Need urgently fix the response service and the level of communication with the buyers My house deed documents were send by a normal mail instead of a proper courier company like DHL,FEDEX Which caused documents to get lost , I was never asked whether how or when will the documents be sent , no communication whatsoever , this is just one example of lack of communication with the buyer and there are many more …

Home was dirty on move-in day - countertops, flooring and carpets. No hot water for a week. Sliding glass door wouldn't stay locked. Garage floor had globs of mudding all over. No one to go over all the tech installed. Now there's mice. Called exterminator. Lennar customer care doesn't want to take any responsibility.

It’s obvious that the sales teams don’t care about you as a person. It appears the sale is their main goal. We heard phrases when asking questions about the home that didn’t seem right “oh I thought you wanted to buy a home. We have many people interested.” Or “yes I’ll take care of that” after the 3rd email and still needing to send more emails and a phone call just to find out how you’re getting your move in key. The construction manager was Lennar’s savings grace. He was a pleasure to work with.

Lennar messed up on the grass installation date that led to ALL the grass dying that Lennar had installed . I went by my verbal conversation with Kyle because I trusted him. When things went wrong he and the managers either went mute or told me to show something in written otherwise they can’t do anything. My total expenditure for this goof up is $3.5k!! Shane started telling me all about when the grass needs to be installed that Kyle or no one else mentioned when they should have. On top of that he said he won’t talk to the landscape company to see if they can give me the builder rate ...

We were placed on the "VIP" list for our home in the volatile Colorado home buying market in November 2020. 48 hours before going under contract on an agreed price, we were told that our signing date was going to be pushed back a few months ( Due to covid of course ) and there would be a 20K plus price increase. We were told by a Lennar employee that the reason for the increase was because Lennar was underselling their homes so they increased prices to generate profits (this employee also stated this to our realtor ). Overall was a pretty poor experience. Glad it's over and will never go through Lennar again. All of our neighbors have reported having dealt with very similar or worse issues. Most, if not all of our neighbors have had to have additional work done to their houses after move in. Everything is just halfway done. No real effort is put into any part of these homes. Our loan officer was definitely the worst part. Definitely a shady operation going on. If you can, go through a different lender for sure.

They don’t do anything over the bare minimum… unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. Avoid Lennar, Lennar Mortgage, and Lennar Title they’re all equally as bad and have horrendous customer service.

I would not recommend lennar to any home buyer. From the mortgage process to the poor workmanship I have experienced on my home and ability to take accountability, I would definitely hot recommend any of these homes to a new home buyer.

Abysmal experience with builder. Beware. Over 30 items on our punch list were ignored or halfway completed to satisfaction. Should have been a great experience as this was supposed to be my "last" home purchase in this 55 and older community. Instead, it was defeating and super stressful.

We had flooring issues and although I appreciate Lennar taking care of the issue our baseboards and walls were destroyed in the process. We were told painters cannot be scheduled until January and the damage is beyond what paint can fix. We had to do a key release for a week while the work was being done which is fine but the workers used our spare restroom and soiled our bath mats past being able to be cleaned and left urine stains on our toilet. The home was turned back over to us filthy. Lennar then had cleaners come the following morning after we requested and they cleansed the bathroom ...

The sales representative, was over an hour late for our appt that we scheduled with him, and then he told us to just go show ourselves around the 2 options of properties, which we did. The only thing good about our experience with Lennar was the sales rep. She was very nice and extremely responsive and helpful. Once we closed on the house, Lennar seemed to not care at all. They got their money and they wiped their hands of us. There have been so many issues already. We've been in the home only 4 months and have had to make a claim with warranty over 10+ times. There seems to have been absolutely no oversight on the build and it shows.

On closing day, 2 hours before our closing, and before we started our final walkthrough they had the audacity to show the home to potential buyers and it was very unprofessional, on closing day the floors were not cleaned and we weren't told not even who the utility company was until after a week we moved in and found out the water company was another utility company than we thought two-weeks after we moved in, we received garage openers a week after we moved in and we should ...

The construction manger was/has been great. The title department was the worst!!! I have NEVER had such a horrible experienced. It’s been 4 months since my closing and last month I was looking for final/completed/signed documents in the portal (that you push so much), to find out they were not there. I had to call title to get them. Defeats the purpose of your so called portal. You have been a failure in almost every aspect of the experience. I say almost only because of Shane the construction manager.
