The sales person, construction managers, and closing agent failed to take ownership of their actions and severely lacked in communicating among themselves for a smooth closure. The sales person towards the end shows bad attitude which made our closing experience worst of all. Amateurs! Poor craftsmanship!

Horrible experience, from every aspect of the staff. Sales, loan financing, leadership-all are lacking professional customer service skills. Definitely, I will not recommend Lennar to potential buyers!

Overall the experience of this home was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The house was not clean and welcoming when entering a brand new home due to the following discoveries after closing: Damages to the walls, paint left on the floor, grout left on the titles, thermal expansion tank installed incorrectly twice, Green tape left on all of the bedroom doors, blue and green tape peeled off and left on the floor & carpets.Tire marks left on garage floor. the home was not cleaned and prep as promised by Lennar for closing. Not only was my house incomplete, but the work that was done was very poor quality. I was told workers would be back to complete the construction and never showed. My roof leaked and ruined a bedroom the second night I was here. I’m still trying to get repairs a month later. Absolutely horrible experience so far!!!!!

Our family's experience with Lennar, unfortunately, has been TERRIBLE. Lennar has completely ridden a hot market wave to take advantage of buyers and gotten away with poor quality finishing and broken promises. The home buying experience. We bought a home in Apex that was completed and closed almost 6 months after original closing date. I was asked to close on the house that was not ready, i was told that everything would be fixed within a couple days however after two months the house is still not ready as multiple issues reminds unsolved and no one at Lennar homes will give me a straight answer or timeline.

I had very hard time with Lennar sales person and Mortigage people ,they are not co-operative and they will not include any upgrades,we have to go with their recommendations , so f you want smooth process I will not recommend Lennar homes at all .

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. The builders have rushed through the jobs without making sure that things are safer, making sure that things are secure, or complete. We had people peeing in the toilet painters. Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Worst experience ever. Showed up day of closing to complete punch walk review and then head to closing. Show up and nothing on punch list was completed. Construction PM left as he had prior obligations. Never mentioned that we did not have a CO and couldn’t close. After waiting for over hour and half for someone else to show up to walk home ( no one ever did ) we get a call that CO won’t happen for another 5 days. Very disappointed in the overall process, quality and value as well as responsiveness to issues. Keep being told "this is the way it is these days" instead of having the respect and quality that a new house should. The only goal was to close on the house - no matter what shape it was in - and was promised all items would be fixed right away. Going on 2 months and the majority of the issues haven't even been scheduled to be fixed. Everyone is paying A+ prices these days and getting C+ quality and service. Thank you.

From the beginning to well after closing (1 1/2 months now,we received no occupancy permit,but forced to close!) It's been crazy busy with contractors in and out fixing all of the obvious problems that were not addressed, I would never recommend this to anyone, the horror stories are too many and such long stories, I hope this helps someone with their decision.

Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. From the start the person we connected with we had poor communications with she never returned or answered calls. This also goes for the loan agent Trisha Ayala was TERRIBLE. The loan processers were all TERRIBLE. Very poor communication and not trust worthy not honest. Would never recommend them or to anyone wanting to buy a house.

Throughout the purchase process I was told things by the Lennar realtor that were later found out to be straight lies. They told me that all the supply’s were secured and the only issue would be labor. My house was then delayed for 10 months with no real explanation. But I’m pretty sure it was delayed to get smaller houses done to meet Lennar’s quota for their stock value. The walk thru got delayed until the day of close even though I was repeatedly told how detailed their quality checks were flawless nothing was addressed before closing. We went and looked at the exact home that we wanted, it looked wonderful. We were told that everything in that house is what we were getting.
