HOA process is extensive

Please make sure things are completed at your home before closing. otherwise, you keep contacting them to fix the issues at home after closing.

Great builder. Awesome customer service

The finance people don’t answer any calls or emails give me an hour heads up to close. Walk through was horrible. Walls weren’t straight, exterior paint doesn’t match, my washer wasn’t set up correctly and it flooded my laundry room the first time I used it. I have plenty more things that went wrong. Some were corrected but some where not. Lennar’s excuse was they are closing on 200 houses that month. How is that my problem? Every neighbor I talk to has / have complaints. Lennar needs to revisit quality control. Let’s just put it this way, would you like to buy a new car and would you like to have it fixed once a week for something different every time? ... More

5 month old hone with at least 10 unanswered tickets in queue. Water seeping through guest bath floor, havent heard from anyone. Closing was moved at last minute and blue tape items never fixed. Have not heard from anyone!! Never again..

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. We love our home and its a beautiful area but after you have paid and moved in others who haven't moved in are put as priority when you have warranty item issues. They need to fix this! ... More

Opt for the upgraded interior paint if its offered as a roll on style paint the spray paint job is horrible and there's overspray everywhere. Look at the baseboards, window sills and door trim on your walk thru - the cleaning crew misses them every time in every room; they're covered in plaster dust... Make sure your laminate floor is quiet, no crackling or popping. Walk every room for squeaking floors and stairs - get commitment for repairs. All of your "quality concerns" are going to be handled after the fact by customer service...make sure you have their number and email addresses before they leave your walk thru - other wise it may be a few weeks before you hear from someone again. ... Seems that the builder are hiring quick help and they contractors are not professional just hiring anyone off the street to get the job done

Many things had to be redone because of poor quality. Should concentrate on DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.

Overall the experience was Great! The only part that was a little bit choppy was the loan process. Had to reach out a few times to get answers and wouldn’t get clear answers.

Lennar builds a great home, well thought out, and move in with nothing to do such as landscaping or adding irrigation systems. It’s all done for you.

Our new Lennar home is beautiful! Our Lennar sales agent made our home buying process easy. He was kind, professional and not pushy.

After my experience, I would never buy or recommend anyone buy a Lennar product. From a distance it looks great, but when you actually look closely, the workmanship is horrible. In the 4 months of living in my new construction home I've had a flood, ceiling leaks, and a loss of hot water due to a gas regulator issue. While most of these issues have been fixed, it was a battle and shouldn't happen to begin with in a new construction home.

Working with the underwriter was a terrible experience. Endless questions about insignifigant expenses that were pertinant to one month of expenses only. He could have easily missed major expenses that occurred on other months. I wish we had financed through our bank that knows us well. Great service and follow up with Dave H. on final inspection. He was extremely responsive when we had the A/C break down. Megan P. has been very good with staying in touch to see if we were satisfied.

they are easy to deal with and respond quickly to your concerns

On-site customer service is great. If there are any issues, they are quick to fix them. Everything included makes life easier. The color that comes with the house is hideous, I wish they paint it all white so buyers can choose. I am happy with my decision to buy a house with Lennar.

Everything they said was true when they said everything is included. The staff is always professional and courteous. Any problem with the house is met quickly and to my satisfaction. You can't go wrong buying a house from Lennar!

As long as Tom is the building manager, I will feel taken care of. From small issues to large, Tom was so easy to contact and fixed anything promptly.

The house is very complete besides options.
