Upon moving in, they left windows open that we could not reach or see, which led to water damage, the workmanship on the construction is horrible, even to the naked eye. There are issues with stairs that don’t align, finishings that don’t align, paint on floor and carpet, and many other workmanship issues. When asked to fix prior to moving in, they declined to do it and said it is what it is, and made up lame excuses. With the visible workmanship being as bad as it is, it’s worrisome what can’t be seen. Our grass was also left unattended when the sod was put down, and they never watered it, ...

The entire process has been a headache purchasing this home. Issues that arose with my inspector were not properly fixed before closing and is still something I am fighting Lennar with. They are quick to respond to issues but then “complete” them in the portal when it truly has not been fixed. I’m spending close to half a million dollars on this home and I’m getting work that is worse than my 250k DR Horton home. It was very stressful. They approved me for a loan. I payed 30% down payment and after that they told me that I am not approved and I needed to pay off my car. That was not the plan in first place. I had to spend all my money before I made this big purchase. I don’t want to see any email from Lennar ever again.

Lennar mortgage was misleading during the application process, the home is built with poor quality, items were stolen out of the home after under contract to buy, lennar mortgage closing agent did not provide the original mortgage note or security instrument for my records. They also got an advance on my security instrument for the full maturity amount and are now trying to hide the money they received from the Federal Reserve bank while still charging me monthly payments. We are beyond sad for agreeing to go ahead with a Lennar home. Feels like we got a lemon though it was a "brand new home". Almost nothing working, plumbing is substandard with leaks all over the place. Electric quality is so crappy that they switched the wiring. Just crazy, never heard of anything like this. Though the cake as it were must be taken by the sales team - pushy and lies are their only two tools.

While the community is attractive, the builder takes 1000% of the enjoyment of owning a new home away from the buyer. From omitted items which are in the contract, to shoddy construction, to deceptively low HOA fees, Lennar is the champion of bait and switch.

Every aspect of buying a Lennar home was met with a challenge, and even once moved in, there are still issues and challenges. From initially trying to view the home at an advertised open house where there was actually no open house at all, to dealing with the completely incompetent lender which made mistake after mistake on the paperwork and their communication was awful, to the blue tape walk thru where there was a ton of items that needed to be "fixed" such as paint, grout, cabinet fronts, appliance issues etc, that were only half completed on the final walk thru and so we are still ...

We have been so disappointed in the quality of our brand new home. We have only been here a little over a month and we have uneven floors, wood boring beetles, malfunctioning appliances, broken roof tiles, construction debris, and more. Every time we have Lennar come fix something, they either miss the appointment, show up with the wrong materials, or can't fix the issue. I received keys after closing on 7/26/24, there were no blinds and no cleaning at all (lots of construction remains everywhere). Reported Leaking water from the 2nd floor and garage on 8/6/24. The sales agent, Jamie, was very good. We had a good experience with her. Unfortunately, the construction manager, Chad, was not. He stopped communicating with us after closing. Very little of what we asked to be corrected actually got corrected. When defects were pointed out prior to closing, it was suggested that we submit warranty claims after closing. The construction manager's explanation was that the contractors who do the warranty work were better than the construction contractors Lennar uses to build homes. That is likely true - it would be very difficult for them to be worse! ...

We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue.
