We have had a terrible time with our whole building process. We were lied to from day one about what we could choose, lied to about availability of items, gas lit for every explanation, and the entire construction team has been condescending and belligerent. We have had to go all the way to the VP for every issue in order to actually get it addressed. The quality of workmanship and craftmanship is abhorrent. The amount of items that Lennar tries to pass off as "normal" or "good", that are actually sub par, barely to code, not to code, not straight, and downright poorly fabricated is ...

This is the 3rd house we’ve built (1st with Lennar), and can’t believe the how little Lennar actually cares about quality of workmanship. I’m not going to list all the items as it would take too long, but major issues include roof leak, plumbing backup, not building home to plan (forgot conferred ceiling in foyer, forgot brick on column on front porch, Island installed in the wrong place, dishwasher/sink/cabinets in Island installed in the wrong orientation), and the countless other items. Absolutely terrible. Haven't been in two months and we have massive cracks in the walls. The doors don't shut or latch and they have fixed them 5 times already and they still don't work. We don't have running cold water. I have called over and over and I just get the run around and nothing happens. We still have things broken from our initial walkthrough that should have been taken care of when I moved in. Ive asked to get someone else to be put on the case and nothing happens and the same guy Rene doesn't help or schedules and no one shows up. Stay away from this company.

This was the worst experience in building a house I’ve ever had. Closed on my house at the end of July, it’s now September 14th and my house still isn’t finished. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Buying from Lennar WORST real estate mistake I have ever made.

From the lack of sales support, to the purchase agreement to the mortgage process to closing and service after closing HORRIBLE experience. The home is poorly built several structural issues, flooring issues. Worst real estate decision I have ever made.

Very dissatisfied we have built 3 homes in fl and I would never buy a Lennar home again. Very poor workmanship. Totally stressed out from dealing with them. They slap their homes together and don’t care how they look.

I would say to prospective homebuyers, Run! Do not stop in the office go as fast as you can to a better, reliable, more professional builder that will use quality products and stand behind their workmanship! I owned my house for a month and is already showing signs of decay that are not covered by the so-called warranty.

This was a terrible experience and the home was not built well. Still dealing with issues. I would not recommend this builder at all. The quality of work, lack of follow-up for the builders and lack of professionalism/courtesy of Lennar Title.

My experience with Lennar has been nothing but a nightmare and still is. I have contacted sales managers (Mike) who told me he would get back to me and still hasn’t acted emails and calling him to schedule some things to get fixed. I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet, come to find out the plumber who installed the plumbing put the rubber rings on backwards which eventually would have caused them all to leak. The home is not worth what I paid for it, only the location is. It's a shame the quality of work, cheap appliances and material were used to build this type of home. I have a list of repairs from the first 2 months I have owned the home. Baseboards poping off in several locations, scratched glass doors, and toilet seats, warped doors, etc... I have reached out to the area manager to address a few issues and have not had a resolution within the last 4 weeks.

Think twice before buying a home from Lennar. The quality has gone down a lot. Had lot of issues just in the first month itself. 1) Crawlspace moisture issues (Puddles of water in crawlspace) 2) Crawlspace didn't have vapor barrier at all the places. 3) Leak in the garage. 4) Weather strip for the doors not installed correctly. 5) Faulty transformer for ring door bell. 6) Dry wall issues 7) and so on. I believe a homeowner shouldn't experience these many issues just in the first month if the build quality is good and is properly inspected.

I will not recommend Lennar. They used contractors who are not professionals in the industry. The guys who worked on my home looks like trainee -no experience at all. Workmanship is very very very poor. The inventory used is of cheap quality. Lawn is half done, Worst and cheap quality engineered hard wood. The floor is chipping out even before I closed. I’ve spent so much time and effort trying to get Lennar to make things right I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this review. You name it; it’s broken or done haphazardly. NEVER again. And lastly, broken promise after broken promise to make things right. It’s not just me, any time I talk to a neighbor they’re dealing with the same thing. Completely unreal.

The quality of the build is not what we expected. A private inspector found 37 issues, some major. I will provide his report if requested. Mike B. and Tyler B. have been great in trying to help us take care of the issues, but the nobody returns phone calls letting us know when repairs will be made.

Was Not a Warm Welcome, treat like I was not a person or my wife as if you don’t care. Everyone room was decorated but we was put in a plain room with the notary and had to yell to Lennar person across from the room if we need questions answered so unprofessional all the way even when key was put on table not out hand so wrong in so many way not even a picture like the other people was doing and ringing a bell . Plus the Townhouse was not clean did not do what we ask on list so rude.
