Lennar customer care could have a better response time

The home is well built, affordable and the Lennar people are friendly and available. My only complaint is the yard. The construction materials under the sod is dangerous(giant metal pieces, nails, screws and sharp wood) and creates a bumpy yard.

This is our second Lennar home and this experience was a nightmare. The salesman we had was the worst and I'm a Realtor and know what service is supposed to be. I love the community and the homes are lovely, but ours was not done and they did NOT have CO when we arrived. Lennar choose the closing date and we flew in to find a MESS. ow The warranty program works but our salesperson should be in the background, not working with the public. It's not just me that thinks that but our neighbors who also worked with him. KRISTAN is AWESOME though.....and the other guy in the office is great. I got tired of hearing "its not my job" or "Its my day off" OR "I don't know, I seldom get down that end of the road". We just wanted to know if the dock was in, if the kitchen was completed, were we closing on time........total unrepsonsive answers. Wyatt our construction manager was very good (he took over the mess from the guy that was fired). We like Wyatt a lot and he answered our questions and got the repairs done. MEL is AWESOME.....not our guy but very helpful. When I couldn't get an answer from our salesperson Phil, I would get the answer from Mel. We met him accidentally on site when we were there to view homes and I was able to contact him. THANK GOD! My husband had a heart attack the day after closing due to stress of the entire situation. The Lennar team was there from start to finish to answer any questions I had during the building process and still today should I need help sourcing any other services.

We bought out of state and the team always kept us informed of important milestones. This is actually our 2nd Lennar home and could not be any happier with our newest home purchase at Symphony.

Lennar had nice homes but they go cheap on a number of items IE hollow doors and no shower doors. There were a number of quality issues and they are more interested in building the next house vs fixing the problems in existing homes

Moving is stressful but Bruce made the home buying experience very straight forward.Gene at Lennar mortgage was superb even so there were a few issues he sorted them all out and kept it on track.Following our move I have to say that whenever I reported the odd issue Lance and his team responded very quickly and rectified the issue.Overall a very good experience and I would highly rate the service received by these members of The lennar team as they made the difference

Seeing other family and friends build houses right now, it's crazy to see them charged for things that were included in our home. It was an easy experience and would look to use them again if we decided to build in the future.

It’s a very simple floor plan built but has the feel of a custom home. The builder put a lot of thought into the design process and it shows in the finished product. My daughter loves our new home and I’m so glad we choose Lennar Homes. Plus everything is included!

Home was being built in our time frame

Cheaped out on paint quality and carpet quality. Besides that, excellent job.

Half of 1st floor tiles is hollow, door on 2nd floor master bed not closing, lawn on front yard is die, No one respond on this issue only asking feedback even not showing up and look at it.

Alison- wonderful personality, easily accessible when question arise, patient with answering questions and ensures resources are provided for buyers and residents! Jason/Andrew - professional, respond to calls immediately, and look out for residents. They go above and beyond to help with questions on issues on my house!

Cannot beat their pricing in Naples.

Make sure you get a great inspection and let them fix all the issues before closing

Buying a home can be a very exciting, yet stressful process. Lennar does a wonderful job communicating and responding to questions and concerns which gives an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort! I love my new home. I’m so glad I made the decision to allow them to build my beautiful Lennar home.

Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

I received a warm welcome when I walked into the showroom from Jane. She wasn’t pushy and really lessened to what I wanted in a house. The 2 Chad’s kept me up dated on the progress of my house every 2 weeks and answered my questions and concerns promptly.

Lennar is amazing from building to borrowing. They have great professionals and are more than willing to go the distance to make owners happy. Very responsive.

Lennar offers quality at a competitive price. The communities are well thought out and some offer amazing recreational amenities.
