Change your paint its easily to get chip and dirty

Nice home, but terrible service.

All my tiles are uneven, I have been waiting months for my grading to be fix. Yesterday a light fixture fell out of the ceiling. The walls are extremely thin I can hear all the pipes when I turn on the water. The house was poorly insulated. The list goes on and on.

Lennar was great from beginning to end. Our building manager was fantastic and the sales staff was terrific as well.

We have loved our experience with Lennar. Everything was made to our liking, fixed during our initial walkthrough and overall quick to fix any outstanding issues.

The buying experience was a little frustrating due to being out of country and some of the sales staff was not super helpful. There has been has been a few warranty issues with tile work and the company sub-contracted with Lennar is slow to fix the issues. Love the neighborhood and looking forward to loving my house once issues have been fixed.

Enjoying the new home overall. Sales Represntatives was accessible for questions. We did have have to battle Lennar to provide items/ detail work that were in the purchase agreement. Be prepared for “that’s within tolerance” when doing your walkthrough when there is clearly an issue.

Will never buy from them again for the infinite problems in every house they built in the neighborhood. Poor construction quality. Poor responsiveness. They don’t take responsibility and divert it up and down the chain.

There are a lot of things I notice around that house that looks sloppy or not installed or done correctly or with care. However, I will say when I bring the issue to their attention they address it but wish I didn't have the issues, to begin with.

Purchasing and financing a Lennar home was so easy and pain free! Everyone has been terrific to work with and they don't stop just because we've closed on the home!

Advertised as LUXURY and has many deluxe features but the flooring and painting were substandard. Some of the woodwork was sloppy. If you buy a Lennar home, be picky and note EVERY flaw on your walk through. Look behind every door, look for paint drips/runs. Our laminate flooring pops and creaks. We asked for repairs which were incomplete and made one area worse than before. I will be requesting additional repairs. Driveway terribly too narrow for two cars forcing us to spend additional time and money plus permission from HOA to widen.

People moving in to a 55+ community more than likely are going to spend their older years in their new homes. Unfortunately, Lennar and associates definitely put pricing ahead of convenience for older residents. Example: How can a person depending on a wheel chair, can claim up to the attic every three months to change the A/C filter? Two hands are need it to get a glass of water out of the refrigerator. An steep stool is necessary to get your clothes out of the washing machine, an less you are over 6 feet toll, as well as to be able to reach the laundry room shelves. The dishwasher counts wit only one cycle, and that is for one full hour. "Wood" floors are so very thin that when an small can of soup felt it made a dent. Houses are only half insulated. Garages and attics come without being painted, for the owner to add to his new expenses, a side for the very high price already paid. ... More

I was very impressed with the responsiveness from the initial purchase of the home thru the financing. Also impressed with the time spent with the walk/thru of the home prior to settlement, I would definitely recommend Lennar builders.

The quality of workmanship exhibited by the "trades" who worked on our home was NOT of a level I expected from a company like Lennar. There did not appear to be adequate/consistent on site supervision/control by the subcontractors utilized in the construction process. While there was a Lennar representative tasked with overseeing the various phases of construction; it appears he had little or no authority to enforce the correction of any discrepancies identified during his site inspections. Our closing was delayed by over a week due to the lack of attention on the part of a sub to a MAJOR problem which had been identified and documented by the Lennar representative well in advance of the expected date. ... Horrible experience by my brand new home with Lennar I do not recommend this builder I have the following issues and have never been resolved: 1. Significant deviation between what was delivered and the model I toured. 2. Unable to get cold water because they failed to dig the water piping. 3. I received old appliances probably because the nicer ones were not available anymore. 4. The kitchen is supposed to have a trash compactor Lennar did not install one nor did they want to install one. 5. Electrical plugs/outlets were different than the ones in the model home. 6. Very impressed with the overall customer service of Lennar. If I find an issue or something that needs to be touched up, someone is out there within 72 hours to fix it! We’ve been very happy with Lennar!

Depending on your sales associate and building manager be prepared to go through a hassle of a process
