Nothing . - I hated my self for buying such low workmanship and poor quality home. Both are below standard. It’s not what I expected form a reputable builder such Lennar. If I have other choices I would have walked out In a heartbeat. I could go on and on how bad it is, but every time I thing about how stupid I was for buying such low quality home I get depressed.

Lennar - Poor Workmanship

Sales Agent did not disclose property was in a flood zone. Lennar Mtg Rep figures was way off and was not meeting VA guidelines. Was forced to sign punch list stating everything was completed to be able to close. If punch out list not signed it would cost the us the buyers. Lennar promised to complete the pending items on the list from April 2021 and it is now August 2021 and we are still waiting after several request made. Very disappointed with Lennar and will never refer Lennar to anyone.

I purchased a home that the builder has the option to make the most money for himself and not the home owner. I asked for a veteran home loan and at the end of the day I received a conventional.

Lennar does not keep its word and my home has a lot of problems still to be fixed. From floors to bathroom fixtures.

Lennar - The workmanship and the construction manager was horrible.

The workmanship and the construction manager was horrible. He was very rude and disrespectful. It felt like our home got started and then forgotten. When we went for our walk through we had 15 or so pages of repairs, the day before we were to close they were still not completed and we were told we were not going to be able to close. We had already given notice, rented a truck and everything; we proceeded to close while they were still working in our home that day. Even after that we have had to complete many warranty issues.This was the worst experience.

Will Never Buy Lennar Again

TERRIBLE responsiveness to issues. Would have been really screwed had we not hired an external inspector. More workmanship errors and cut corners very apparent longer we are in there, and Lennar is VERY unresponsive and slow to these issues. I will NEVER buy from Lennar again

Disappointing service after I moved in - Don't buy.

We bought a home here and there were few items reported for repair 4 months ago. Have chased both builder and onsite manager and no response so far. Would never buy home from Lennar in future.

our house AC flooded 2 months after moving in. It was a horrible experience and hardly anyone helped us get things resolved until the Regional Manager stepped in. Ken did an incredible job but all other employees of Lennar that I talked to seemed uninterested and negligent while our home was flooded.

Very disappointed with everyone involved from sales person to contractors and everyone in between. Once purchased issues are addressed in a very poor and unconcerned matter. Told not to except perfect in this new home build take what I got even though I paid full asking price. Never recommend Lennar to anyone ever

Very poor workmanship and quality of materials. Poor response times. Still waiting for some items in home to be fixed. Would NOT recommend Lennar homes. Very disappointed and wished I had gone elsewhere to buy.

Poor Communication, Follow up and False Promises

Be prepared for worst case scenario and having to go make repetitive inquiries on progress of your home and repairs. READ the fine print as everything comes back to what is best for Lennar not the customer.

Lennar is awful to work with. They blatantly ignore their own contract language. You need to stay on them for every single issue or they will ignore you and do terrible work.

Complete unethical builder

I went with an outside lender because they had a more competitive interest rate, which Lennar allows you to do. My original close date was 2/19. Due to a snow storm in Texas (A FEMA declared disaster) we were pushed to the following week 2/26. The appraisal company (hired by my Lender) was rescheduled for 2/23. The appraiser called to have the house be open and that they were on their way. They no showed. I couldn’t close on 2/26. This is where Lennar gets extremely unethical. Extremely poor communication, professionalism

From beginning to end Lennar made it difficult throughout the process. If I needed something done, it was always my responsibility to reach out and ask a Lennar member to complete the task. Poor workmanship across all household items has forced us to see the warranty department no less than 12 times and counting. The work was rushed and it shows.

5 month old hone with at least 10 unanswered tickets in queue. Water seeping through guest bath floor, havent heard from anyone. Closing was moved at last minute and blue tape items never fixed. Have not heard from anyone!! Never again..

Employees or subs contractors could care less if the quality of there work. Framers we’re great though. I had pee bottles around the house from employees, valves were crooked, there is giant cracks in the ceiling, a can light fixture fell down when we had a family get together and one employee left the door open to the home when it was -10 degrees out side. I would never build with this company again. Very frustrating!

Worst home buying experience in my life

Absolutely the worst. We’ve lived in our new home for 4 months and the entire house is a disaster. I’ve had dozens of work orders through the warranty. Most of the items were repaired poorly but many of them haven’t been fixed at all. As I type this I have 2 windows that need replaced, over 200 drywall patches that need to be sanded and painted, over 20 cracked floor boards, and a completely sanded staircase with No stain available to fix it. Too focus on quantity and not quality

This is my first Lennar home and I love the layout and everything included concept. However, the company lacks the quality of work. They pushed to close on a home that was not ready. It’s been 4 months and my house is a mess. Problems with the house includes tearing out 14 feet of drywall, texture of the walls are terrible, mold in my downstairs bedroom that requires remediation, upstairs bathroom pan was loose and the pan was defective so they had to cut drywall from my garage to fix and replace the pan. Lennar mortgage was a hot mess. Will never use them again. Love my home but the workmanship was not up to what Lennar says their standards are. Horrible trim, drywall and painting. Door going to garage from inside the house installed crooked, light switches are not consistent throughout the house, clogged drains and broken tiles that had to be fixed after closing. They are at your beckon call until closing and then they are too busy to get back to you. It’s more about quality than quality for them. Just a few changes and attention to details could make a huge difference. Very disappointing ...
