The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. However, after the earnest money deposit is made (which I would loose if I withdrew) I later discovered these amenities are located in different communities across the street, requiring shared access. Dealing with Lennar has been a nightmare! Their responsiveness is non existent and anytime there is a problem, they pass the buck to someone else and you never get a straight answer from anybody. We were warned to stay away from Lennar but we did not listen and we paid the price. I would greatly advise any new home buyers to STAY AWAY FROM LENNAR!

No one knows what’s happening and keep on moves the closing date and on the day of the closing they informs you that they are not closing today. First off after several (6-7x) of getting and sending my homeowners insurance correction after correction from the lending team I was threatened with being charged per day that the house went over closing even after sending them everything I was getting from progressive. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home. Lennar is horrible, and I would never ever recommed anybody using this company. Everything was cheap. The dry wall work was a mess and never fixed. The vents and outlets were crooked. They put in the wrong bannister than what I was promised. The dishwasher didn't work the first day I moved in. Toilets consistently clog. Closet doors are always coming off the track. Stay away from lennar.

We had the worst experience in home buying with Lennar in Princeton. The sales agent Connor Frank was rude, arrogant and held a lot of information just to make the sale. There were numerous issues with the house and the workmanship which were not properly addressed before closing. After closing there is no one interested in resolving the issues. Connor Frank is the worst agent you could possibly come across and Lennar is possibly the work builder to buy a home. They have stopped responding to calls and texts and do not want to resolve the issues even under the warranty.

I have sent pictures of cracked toilet, moulding not attached, doors with no weather stripping, vents that blow cold air when the heater isn't even working. We have towels over doors. We have had doors that won't shut. Cabinets that the faces are warped.

LENNAR is the worst for customer service. This was my first time buying a home and they made my life difficult for a whole year. There is NO communication at all. When I finally did my final walk through of the house things still weren’t finished, I was told by the construction manager that he would take care of it but don’t tell them that he was doing that but he never did now I have to go through home warrant which is another hassle.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this builder. The quality of construction is subpar, and they cut corners wherever possible. They use the cheapest materials, and additional bedrooms are not even equipped with proper lighting or electrical access for light. Basic necessities like a toilet paper holder are also not provided.
