The whole process with securing the loan and financing with Lennar was great and seamless. Once you get your keys and sign off on issues in your home you think will be fixed you hear nothing back. It’s like once Lennar got their money I was on my own. I put in three customer care requests and was “supposed to hear back in a week”. Well that was December 4th and today is January 10th. I have not received one phone call as to when these issues will be fixed. I even texted the rep who I did my customer care appointment with and I have heard nothing back. Let me start off by saying that this is a wonderful community and I’m very happy that I moved here despite the construction issues. The other residents make it the wonderful community. We just purchased and moved in the end of November. We had things that we were told that they would come back right away to fix or finish and that still hasn't happened. For what we paid for the house, you would think that we would get better customer service and timely repairs. Waste of money pay too dollars and the house is built with the cheapest materials. Sales people have no interest after ur contract is signed don’t even make sure you have everything that is supposed to come with your home. Just horrible.

I have many outstanding items on my punch list--such as my deadbolts don't work. a cabinet door is damaged, poor shelving has left holes in the wall and the subs they want to send out only work Monday-Friday from 8-4 and are totally impossible to book. It is a nightmare. I took the day off work and the folks came to fix the deadbolts and they brought the wrong equipment-- meaning I have take another day off work with no consideration of my time and danger in living in a house with inoperable dead bolts. Very disappointed with Lennar. Everything in the house looks like low quality. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Doors are extremely light weight. Only one internet port in the whole house. Sprinklers don’t work from day 1. When asked was told its not covered under warranty.

I would not recommend. Workmanship is poor quality, finding more and more issues as we get more settled- poor painting, lots of seal and caulk issues, cabinet colors don’t match, mouse infestation, the list goes on and on. Not all issues are covered which makes it more frustrating. Major issues with hot water, recently fixed after enormous gas bill. Working with Jonathan now on warranty items and he has been great thus far! Lennar should spend a bit more time in the details of the home prior to close and move-in. We came home from work to find our ceiling was leaking and caving in over our master bathroom. The home is a month old. We feel like we were tricked and are very disheartened by this whole experience. Our life savings is in this home and now we are staring at a giant hole in our ceiling and are displaced from our master bedroom for close to a month, waiting for the repairs to be completed. From day one, you're on your own! NHCs are worthless. Male construction manager won't talk to you and ignores emails. Responsiveness is slim to none. Too many mistakes were made, and when you point them out, they get mad and ignore you even more. The only time you hear from Lennar is when they want money. Otherwise, you remain in limbo for the duration of construction. The most unfriendly builder (except for one concierge) in NV, and I've dealt with several over the last 30+ years. I have been waiting for them to fix things for over a month now. My yard continues to flood they left a tree up in the back yard that is touching my house we paid for a premium lot and did not receive that. I am a first-time home builder and was not sure what to expect. I was always told that Lennar was a great company, but my experience here certainly hasn't reflected that. No one who pays what we pay for on these homes should be forced to put in warranty tickets on damaged or substandard materials in a brand-new home and then wait months for replacements or repairs.

At the time of the initial walk thru, there was no electricity, therefore we could not properly inspect the home. There were many issues with this home, that simply is unsatisfactory for the price we paid. The buying experience was great, but once in the home, things starting to come up and fall apart fast. The walls are not straight at all, some are very noticeable. The drywall is bad, in some spots, you can see gaps, and builders wiped or used silicone caulking, making it impossible to paint without sanding out the caulking.
