Let’s start off with the good. Jennifer in the sales team, was great to work with. Everything else has not been a good experience. The craftsmanship of the house is not of the quality you would expect from Lennar or any home builder. There are so many issues with the home. Once we submit a ticket the team try and take the easy way out of fixing the problem and then it looks worse than it did originally. The team have to fix it numerous times and it fix is not of the quality you would want for a brand new home. Another issue is the lack of responsiveness to getting open tickets done. We have opened tickets do to poor craftsmanship and sometimes they will close them without fixing them. I would not recommend Lennar as a home builder. ... More

IT STARTED OUT AS AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO. LENNAR HAD A GOOD REPUTATION BACK IN THE DAY.BOUGHT VILLA ON LAKE WITH A LARGER LOT FOR THE PURPOSE TO PUT UP SMALL FENCE FOR MY TINY ELDERLY DOG. TURNS OUT HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY PLANS FENCE COMPANY SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF HOA SET BACKS (NOT CITY), THEN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE USED UNDER THAT EXTRA 3 FEET OF PROPERTY I BOUGHT INSTEAD OF SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKING THE SIDE YARD NOT USEABLE. I DID CHECK WITH CITY BEFORE I PURCHASED AND THEY LOOKED UP PROPERTY AND TOLD ME I HAD ENOUGH ROOM TO MEET REQUIREMENTS…THAT A SMALL LAKE IS NO REASON TO PUT A BIG SET BACK BY HOA ON A VILLA BUT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF THEIR REASONING. BOTTOM LINE IS SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR NOTHING. SECONDLY SO MUCH TURNOVER AND CONFUSION ON WHO IS FIXING WHAT UNTIL. SOME TRADESMAN YOU SEND ARE GOOD AND OTHERS TERRIBLE. MY KITCHEN CABINET STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED PROPERLY GOING ON 3 MONTHS. ONE TRADES MAN HAD THE RIGHT IDEA BUT DID A LESS THAN PAR JOB. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE ENTIRE CABINET HAS TO BE REPLACED (WHICH I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO) WHICH REQUIRED BACKLOG OF ORDERING AND THEY CAN’T ORDER TOP PIECE AT SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE “UNKNOWN” IF NEEDED. SURELY YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CABINET CARPENTER THAT CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT! WHEN I CALL NOBODY KNOWS. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF SO I CAN MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE OF HAVING PEOPLE COME IN HERE TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS OUT THAT DON’T WORK. THANKS TO BRENT WHO WAS THE FIRST CS PERSON THAT ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE HE CARED AND NOW HE IS GONE. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF PAINT TOO. . NOW WHAT? I NEED ACTION ON THESE CABINETS…I HAVE WAITED TOO LONG. Too many repairs or replacements, work was done poorly during building of house.

Had a good experience with Purchasing my home at Heritage Lake. The building process went smoothly. Would not recommend the builders lender, they are non-responsive. Save yourself the stress and use an outside lender. But the home is good value.

Lennar mortgage took Forever!!!but maybe the pandemic played a part in it

know you will have to spend lots of time calling and waiting for your issues to get resolved, and some will never get resolved even after they acknowledge there is a problem.

This is my second experience with Lennar. Once more, I am very satisfied. The process of buying the House worked very well and the final product was above our expectations.

Make sure your yard is level and the sod is weed free before you close. The landscaping company (sub-contractor) did a terrible job, knows it, and doesn't care about fixing it.

I bought a new home from Lennar at Sendero in Sparks NV and I have had nothing but problems since the house was in the construction phase. I noticed some of the work done was below standards and I addressed it with the superintendent of the job-site which got most of the issues resolved. When we did our walkthrough we spotted several issues with paint scratches and broken tiles but the customer service representative Ron would say “oh we’ll take care of that” and not mark it in the list of issues, now 5 months living in this house there is still issues that need to be fixed and I called the Lennar warranty center because Ron won’t return my calls or address the issues and they say they cannot fix what is not on the initial walkthrough because it could have happened after move in, but since Ron didn’t mark the issues in the list I have not proof that we pointed those issues out. This is our first brand new home and the second home we owned. It’s been 5 months dealing with this, the baseboard for the downstairs bathroom was removed about a month in and it’s been like that since, the air vents for the air conditioning rattle at night and will not let us fall asleep, the the paint on the garage door is really uneven, the plumbing makes a whining sound when you close the faucet and other issues. We sold our previous home because it was getting old and we didn’t want to deal with repairs and issues but little did we know we were about to walk into a headache of issues and repairs. It’s not all bad I think Lennar uses quality materials and builds a really nice house but their customer service addressing warranty is horrible to deal with. ... More

Overall so disappointed We had delays and issues that were never communicated until we went higher up At this point the VP of the area said quote “If you don’t want the home tell me and we will give you your money back” WOW!

I have bought 5 new homes over the past 30 years - this was by far the best experience of them all. The minor issues that popped up were addressed immediately. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Poor and lack of communication about the loan process from the loan processor and lack of follow up on the work orders.

The home buying process with Lennar was excellent. They stayed on schedule during the Covid as best they could.

The process moved very quickly. Overall I am happy I built with Lennar. I am still waiting on items from my walk through to be completed (5 months) and other work items I submitted over a month ago. I am having many issues with the contractors driving onto my property and creating huge holes. I have tried to reach out to Lennar and I still don’t have a reply. Overall, the value is great and once they start building it is very quick and they do stay on schedule.

The home is a great value, with so much included. It's beautiful. But there are too many stupid construction errors — the wrong smartbox, not enough outlets in the smartbox (Cox TV and WAP are STILL a problem), wrong thermostats and plugs for the washer, promised USB ports not installed, no info on HOA procedures and more. It gets fixed (mostly) but owners waste hours dealing with what was supposed to be a turnkey experience. My third new construction and by far the most problematic.

I found Lennar to be a fair and trustworthy builder. Solid workmanship and a good value. All of the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely cate about the product and about me as a customer. I would buy from them again.

The new home has been amazing! It’s everything we’ve been looking for and we couldn’t be happier.

We had an incredible experience with Lennar. We received service that other builders do not offer. They were extremely responsive and helpful at all times.

Brad was great. Made the experience more fun than stressful. Has been great ever since helping with small issues.

Working with Lennar mortgage was a nightmare, they continued to ask for the same information continuously from the time we applied until we actually closed, which was more than two weejks
