First time I called Lennar’s Waterwheel office I was told I couldn’t buy a home out of California where i was stationed as a Texas RESIDENT with a Texas drivers license where I was registered to vote IN TEXAS. Only bought this house as a temp with disabled VA loan will not be staying past 1 year. 0/10.

For the most part my experience was excellent, and I appreciate Hunter Hadley’s assistance in trying to have issues corrected. He was the only person I dealt with any of these issues, so I really can’t rate anyone else with Lennar regarding my home purchasing experience.

Lennar really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Chris was very attentive to our requests and worked to complete in a timely manner.

Excellent sale process, service and follow up

The quality of the home is impressive along with upgrades that are standard to their homes. I am very happy with the craftsmanship of the homes The customer service is outstanding. Two people really made me feel valued. Cindy Wilke who greeted me ams helped me decide to purchase a home and Mel Martinez who helped with any questions and actions needed to my home upon purchase. Thank you Lennar!!

This is our second home purchase from Lennar.

It was a good experience overall.

Overall my experience with Lennar has been outstanding. The girls in the office and the construction manager had great communication and helped whenever they could to answer any questions or issues I had. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood as well! The only complaints I have is HOA which is currently run by a company that makes you feel like you live in a communist country. They offer no help or even a response when asked for it but is quick to tell you what you need to do or haven’t done with very little grace period. My other complaint is with the Lennar Mortgage side of things. Poor communication and waiting until the last minute to get everything in, causing closing to be pushed back by a few days. With all that being said, things have been great in the new house so far and it came with great upgrades making it a smart home. We were lied to. Terms changed day before sign day. had no to The knew we sold our home and that out daughters wedding was in a few days. Our promised was not

lennar cuts corners and will do anything to save money on materials and also contract the worst people to finish and complete jobs.

The builder uses quality materials and even better if you upgrade to a better quality products such as cabinets, flooring and carpeting. I would prefer if I had more of a selection to choose from such as granite kitchen counter top & cabinet colors.

Really bad customer service.

I would just like to say that I am extremely pleased with my home. I love it!

Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.

To many excuses not to fix issues in timely manner. HOA unresponsive. Lawn care is not as promised by sales persons. Work done to minimal standards

The sale person Linda was out standing and the details during the building process. Ober all home was good. The attention to details need improvement our list of issues are around 10 items 3 months in.

Whole process was seemless. It was good

The quality is not there as promised. At final walk through they are reluctant to fix issues and have excuses for everything. Others in our neighborhood are experiencing the same problems and disappointment.

Far outperformed expectations across the board!

The beginning of my experience was great! However, after moving in I’m so disappointed in response to issues! I have a roof issue and I’ve been waiting almost 4 months and it is still not resolved. I’ve had to contact corporate and I’m hoping the man I’m dealing with will help! I was told I bought a production home!! Yes, but I expected quality!
