I love my little condo. It’s nice that the upgrades are already included. They built it really fast, so I didn’t have to wait long. They have great customer service. I was treated very well throughout the process and after.

We’ve been dealing with a refrigerator issue that still hasn’t been resolved the breaker keeps popping and lennar and GE keeps passing the blame back and forth. The carpenters and concrete people are terrible.

Buying process was pretty smooth and sales staff was on point and very quick to respond. After closing, the construction and communication has gone down hill. Would strongly consider other builders on my next home purchase. Overall experience was a 6/10.

It was great overall, felt kind of lost when it came to knowing about our community and how to get information for that.

We moved into a Lennar home in March 2021. The house is nice and we love the layout. It has plenty of room for our kids and whatnot. However, since we moved in we have found all sort of issues. There was a cracked (missing 1/4 )electrical faceplate underneath the stovetop range, and there were trash from wires, saw dusk, gas line caps, etc. We had 7 windows screen that was missing tabs or ripped. One window was installed crooked, 6 windows are scratched. It took the contractor about two weeks to come out just to assess the windows. They haven't follow up, and no calls or anything for almost a month now. I don't why they even installed the screens if they were ripped or missing parts. We also have doors that are crooked and the contractor came out and took care all but one. He said nothing can be done unless they removed the framing, which is a big job. I'll just live with it. The master sink is crooked, broken/cracked support underneath the bathrooms cabinets. Master bad mirror had a defect, shower door had a big scratch, master closet light wasn't attached, and the hot/cold master sink pipes were switched. Before we event parked our cars in the garage, it looked like someone had work on their cars in it. We see oil stains everywhere, and a long cracked in the cement from the garage door to the back wall. They can't do anything unless the crack is 1/4 in size. By that time my warranty would have expired. Our dishwasher wasn't install correctly. The installer forgot to install the feet (the whole unit was just sitting on the floor), and the seals all around. We couldn't figure out why steams was come out like crazy. GE tech came out and installed it correctly the way is should have. He said DON'T USE THE STEAM FUNCTION if you don't want the steam to condensed and water droplets on your floor. What?! Why even have that function then? This isn't really a Lennar issue, but they did use GE so I'm guessing it reflects on them as well. The buying experience is goo, but not great. I don't know about other builders, Lennar's QA or lack thereof needs to be address, or hire new contractors. My advise to new home buyers, check everything before you move in to your new home. Check underneath the stove, cabinets, sinks, drawers, hot/cold fixtures, check your counter top and island for chips. Good luck to would be new home buyers. ... More

This home was supposed to be my dream home. I was not given upfront, honest information from the time I signed the contract to the building of my home. Front elevation by front door was not what i signed for , it was a bait and switch. Lot was not what I needed - specifically told sales rep I wanted yard with a pool, my yard has so much utility items now running through that I cannot have a pool. The company has not been responsive to my issues, I have had to follow up multiple times to get any actions completed. Their subcontractors are not reliable. Lennar does not return messages. What should be my dream home now makes me sorry that I bought from Lennar. My “seeded” back yard is an atrocity yet I wasn’t allowed to pay extra to sod my entire yard. I sincerely hope no one else is duped into what I am going through. It’s caused issues in my marriage because of the stress of theae issues. Would not recommend at all if you are a 1st time homeowner.

Make sure you understand once you move in, their attitude changes and not for the good!

Punch list was not completed before we moved in.

The buying process went well and I love the home but construction discrepancies to be repaired after move in are still outstanding 4 months later

From our first visit to Babcock Ranch we were pleased with our Sales Consultant who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had decided on the Sylvester as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 3 Bath and no stairs. Going forward during building process our sales consultant was in touch with updates on the progress. When it was time for our walk thru we were very satisfied with the construction manager and felt he did a great job explaining everything about our new home. Both of these gentlemen were we believe why our experience was so good. Lastly the gentleman who came out after we had been in our home for a couple of months was again very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the warranties and answering all our questions. We realize that nothing is ever perfect, but when you have people such as who we were lucky enough to work with it makes moving to a new home and new place and state enjoyable. While I don't love all of the things about Lennar, I will say their response time to issues is amazing. I don't like the fact that after your final walk through, they will address no cosmetic issues. Some things simply aren't seen until you move in. I had an outstanding salesperson and the customer care person is equally terrific. They should fire their painters.

The best part of the experience was moving in to my new home. the home has lots of amenities. things I didn’t even think of and I’ve been planning on a home for years I appreciate there attention to detail

Purchasing our Lennar home was a great experience. From our first visit with Curtis all the way to closing we were kept informed of the progress on our home. JT and his group were responsive once we moved in and fixed any things that needed attention. I would highly recommend building a home with Lennar.

Moises Lee was amazing. He helped us every step of the way. We did not reeled pressured at all. He answered everyone of our questions thoroughly. He made us feel like part of the Timbercreek family. Best house buying experience ever! Thank you Moises and your team!!

My home buying experience was great.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. Lennar made it easy to navigate the process of building a new home as first time home buyer.

Well, we had great expectation when we purchased this house but after so many problems we are pretty disappointed. House looks nice but the quality of the construction is bad. Cheep material and sloppy installation. / Off level floors, nails popping out, broken windows, shower floor accumulate water in corners, interior doors don’t close properly, they have big gap under, bathroom faucet is touching the backsplash so it is difficult to clean behind, landscaping is nice only around model home majority houses have lots of ornamental grass , playground is a joke - beach volleyball court instead of baseball or tennis courts that could be use all year around not just during 2 summer months, no slides or swings for kids just some kind of rope construction,…/ When we moved in our house needed lots of repairs and I thing that there are more problems to be discovered in the future. ...
