Let me just start out by saying this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. In late March 2024 we found out we may have to sell our home in Florida and move to middle Tennessee for work. We found a realtor who we love and started chatting about must haves around March 25th, lots of space, at least 2 additional rooms, open concept, we wanted a covered back patio, and option to install a privacy fence. Everything was ok until we signed the paperwork and then all the all the Promises we were told would be fixed or resolved we are still waiting to be fix! We never got our box of tile we were told would be in our garage and that our lawn to be fixed! We still don’t have grass in our yard after living here two months! I will never buy another house from Lennar and I will be telling everyone about the poor customer service and empty promises we were told would be handled!!

Worst New Home Transition Ever

The amount of cosmetic defects and the amount of time it has taken to fix these issue has been the worst experience of my house buying experience. We were rushed through the final walk through a lot of things were missed and the whole process just felt rushed! From the financial stand point all the way through closing. Miscommunication with the entire staff from sales to closing escrow agents. Worse experience ever. Never again will I get a Lennar home

The staff are not that good. Very bad material quality considering that the price of the house is almost half a million dollars Issues started to appear after just one week of closing. Their warranty are scam. It doesn't cover the roof the fence the irrigation system. Overall experience BAD

-Fence falling from no concrete -Windows leak -Front door leak -Poor exterior prep and painting -Worst of all AC is inadequate for home and gets warm inside home. -second worst of all is lennar warranty is terrible they try everything under the sun to avoid fixing anything. Piece of crap people. DONT BUY anything from lennar -other people in the neighborhood have issues even worse than mine.

I’m a first-time homeowner. What should have been the best day of my life was anything but! Lennar won’t work with its customers to accommodate their work schedules. I not only MISSED my closing but I also received NO home orientation and as a result know absolutely nothing about my house. If I could do it all over again I would never have bought a home from Lennar.

I’ve always heard Lenar doesn’t have the best workmanship and I can see that for myself. I’ve complained from the realtor to the builder to the person that did the phone call check about our patio large step entrance. Hoping some easy fix in the future would prevent falls and injuries. I was told they would send someone out but no one came.

The truth is that I felt cheated after moving to a new house and I started to discover that they used the worst possible finishes on the inside of the house, because I didn't inspect the outside. The paint on the inside is ridiculous, they used the worst quality paint. In short, everything they used on this house was the cheapest thing in construction. Now we have to live with this horrible thing here or spend a lot of money to improve it. I don't recommend anyone invest in these Lenar houses.

We had a very bad experience from beginning to end. The only reason we stayed with Lennar was because of the property. We have had issues with the mortgage, title, and builders. With in one week of moving in we had to have our AC unit replaced. Kitchen sink continues to slowly drain and we are told that nothing is wrong with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Out of good faith we accepted the house with many things still not fixed that we saw on the initial walk through and the final. After escrow was closed we were tossed out the priority list. Many many things that had to be fix as expected, disappointment came when I had to chase down the warrant people for every single thing that had to be fixed, some of the stuff took weeks to be fixed and some other we had to be very persistent to get them fix. Hone was made quickly and has many imperfections. The process was rushed to close on time which impacted my ability to request things to be fixed. The brick has light spots and a patch doesn't match the rest of the home. The garage isn't sealed properly allowing rodents to enter
