This is my second Lennar home. Very pleased so far with the build and response to some minor issues. I have more than I could have dreamed in my home at a great price. Love the space. Well thought out floor plan. Lovely area. Great staff. Overall very happy.

Robert, Ron, RJ, Elijah, Melissa, Nate, Kate, Jessica, and the quality assurance manager were all outstanding! I hope I hadn't overlooked anyone.

I never imagined that I could buy the house I wanted so easily. After moving into the new house, some minor problems arose, but they were all handled by them in a responsible and efficient manner. Therefore, I am very happy to have chosen this place.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly and quick. Guidance and communication was amazing.

I’m very excited the first day I saw the house online but at first was novel if I’m going to get this house but God so Good everything want well great. Came meet Dave for first walks in it was great he explained everything to me my understanding. Told my myself I’m done searching this house is mine already and Dave make everything clear haven’t stressed at all buying houses with this company is stress free will recommend this company to my friends family and everybody

The only issue is the HOA. Not friendly and slow to respond. Never return phone calls , only respond by text. After submitting all required documents as well as paid the fee consistently keep asking for more documents and money has totally discouraged me from moving forward with getting a fence for my dog. I love the home and the mortgage process from sales to closing was perfect. My maintenance request are taken care of immediately, all very professional and friendly. Would absolutely refer to family, friends and co workers.

Start to finish was a wonderful experience, everyone was easy to work with, spacious well thought out floor plans.

We moved into Prosperity Lakes Adult Community from Pinellas County. We were looking for a new construction retirement home with a fun active life style. The home is so well built and designed. We love the Sunburst layout with all white cabinets and tile floors through out most of the house outside the 2 bedrooms. Large bathrooms, oversized garage and an open great room living area we fell in love with! We also love the turn key aspect of the home as well. HOA does all the outside maintenance. We are so happy with our new home!

There are times that you encounter visiting a business or having service or ordering goods when the customer service is outstanding. You never forget that experience. You tell people about it. Well, that is how I feel about Lennar. From the start to the finish, my experience has been top notch in every way. We signed a contract in March this year and closed on Oct 3rd on a Birmingham model this year. My wife and I loved the Birmingham model and upgrades available for that model. During the build process there were a couple of problems, but Lennar was great about fixing them. I really enjoyed working with the Lennar team.

I recently worked with Lennar Mortgage, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I want to specifically mention the names of lennar staff that helped through the home buying journey. Mike was a very great help in the initial stages, providing valuable insights on homes in Pensy Trail and making me feel comfortable touring available properties. He was my first contact during the buying and scouting process. He made this happen! Nicko was incredibly helpful throughout the loan approval and closing process, frequently checking in and resolving issues with my bank and wire transfer. He, along with Kenar, & Mike were always available to answer questions and provide support, even when I had to make last-minute changes. My closing fee delayed due to my bank’s slow process but these guys were with me through out and made sure I got the deal closed asap. Kenar was instrumental in confirming my wire amount, and Chris was excellent in guiding me through the home inspection process. I am now 3-4 months in my new home and I love it here. The whole team were responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making my homebuying experience smooth and stress-free. I had an experience that was very easy and transparent dealing with Lennar. I do appreciate ROY helping me in assisting me with everything.

The entire Lennar staff from Sales to finish closing was the greatest I ever had. Pretty much every thing was done and accomplished from the comfort and security of my own residence. The sales staff at Clayton Ranch is the best I every encountered. Not pushy, just well informed, very knowledgeable of the Lennar products and company as a whole. All employees that I touched base with, thru the entire process of purchase, insurance, financial, construction and closing, were outstanding in every aspect of the Home building and sales industry.
