Very Disappointing. Very Misleading.

At first glance Lennar homes look like a dream. That is only at first glance. The quality and workmanship is horrible. Paint slopped everywhere, granite that doesn't quite fit, boards protruding from walls, baseboard separating from walls, doors that wont close or lock, electrical issues, misshapen walls/ceilings, patched holes EVERYWHERE, you name it, Lennar construction will mess it up and then try to hide it from you. Lennar support will then blatantly ignore all requests you make for service and do zero follow up to resolve outstanding issues. We have owned the home for 4 months and still ...

Horrible workmanship, awful customer service

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very unhappy with this community. Parking is horrible, walls are very thin, neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Will be doing the very minimal time of my loan terms before I’m out of here.

I am not at all satisfied with the house we purchased. Why would you sell a house with so many issues? What's the point of buying a new house if it will give the owner several issues?

The quality of workmanship is awful. The quality of the product is awful. The contractors don't communicate with each other therefore leaving a less than standard quality product for the homeowner to fix. We moved in in Sept and we're still dealing with issues like placing a bathroom mirror over an outlet, tile cut wrong and showing the floor underneath, kitchen faucet disconnecting from the counter, wrong caulk in the entire basement, water filtration system was put in wrong, permanent footprints, broken and crooked heat vents, and so on. I have two investment homes with Lennar and both times I closed was a disaster, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship and forced to close even though there were so many outstanding deficiencies, unacceptable. Was on track to purchase 4 more investment properties, it will not be with Lennar.

From start to now my whole experience was horrible with Lennar. Still having issues. They sold me a house without making the proper drainage. Even the site work is not done yet. The house is falling a part. Will Never ever buy from them and recommend to keep away from this company. The problems never end. After the closing almost every day we are having a fixing job.for example I’m expecting another crew today...! Ridiculous..!

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY LENNAR!!!First off Lennar baits customers in and ever so slightly switches what the customer paid for. We paid a lot more for a premium lot. We were told by our sale person that nothing or no one would build or construct behind us. We came home and found the area behind us staked off for a walking trail. There went our privacy right out the window. Do you think Lennar was professional enough to ever let us know anything about it? Lennar cuts every corner and does not honor its warranty. They are unresponsive, rude and do not do proper repairs.

The materials used are cheap. The craftsmanship put in to the home is cheap. There’s so many peoples and the customer service line refuses to fix them. Always finding a loophole. My first review was denied. Concrete is crumbling. Grout is crumbling. The home is 6 months old.

LENNAR has no oversight or process to follow up on issues after the sale. Had 30 day walkthrough to see what need to be addressed haven’t been back since. That was 4 months ago. Wish they had a negative star all categories would receive a negative rating workmanship was poor at best. But they don’t care not there house just a paycheck for the workers.
