Our salesperson gave empty promises and even outright *****. We had to escalate WAY above her head just to get home ready to close.

Brycen ***** was my sales rep and it was the worst. Never reached out to me after recieving my earnest money, had to go looking for him to get some answers, all the answers I did get from him were not correct. Really disappointed with the whole process

Overall all review 2/5. I was the one calling Mortgage, sales rep and even had to escalate the matters to management so I can get some type of answers. Never knew my closing date until a week prior. Sales rep, Brycen never gave me no next steps after the earnest money because "he was to busy taking care of other clients" even though I should've been treated as a client as well. Very disappointed that it felt more of a job for me to get a house with you guys then it was a process like everyone else says it should be

Home Buying - Unsatisfied Experience

Home buying was the worst I have ever went through, the right hand does not talk to the left hand. Quality has dropped and home owners will suffer long term with these issues. Trustworthiness, no one will reach out and tell you where things stand and or how to proceed, I feel they don't truly care, i would feel bad for new home owners. Responsive is not in there vocabulary, months later still don't hear back!

My encounter with Nina was the best experience. She was a great help in the process of buying the home from the beginning to the end. Any concerns I might have had. She would take her time and explain and solve any issues at anytime which is very important to me. Overall, the experience, was the best. And she is definitely an asset to the company..

We would have been more satisfied if we were given the choice to choose the type and quality of the materials used for building the house. For example vinyl placed over the cement is very unhealthy. We don't like the countertops made of quartz, the cabinets are cheap and I can't stand the carpet in the rooms. If we would have given the opportunity we would have changed all of these and more, of course for an additional cost. Now , in order to replace them it will be even more expensive.

Two months after closing. The customer experience overall was great. The grass being dormant and requiring a ton of water to get to green is something to note, as is the Johnson and nut grasses that seem to take over the yards because they were not dealt with prior to laying the sod. Paint is a very thin coat especially on the doors, so be careful with that. Appliances have worked great no issues with any of them. All the people in contact with me through the purchase process have been great and worked with me and my odd situation I had to make things work out.

Overally the experience was wonderful. There were a few challenges that came up, and the Lennar community couldn't have been more helpful in resolving them in my favor. Logan, the construction manager, went over and above the call of duty when it came to accommodating requests, and even helped with outside vendors (e.g., *****) when he wasn't required to do so. Dominique was very helpful when it came to resolving Financing issues - not part of her job description. All people I encountered helped to make the experience very positive.

I just didn't know about the easement that does not allow you to put a fence. Also, the paint is not that great.

I've only had a few warranty issues so far and the warranty team has been quick and responsive. My one quarrel so far is the grout haze on the tiles. I've already spent a lot of time and money sealing the grout so having a crew come out with an acid wash is out of the question. *****'ll have to find some other way to get it up. Probably one tile at a time on my hands and knees scrubbing. Just wish that the contractors Lennar hired had done it right the first time. My floors look like they're permanently dirty and it's a brand new home! I hope Lennar gets better tile contractors in the future.

Overall Lennar is a good builder. At closing they gave us a nice orchid and a welcome home sign, that was a nice touch. They have a large number of staff. We kind of felt that there was too many employees that you have to deal with during your buying experience. Since it is mandatory that you go through their title and escrow department the consumer/buyer does not have much of a say in that department. Several of our emails and questions went unanswered and delayed. Their reason was that they had many homes closing at the same time. The whole process is also through their Lennar portal and ...

The home itself is nice. Though I would have to say that the some of the craftsmanship and materials could be done better. I had to recaulk my entire house. Outer walls are kind of thin. There is definitely wasted space in the kitchen cabinets. Had to call in a repair within the first few days of moving in due to water getting in the home when it rained, and the customer service was great. They got someone out quickly to fix the issue. All the customer service interactions I've had have been very positive.

[TRANSLATED FROM ES] The air conditioning in one of my bathrooms isn't working; it's completely hot, and I'll have to wait until ***** to use it. The technicians come, but if they don't go up to the attic to check the ducts, it's impossible for them to find the problem. I'm very unhappy and annoyed by this situation.

When fixing issues on a home you should send in licensed professionals and not young individuals to patch and repair a brand new home. Because the issues just continue afterwards. This has been my experience for months now in my new home.

I was disappointed, during walk through, when items were brought to attention, brushed off as standard. Quality of workmanship is lacking, such as attention to detail. I look up at my patio cover, can see visible beam indentation. Front Landscape, poor, some plants are idle no growth, there are some blocks have nice 6 foot trees & nice scrubs , I got 2 foot twig along with 3 other neighbors of mine, requested for tree to be replaced during walk through, was told go through ***** and replace it myself. Not fair others got $100- $150 tree & I got $35 twig,, yeah I priced it at ...

Great sales experience as my sales rep was quickly to follow-up with all questions during the presale, sales, and post sales process. However, loan underwriting was not able to come through when I had assurances given my situation from Lennar Mortgage that ended up with me having to pay a appraisal fee. The workmanship lacks attention to detail. Building material quality is the minimal builder quality.
