They only mean business. They dont care if u missing something. They only nice when u buying. After u complained, They just ignored u. Basically do it yourself kinda thing. Lennar care is good thou. They help u out. Others, thry only good when they dont receive the money yet.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I had bumpy walls that had to be redone after moving in. The frame had to be shaved off. Water leak from the kitchen ceiling after rain. Fireplace malfunction and not practical for use.

Stay away from lennar, costumer service disappears the second you sign the contract. Furthermore they will lie to you about the build quality and potential issues the house might have until you have signed. Do yourself a favor and find a different builder.

Don't ever buy a house over the internet. I used my daughter for help, but my biggest mistake was not coming to Las Vegas myself. I had to buy the home as is, not thinking Lennar did not take care of this house. Its too many things to mention that is wrong with this house, but I'm paying for it now. Never Again !!!

I recently bought a home with Lennar and it was a horrible experience all around. Worst customer service but I could have been ok with that had the workmanship been up to par however when I did my walk through cabinetry molding was literally hanging from the ceiling, floors were the wrong color, tack strips were completely exposed under the carpets resulting is blood being drawn multiple times from stepping on them, no appliances or hot water, and that’s just to name a few of the many issues found just based on workmanship. Choice is theirs. But do not expect a lot. Quality might be lot lower than expectation of buyers. Everyone who saw my house felt sorry for me. And check their included GE appliances especially. Not even buyers choice but buyers will have to deal with the problem.

It was a rough experience from the start. We had a sales man that was just that a salesman. It was tough to get updates because he has to constantly wait on someone else. It would be beneficial once locked in to be able to speak directly with the construction manager as there was a lot of inconsistencies. Even after telling them of the issues with the home early on, on the final walk through these issues were still present. It’s a well known fact that the pandemic has resulted in major delays due to limited supply - why Lennar doesn’t buffer their dates to be realistic and strings you on week by week is beyond me. In addition - City inspections failed due to obvious issues that a supervisor would have noted if they had actually checked. Lennar has turned into a “Reactive”builder and is no longer proactive about getting their homes done right.

From the beginning this has been a poor experience for me with Lennar. I was relocating from WA to AZ and was so excited that my wife and I were able to save up enough money to purchase a home. The sales person that was in-charge of the Arroyo Secco section never listed was worried about getting a commission more than understand what we were looking for. Because were were not in AZ we of course depended on Lennar team and her to give us the proper information and help us with the construction process. This was a mistake. Worst of the Worst

Mortgage process was more painful that an inquisition. Materials and workmanship is pretty cheap. House wasn't cleaned before handed over to me and it has way too many repairs that need to be done, the more toy look, the more you find. Won't recommend Lennar not even to my worst enemy.

Terrible Service by Warranty Dept

Lennar is an extremely difficult company to work with. They only care about the bottom line, which is understandable, but only if you are actually providing the service and experience that you say you're going to provide in the first place. Lennar promises one thing and then provides something totally different. And when given the opportunity to make things right and/or fix the issues they created, Alex and their warranty department then distances themselves from any responsibility or accountability.

Horrible Quality and Workmanship

The house was extremely dirty when we moved in. We had to spend an entire day sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down countertops and baseboards. There was unfinished paint, multiple nails sticking out of the porch ceiling that were just painted over like we wouldn’t see them. Caulking all over the was horrible, completely uneven and bunched up in many spots. The kitchen hood above the stove was left uninstalled with multiple holes drilled in the cabinet because they couldn’t find the outlet and it was just left that way. I had to fix the hood myself. Attitude of sales guy,the disappointment with closing dates

Seller wasn't the most responsive, has an attitude and seem like there was no accountability within the system when reported to higher ups. Closing moved 5 times, family stayed in an extended stay for 2months. Home orientation scheduled while home was not completed yet and then threatened for not completing orientation on an incomplete building. Displeasure about the whole process

Nothing good they are not a good builder and not be trusted when yo buy a home in McHenry. IL for 400K plus I expect tat all the above are being respected - none it was and is horrible experience - legal here we come, I am not done with them!

Don't deal with them - they lie and will not honor their part, they are selling you and then completely take you for a ride or take advantage of you ! I will never do business with Lennar again in my life, I need to create a legal case to make them listen. Horrible company !!!

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions. The items were not taken care of then and now we are dealing with the hassle of taking care of them through warranty. Customer experience worst i ever received.I close at the end of Nov 2021 i still have a bunchs of things they never finish.Cheap materials and a lot of bad things on construction.On the financing was not to bad.I dont recommend to anybody to buy Lennar.
