2 days after moving in to the new construction home my downstairs bathroom had a sewage back up and overflow. I had 6 inches of sewage in my entire bottom floor of the house. Bayonet was sent out to scope the lines and clear the clog, they found construction rags blocking the path and the cause for the over flow. This over flow ruined almost all of my furniture and everything in the boxes that had not been unpacked yet sitting in my living room. Usually I don’t do reviews unless it’s really demanding. Here goes my 2 cents Sales Initially it all started off well. I had another rep assigned just before closing as the previous rep left Lennar. And this new rep is rude and arrogant. I’m glad I don’t have to work a lot with the new rep besides some electronic paper work. In fact I never met the new rep. Since we close the house we have lot of issues especially dishwasher not working at all Lennar suppose to solve this push to Ge the front and back they never finish brick work in side lot of places paint on floor final finishing is very bad we spend lot of money now we have to do it our self every time you call they said this is not us we dont cover lots small things never finish again workmanship is very bad

I’m still waiting for issues to be corrected on my home. I asked about why there are no window screens and was told that they where removed. I’ve never bought a home with out them. There is no documentation that says you wouldn’t have them. The painters are using water down paint and just are overall sloppy. The exterior is missing calking around all windows overhang. My salesman never called stayed in touch throughout my whole buying experience. If it wasn’t for my daughter staying on top of everything, I would have never closed.

I will not recommend. They bullied me to close on Jan 31 because they wanted high numbers for the month when they knew that the property wasn't fully ready. Lights in the patio was out of order, plugs in the living room not connected, missing breaker for the Solar system, irrigation pipe for a housing plumbing pipe, wrong entry keys provided at closing. So no, I would not recommend or write a great review.

Our experience was horrible, we chose and paid for a model Santa Rosa. However, our home was not built like the model. My master bedroom is missing two windows, a dining room should have been the enginery flood instead of a carpet. we got 1000 back for carper. The home was over price didn't pass the appraiser's value, we were given 11,000 after our lawyer was able to reach cooperate, but it still has 15,000 underwater. Instead of being “ wowed” our home buying experience was terrible. The inside of the home was ok, the tile floors being the worst….in fact we are still trying to get the floors clean and presentable. The customer rep seemed bored and mechanical and did not act on any issues for over a month. Our construction manager Mark was the only reliable person that we could talk to. I knew I felt hesitant about closing on the house the day of closing, and now I regret choosing Lennar. At this point, I can confidently say that I would not recommend to family or friends. We completed a walkthrough on the house and spent hours putting blue tape on poor quality issues, only to have a small amount of it fixed by day of closing. Communication was absolutely horrible through the home buying process. My close date was changed more than half a dozen times and we were over 1 yr delayed, I received a house with many issues that are still being resolved including exposed electrical wires, unfinished kitchen cabinets, etc. The warranty team takes quite a long time to resolve problems when something is submitted. Lots of corners were cut and it was a very unpleasant experience overall.

Do not buy, run away. Sales team made false promises, they are just looking for your money. No quality and construction issues left and right. Tile issues, plumbing issues, poor worksmanship, cutting corners everywhere. They want to save on everything.just expect atleast 4walls.

I closed on a townhouse on Dec. 30 and there were many problems (interior bifold doors missing, missing bath vanity, missing trim pieces, ants and spiders everywhere, etc) Plus, the overall job was extremely sloppy and unacceptable. Lennar took what should have been an exciting and happy event and turned it into the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Lazy and did the bare minimum when it came to supervision of subcontractors. It definitely shows in the final product. Quality and schedule both suffered. The quality is a C- at best and the schedule was non existent. Lennars best quality is the community that’s all, as far as a builder the peopl from start to finish do no justice for the brand. Bad quality construction, cheap products. Lennar has very customer service and zero post-sale commitment. There is no SLA for the resolution of the issues. Uneven flooring, lousy painting, cracks on the walls.

Lennar is TERRIBLE. They would say anything just to get your foot in the door and the contract signed. Then they delay and delay. They even take away promised features just to get the unit “completed” quickly. They promised the Flo water shut off, then didn’t install it because “they ran out”. On the day of closing, I pointed out that my roof is missing ALL circulation vents, and they responded “oh we must have ran out” but I forced them to install it.
