We’re very happy with our new home. The sales staff and customer care team have been a pleasure to deal with.

From first meeting with the sales rep to closing has been a breeze. They are a very experienced builder and know how to get the job effectively and quickly. 2 months from 1st meeting to settlement. As with any building process, there where some items on my punch list but they were addressed quickly. I’d recommend the community and builder to anyone.

This is our second investment property we purchased from lennar. We are satisfied the quality with their service.

House is great as expected. The default upgrade is pretty good. The process from signing the contract to closing the house is quick and smooth. Salesman and Customer service are very nice and helpful.

We had given up on retiring and owning a home in Florida until we found Timber Creek. We met Freddy and just before the New Year he found an opportunity for us to buy a Villa. We were able to sell our MN home and move to Fort Myers, it was a bumpy transition but overall we were able to use Lennar resources to help. Times are challenging but patience helps, we are very happy to be here in our new home.

Sales Representative Kimberly was very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful from the start to finish. She guided us through the complex process of purchasing a new built house. She always kept us informed and updated. Construction Manager Tim was highly experienced and knowledgeable. He was courteous, professional and personable. Lennar homes has been very responsive to me. If I need anything fixed, it gets done right away . Would recommend buying a home here.

We ran into many delays immediately after I reserved my site. Due to covid many of the materials were extremely difficult to get, not just for Lennar, but the entire construction field. I know because I'm a electrical contractor. However, Aubrey and the team were able to make everything happen and I was able to move in on time. Love the location and the overall look of my new home!

This is our 3rd new home in the last 30 years. We are really happy with every phase of our experience with Lennar ,our sales consultant and purchase, quality of construction and attention to detail inside and outside of the home and imagination of design packages with everything included made it easy . Quality control and care given after our home was delivered was excellent. Our team , Katie, Jamie, and Chris were excellent to work with and are an asset to Lennar.

First, I felt so depressed when deciding to buy this new home. But Ms. Jennifer (New Home Consultant) helping me a lot the entire process from initial purchase to final move-in, by calling or texting me, no matter in weekday or weekend, because I live out of State. Her excellent job made me feel so comfortable. My new home is a good quality and beautiful. The builder's team is also doing an excellent job as promised in timely fashion. I will refer families and friends about this builder.

You pay for what you get and even more with Lennar. The builder is trustworthy in that it builds what it advertises. There were issues during the process, but they were quickly resolved satisfactorily by the sales, mortgage, and builder teams. We've been enjoying our new house in an excellent community for more than 1 and a 1/2 months. Of course, there were problems registering the house with the USPS (huge problems for other stuff), but that's not the builder's responsibility. I would highly recommend buying a new Lennar home for everyone.

I felt very taken care of by this team and am pleased with the construction of the home. The quality of these homes is apparent compared to other new homes.

When made are way to the sales office after our round. The salesman Brooks was friendly and full of information. He gave us a tour of their models and within a few days we were owners.
