This is my second Lennar home. Very pleased so far with the build and response to some minor issues. I have more than I could have dreamed in my home at a great price. Love the space. Well thought out floor plan. Lovely area. Great staff. Overall very happy.

Quality is very bad .. too many issues after move in and some times contractors take linger than expected times and issues goes in circles between hvac electric etc

The buying experience and workmanship wasn’t so great however, Victor has been there every step of the way when responding to issues. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and listens to what you are saying. Great communicator and fantastic to work with.

We haven't bought a home in 15 yrs and hope we never have to again. If we ever do it won't be with Lennar. I don't know even where to start so I'll stick to the facts. First off they sent us the contract with floor plan and we were so happy....until we saw the house in person and realized they SENT US THE WRONG FLOOR PLAN!!! I kid you not, the plan we signed for had a extra flex space down stairs which excited us so much. My wife sews for a living and it was going to be a great work space and sure enough it wasn't even there. Their response...."Oops" That was a alternate draft and never should have been sent to you. WOW... and the compensation for that was Zero of course... Now lets get to closing because this is good one. We understand delays happen all the time. We knew it was a possibility but we had a buyer for our old home and took the chance of selling it and timing being out of it 1 week after our new home was to be closed.. So of course it was not a huge surprise when they called us the week of closing and emailed us and said DUE TO DELAY IN PGE METER INSTALLATION there would be a possible up to 3 week delay. I met with the builder and he said its a PGE issue they can not control and out of our hands. Well what they didn't know is I have a work contact with PGE and so I called and asked about the delay. The project manager for my track was very surprised to hear that and relay NO REQUEST for a meter has even been made. Can't make this up. So I emailed my agent and that builder to relay what I learned and get clarification. I mean maybe PGE is wrong. maybe its their error. I wanted to give my home builder the opportunity to set the record straight. Insert Cricket sound here lol. No response at all. Their silence said everything. Flash forward to when they delayed it again at closing after that delay of the " Meter" cost me over 1k in hotel bills till the home was ready I brought that up with my agent. Her response was " Well I was out of town that week and get lots of emails" She said she never saw the email and even said she did not even recall why we were delayed. Now that made me feel important lol. Sure enough I get a call the following Monday from PGE after I sent that email the rep said " Your meter was just requested?" WOW just WOW. Such blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity made me wonder how they even can stay in business. So you might be asking yourself surely you let your agent know how you felt and the end of all this. Of course I did and while she was apologetic and said I could speak to her Manager of course I was not in the mood to relive any of this. The second I got my keys I tried to put it all behind me. We love our new home. The whole process was positive! Everyone we worked with answered our numerous questions, helped with our decisions and followed up with our concerns. The communication with all involved was excellent. We have lived in our home now for about a month and have had no issues.

The team at Lennar provided exceptional assistance to my family and me throughout the home purchasing process. The transition was remarkably smooth, especially considering a significant challenge we had encountered with another builder. If you are seeking a wonderful experience for your family, I highly recommend considering Lennar; they consistently exceed expectations and promptly resolve any concerns that may arise. Robert, Ron, RJ, Elijah, Melissa, Nate, Kate, Jessica, and the quality assurance manager were all outstanding! I hope I hadn't overlooked anyone.

I feel it is too soon to rate the house. There has been a lot of issues with Lennar homes so we will see. I have had 2 issues so far and they did get resolved quickly. I love the area we are in and the house we chose. The approval process was a hassle. But Kimberly B in SC was amazing.

Docusign horrible to get access, first mortgage guy I felt with unhelpful and didn’t answer my questions. Paperwork had to be sent to lenders multiple times because they never received it. Never received the closing documents as they promised, had to call 15 different people to get them.signed on Halloween and I STILL HAVE NO MAIL BOX. They said they sprayed for bugs but I’m still having multiple bug issues, and the bug guy I called said Lennar never sprayed. The palms they put in the yard never grew and are dead. The contractor made promises to be about the final walk through said he would come back to fix the ISSUES and after 2 emails he’s still ghosting me. Never buy Lennar again ... More

I never imagined that I could buy the house I wanted so easily. After moving into the new house, some minor problems arose, but they were all handled by them in a responsible and efficient manner. Therefore, I am very happy to have chosen this place.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly and quick. Guidance and communication was amazing.

Everything worked out Great except for the Funding .. Loan dept did NOT let Me know 24 to 48 hrs on the dollar amount needed to fund the loan and it was done at the very last minute to where We had to wait tillm the following day to move in....Did Not get keys until the following day... If this would of been done sooner Everything would have been a Great experience....

Brand new house flooded due to faulty installed washer by the builder. A month has passed and still difficult trying to get help.

My home is very beautiful and great work done for me. I’m not struggling for anything right now. I’m able to move around any were I need to go. No stairs for to climb due to my back injury I’m very happy with the great work done for me to enter the house. I have 3 bedrooms plus a master bathroom and two bath rooms. I have a kitchen and so many closet for me to pack something. I have pantry space and closet space for extra storage and 2 car garage. Every thing is intact in place

Plenty of short cuts, some of the workman ship pretty much money motivated, 3 max,for the price it's a decent deal, had to finish some of the issues by myself and not wait for the so called professional to respond, over all it wasn't as bad as someone else told me, good luck if you think it's nice in ready

My home buying experience was every bit of amazing, every step was as smooth as possible Kelli my agent was amazing along with Nichole and my realtor. Originally I planned to hold off on purchasing my home till next year and so many great incentives came down and it was all going so smooth me and my girls got into our home for Halloween. Thank you so much for everything you guys do to make the process amazing for first time buyers.

Lily from Lennar Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. Jacob was also amazing. Unfortunately everyone else we dealt with made us feel rushed or unimportant. We love the house, which made up for our encounter or lack thereof. The home buying process was relatively smooth with a few to no issues.

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?

This was my husband and I’s first experience buying our first home and overall, we are happy.

I’m very excited the first day I saw the house online but at first was novel if I’m going to get this house but God so Good everything want well great. Came meet Dave for first walks in it was great he explained everything to me my understanding. Told my myself I’m done searching this house is mine already and Dave make everything clear haven’t stressed at all buying houses with this company is stress free will recommend this company to my friends family and everybody

The only issue is the HOA. Not friendly and slow to respond. Never return phone calls , only respond by text. After submitting all required documents as well as paid the fee consistently keep asking for more documents and money has totally discouraged me from moving forward with getting a fence for my dog. I love the home and the mortgage process from sales to closing was perfect. My maintenance request are taken care of immediately, all very professional and friendly. Would absolutely refer to family, friends and co workers.

Fit and finish was not as it should have been.

Great experience! No hassles or stress at all.
