All I can say is that I really had no issues with the whole process. They were able to get me a fast closing which really helped a lot and I’m so thankful! Really great team! I love my new home! They did a great job!! :)

Awesome, quality home in a wonderful community!

My experience was great the process was much easier than expected because of the Lennar team.was very professional and always kept me aware of the next steps.

The Lennar realtor, Nichole and Lennar mortgage agent Amber were very professional and did an excellent job of handling all aspects of all the paperwork and made it extremely easy.

We had an overall very positive purchasing experience with our new townhome at Phoenixville Heights. Sean was a very customer focused sales professional who helped us find the townhome that we wanted. Bill was an excellent mortgage professional with Lennar Mortgage and helped us work out the financial details. The walk-through inspections were thorough and well done by Mike and Mike. The closing experience with Lennar Title was very positive as well. Opportunities for improvement include the concierge follow-up during our services which was not timely and lacking in meeting our needs. We are also not very impressed with the HOA for the community as they are difficult to communicate with and slow in providing needed information. But overall, it was a good experience and the areas where we needed the best level of services (sales, mortgage, inspections, title, closing) were handled in a very professional and customer focused manner. The Johnstown area has a lot of builders, but for the price and quality, Lennar is on the top of the list.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The build quality exceeded my expectations, and the team was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Another HUGE attribute is Lennar New Home Consultant Matt, who is an absolute pleasure to work with — responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great home, great builder, great sales team, easy closing experience, a total one stop shop that Lennar has mastered. Turnover was easy, even virtually as we were out of state. Any follow up after buying, the sales and construction team were very communicative and responsive.

On a 2021 visit with our daughter who lives in Cape Coral we noticed Heritage Landing, We stopped and picked up some information but there wasn't much to see. We began to get updates from the Lennar sales people and on future visits we toured some of the homes. We also sought information on Lennar homes in other area locations and for the past 2 years we became more serious about relocating and visited a lot of homes in other communities with a realtor. In June of this year we were at our granddaughter's baby shower and dropped by Heritage Manor to look at Lennar's advertised closeout homes and decided to make a purchase even though we would be a few months away from being able to actually relocate. All through this process the Lennar sales staff have been helpful, informative and always ready to provide us with answers to our questions. The closing process was virtual and wen smoothly. I would add that we compared the homes of many builders for style, quality and value as well as the pros and cons of living in a community like Heritage Landing or just a neighborhood without amenities to reach our decision. We will be coming down soon for a week of preparations and should be moving possibly within a month. ... More
