspection team was excellent. He took care of minor issues that were identified by him and us during inspection. He was quick on responding back with any questions we had. The construction quality could have been little better especially the fence in the backyard. Inside the house, I appreciate the open floor plan, natural light, and thoughtful design. After closing, Lennar’s customer care team has been responsive and supportive for most of times. However, I do have concern about solar company. They have not processed our paperwork with PG&E so even after 2 months house is still not on solar energy. We had made several attempts to Lennar customer service and vendor. Lennar customer service gave phone number where we cannot leave message and no one picked the phone even when it was tried different days and different times. Lennar can do a better job on this other than that it was a fabulous experience with Lennar. Overall, buying from Lennar has given me not just a house, but a home where I can build lasting memories. Every time I reach out with a concern or question, he responds promptly, follows through, and makes sure things get done. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help have made the entire process so much easier and less stressful for us. Our sales person, Kimberly, was wonderful. We felt comfortable with her and that she was giving all the information we needed. Mortgage was another strory and that has been a big problem for Lennar for years. This is our 3rd Lennar home and the mortgage dept. is always a issue. Closing for the most part was good. We were told we would get our $5000 deposit check back at closing, we didn't receive it for about 2 weeks later and 20 phone calls. Also, no deed in the package and no real introduction to obtaining services at the amenties center. Warranty with Guilmero is the best Lennar has done in years. He know his business, responds as to what needs to be done and how to address it. Right now, we have a issue with warranty and they want a virtual phone meeting. We find that totally unacceptable. our home was completed slightly ahead of schedule, our initial walk through found several cosmetic items that were all taken care of before our final walk through. Since moving in we found a few items that needed attention all of which were taken care of in a timely manner. For us the customer service has been great, everyone we have dealt with has been super nice and easy to deal with. For the money I believe that our home has been a great investment and would recommend Lennar to everyone.

Very ship materials are use to build, finishes are really bad.

Found th design house in a different development than first wanted. Multiple POA restrictions. Showed us house. Lied about being able to use Burnt store marina pool. Later told about easement which restricted pool layout. Mortgage sent multiple paper work- some sent multiple times. Had to wait 2 days to get keys after our settlement. Not a great idea to buy a lennar house in mixed community of builders. House vacant over a year. Had lots of bugs on the floors. Even blood on floor and wall. Still with problems getting onto website to report problems.

please remove my name from the entrance of the building for the private and we do not walk through the entrance since we have different entrance. the garage door is automatically open and close . need to be fixed asap.

Professional, inflexible, corporate, cold, impersonal.

All staff were very nice and provided us all information we needed. The communication between the staff and myself went very well. They texted me and/or emailed me in order to help me complete the process of purchasing the house.

Not everything I was told is how it really happened. Everything I was told that would be included with my monthly payment in escrow with separated from the actual payment so all my bills are all over the place and I had to hunt down everything that I’m going to be paying so that I do not forget to pay something only use my house such as insurance taxes HOA fees were all supposed to be included with my monthly mortgage payment. I’m very disappointed and just a month and a half after purchase I get hit with more cost that I was not anticipating they can do better.

It’s NOT worth the headache to use Lennar mortgage for the credits the offer. Our loan took over 60 days because Patrick the loan officer was incompetent. Repeatedly asked for the same documents and did not know how to read bank statements. It caused so much stress for my husband and I.

Not good quality construction

The quality and work done is poor. The responsiveness to issues is also not good. I would not recommend.

Me and my family where in process of buying a new construction from them, well once all came down to paperwork the appraiser under praised it AND THEY WOULDNT BUDGE! You would think we’ll sale th house to us for that price he “appraised” it for shoot I’ll even settle for 10k over appraisal! BUT, not lennar lol noooooo they CANCELLED ALL PAPERWORK TERMINATED OUR HOME BUYING PROCESS THE ONLY GOOD WAS GETTING OUR MONEY BACK! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY SAY THEY ARE HERE TO “HELP” YOU BUT CAN GIVE 2 SH*TS ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE!
