Lennar financing doesn’t know how to treat its customers. Several of my neighbors had the same experience of the company not paying attention to detail. Several times I had to send multiple copies off financial records, contacts not having updated information, closing work tickets without fixing issues, and having to continually show job validation records to name just a few. They treated me and the other veterans like we were 2nd class citizens. Buyer beware!!!

Arthur Brown was us a great Salesman and immediately responded to any concerns.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall, we have had an amazing experience purchasing and building our beautiful home with Lennar. We absolutely love everything, down to the finishes. Lennar homes have a luxurious feel for affordable pricing. The Next Gen layouts couldn’t fit our needs more perfectly. We instantly fell in love and knew this was the perfect home for us. There is definitely room for improvement with communication to homeowners as well as throughout the company itself, but at the end of the day our needs were met. The process could’ve been smoother and closing was a hassle. All in all, would highly recommend Lennar to build your dream home too! ... More

The team was excellent selling the home. Being a track home builder, the materials quality was. 3/5. The price indicates that. Solving issues is a problem going thru them……there is a lot of deflecting involved so I tend to take care of things myself by spending more money. Great activities, clubhouse and social director planning events. There is ton to do if you want. I’m happy with the space layout inside my house but the workmanship is just ok…..I’m used to custom homes and this is my first track builder purchase.

Sales people were nice Project management are willing to correct any issues immediately We purchased the Hartford model. We love the flow of the home. After being in the house 6 months, my only dislike is the master bathroom. The shower and water room are backed up to the living room wall and everything can be heard when being used. This design flaw could be corrected by switching the sink and lining closet with the shower and water room.

Lack of communication throughout the home building process from the Construction Manager and Salesperson. Many things missed or shortcuts taken that I had to ask to go back and address. Flooring options are subpar, as we have already had to replace the cheap engineered hardwoods they use. I will think twice in the future prior to using Lennar.

Definitely buy a Lennar home , they make the home buying experience so easy and pleasurable.

Cheap stuff were used , like the paint very bad. The grout already cracked in the bath tub. Other stuff. To get things fixed Is horrible.

Slow in response to items needing correction.

Thanks to Joannie L. and Kathy P. made our home buying experience painless and no stress experience. Always ready with answers and help that we need. and after we closed, Jeff and Jose were always there and prompt if we have any issues or concerns. Great Team and is very much appreciated, can't thank them enough.

The sales rep Sam was very knowledgeable and the follow up by Robert and Kimber was great.

The staff was great from start to finish!!! Sawyer went above and beyond in addressing our issues and concerns. The town is beautiful, you wont be disappointed!!

Quality and Custom are words that come to mind with Lennar. The overall experience has been good and we were able to close on time without any issues.

The inside was rushed and you can tell a lot of skipped steps.

Our experience has been mostly good. The workmanship is not great, but the warranty department has been excellent in addressing any issues.

Two days after we moved in, we found the bottom of our kitchen cabinets were wet. We contacted Lennar right away and they left us without water for 24 hours and drilled through the concrete to find the leak. Three weeks later, it turned out there was another leak which was the result of an unconnected AC pipe from the second floor, flooding the kitchen for a month. Lennar only blamed their contractor, Bayonet Plumbing, the entire time. 30+ people came in and out of our brand-new home for a month, leaving us impossible to stay home due to the construction in the kitchen.

I wish the sales associate would have spent more time going over all options. There are things that looking back I would have done a few more options. Also the quality of workmanship on the house is subpar at best. I worked in the construction field for close to 20 years and would never have left a finished project look the way it did. You may want to take a look at the subcontractors you use and their quality control. If I could redo this whole buying process I probably wouldn't have used Lennar. It was an ok buying experience. Everyone always has closing problems!!!

Love the design. Good quality in construction.

Don't believe everything that is told to you when buying a house.
