My home buying experience was loaded with delays and disappointments. The quality of these houses is also not very good. I would look at moving somewhere else if I had to do it over again.

Probably the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. When you complain about it they basically tell you to close or they will fine you. It has been almost 2 months they still haven’t fixed drywall, paint, tiles, cabinets. James, Kyle, Stephanie all bad. They want the sale and that’s it. Kyle has to be the worst. Lennar is extremely unresponsive and quaility of work is poor. I would never buy from Lennar again. I just did a walk-through with BTI Parnters at Marina Pointe. Their attention to detail was night and day comparted to Lennar.

Overall very bad experience!!! I never ever recommend to anyone to buy Lennar Home and whole team is sucks! They play lot of Gimmick to buyer. Agreed to buy home at $30k at 3.99%. The morning of closing they changed rate to 4.79%. Have made 7 warranty claims in 3 months. No windows in back of home that open. Cracks in the ceiling. The underwriting process was awful.

Shoddy workmanship

I FULLY REGRET MY PURCHASE. Overall the look is great, but when you look closely at the workmanship it is very shoddy. Shower stalls with tops not finished or caulked, major skips of caulking in showers, uneven & very noisy floors, steps that are slopped from boards with major cracks (which were attempted to be covered with caulking), boards cut too short and filled in spaces with caulking, first floor is VERY COLD, temperatures as low as 46 degrees, chips in all shower stall floor pans and in tub, cabinets not adjusted correctly and hit into walls & appliances, damaged appliances, ...

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me just say the only person that helped in this whole transaction was Celia. The worst experience was Lennar Mortgage (Christina Z), will NEVER recommend this lender and especially Christina! Dave the "walk through" guy was horrible!!! We never got a proper walk, unless you call a 6 minute walk proper? We were left figuring out how to work everything and search for instructions, still don't have the a/c warranty after asking more than three times... Still going through problems from lies told by Lennar. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER/LENDER!!!!!!!

The closing process was a disaster. The house was not complete by the closing. I moved in 2 months ago and still trying to get things fixed that were noticed at the walk through prior to close. I have been disappointed at every step of this process.

If I could give no stars I would. From the second we filled out an application, the rest of the process went lower than rock bottom. We spoke to our finance person (Mary Jo) ONE time and that was after calling/emailing numerous times. I finally reached out to Ali (man in the model home) letting him know that we have been trying to get ahold of her with no call back. The initial purchasing process was pretty straight forward. Our sales rep was extremely nice and progressional/helpful. We agreed to purchase our home and sent in our earnest money. This was the most unorganized build I have ever had. I used Lennar mortgage and title, thinking it would help communications. However, none of them seemed to communicate nor even know what the other was doing. I had unbelievable issues at every step. My closing was a disaster of miscommunication and they ended up missing 2 pages for me to sign. Then hounded me to sign the pages and fedex them. We have been given 6 different closing periods. We finally closed after being offered an incentive because you needed to close out their year end books. We still only have a TCO but no CO due to a list of 20 items that need to be fixed: we have no shower in the master, electrical switches that don’t operate anything, half the doors are missing, moldings are missing, it had to be replastered and needs painting, cabinets need to be fixed, tiles are chipped, front door needs to be sealed, plus other issues. Lennar is horrible. Offered an outrageous interest rate. Had us do a walkthrough when the house was nowhere close to being ready. Rude and unaccommodating staff. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

My new home was delivered unfinished. No follow-up on when things will get fixed. To name a few issues of MANY, my kitchen is unfinished, closet doors were not painted correctly, all doors are damaged, concrete floors in porch and patio are ruined, and after closing, we found out there is no infrastructure for the internet (we live in a "connected ultra wifi community."

Our experience with Lennar builders was bad from start to finish. We were pressured into a walk-thru before the house was completed. This resulted in additional pressure to close before the end of the month and before fixes were complete. We were told during the walk-thru that we would be supplied touch-up paint, which we didn't receive. We have asked several times for specific color names that were used and still have not received.
