I went in to this experience with Lennar with an open mind even though I read many bad reviews. In the beginning it was good and everything was progressing nicely. Then it hit dates changed multiple times which led to us being homeless for some time. Then we finally closed and it was evident that there was no detail to attention but we were promised it would be taken care quickly. Now two months in and I believe I have set the record for warranty ticket which the majority of them are not resolved. In short I will never but another Lennar home if I have a choice.

Quality of workmanship and materials are very poor. After an initial evaluation of the home, issues were notified ahead of time. The builder manager agreed to solve the issues and by surprise, the manager changed the mind and didn’t complete any updates as requested. After spending several thousands, I had to close with many defects in the home. Lennar didn’t complete the initial walkthrough issues identified and after two months of the closing, they haven’t fixed all issues. Very poor quality Lot of missing things during the final walk issues are getting fixed only after so many follow ups Promising that everything will be resolved before final walk. But there were lots of missing and left overs during my closing time. I was in a worst mood when closing the house.

Very poor service and communication from the beginning to the end (sales including manager were horrible in every aspect of knowledge, service and follow through/follow up from the moment we put our deposit to take off the market to closing. We didn’t even get the mailbox key until almost a month after closing because we didn’t know who to get it from and where to pick up, construction manager Dave was the most incompetent person who didn’t oversee any of the contractors to ensure jobs were done well, make the contractors fix their sloppiness or even make sure they did their jobs at all. ...

Apply your hard earned money somewhere else. Voss Farms Lennar is built on nothing but shortcuts, the contractors are not overseen. They do what and how they want. I would have though that Lennar would oversee someone building under their name. From start to finish everything was presented in a misleading way. You will not find out till after you close and do not even get me started on the homeowners association, or the solar contractor that you are forced to use.. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

Lennar takes no pride in assuring craftsmanship in their home building. During my NHO walk through, in every room throughout the home, there was drywall, painting, and baseboards that were damaged, in need of repairs/repaint and/or replaced. Closet doors are stained with dirty hand prints from installers not wearing cloves or washing their hands. Floor grout was not cleaned properly, making the floors appear to look dirty and dingy, not to mention poorly grouted with holes or gaps throughout. Our experience with Lennar has been terrible. There was very poor communication throughout the entire building process. When issues would come up, blame would be cast on other members within Lennar with no sense of accountability. The work within the house was lazy. Our walkthrough with the warranty manager was the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with. We received many excuses that any issues were not real problems. I don’t even think there’s enough space here for me to tell you guys how horrible the experience was buying a Lennar home from the mortgage people that I am ashamed have access to my Social Security number to the workmanship that I am now living in a home that Hass to be redone. There was paint on the carpet. Things were not done complete walls were crooked. This house is been a nightmare And two months and I’m still waiting to have things done and planned to be fixed because I’m last on the list because I’ve already signed the closing documents.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I honestly would not encourage, suggest, or promote anyone I like, know or trust to purchase a Lennar home. The quality is subpar, the responsiveness to issues is next to never as far as the repair persons actually showing up. There is no flexibility with scheduling, I had to keep taking off work trying to get things repaired in a BRAND NEW HOUSE. NIGHTMARE.....RUN! I gave 1 stars to submit the review

Beware!!! First day I moved in I had a water leak and had to have a wall in my bathroom removed to dry out. Since I have moved in I have opened approximately 10-12 cases and only 2 have been resolved. The workmanship is awful. If you even consider buying from Lennar have an independent inspection.

I'm half year into my new Lennar home. Despite being promised that workmanship and quality issues will be taken care off, they did not fully deliver. There were multiple issues from day one. Most of which are dealt with. Nevertheless, Lennar were content and insistent of leaving simple things such as incorrect installation of dishwasher unfix, which speaks heavily about their lack of professionalism of some of their employees. Dissappointing and appalling.

Next level terrible company and so funny that my first review was deemed inappropriate. No bad language, no threats, just the truth. Lennar is a morally bankrupt company that produces a sub par product. Just for good measure they make you take solar and reap the 26% tax benefit. I am not sure how anyone who works for this company can sleep at night.

Over a half a million dollar with the quality & workmanship of a motel 6. Home was dirty at closing, workers leave trash inside and outside your home. Paint chipping and peeling was left through the home. Door knobs and other fixtures falling apart. In order to have this repaired even one day after closing you must log on and submit work orders and wait. The cheapest & discontinued products were used (cabinetry, floor tiling, paint color and quality). Overall very displeased. When we came down to Florida.to see our home for the first time it was a pig sty. None of my appliances were hooked up. Had no Primary shower enclosure & still don’t have one after 2 1/2 months . For me Lennar does an awful job of building these homes & I am not the only one in our Villas at Bicayne Landings Fl. Workmanship is is absolutely terrible. Takes forever to get Lennar to fix anything in our Villa hence the shower enclosure Lennar just seems like they don’t care. Would not recommend them to build your home.
