Lennar Homes got the cheapest materials and contracted the worst workers. They are in such a hurry to build, build, build, with no attention to details. And to try to get something fixed (in a new home) after you close, good luck!

Lennar was only interested in making the quarterly numbers NOT the satisfaction of the buyer. We had a terrible closing experience. We did not get thngs completed in a timely fashion and were pushed the entire time to "just close". I will NOT ever buy another home from Lennar!!!

I would never buy another Lennar home. I have owned in communities. But this experience has been unimaginably horrible. I have a serious constructionissue with the house. I’m getting the runaround. Overall everything was going well. Until we handed over our down payment. Then it felt like pulling my teeth to get any questions answered by the Lennar staff. Lennar mortgage is the worst. I have been an owner for 2 months. I sent my 1st payment as instructed and they have sent me 2 late notices. Although they cashed my check 10 days before the due date. 3 times I called to get verification and acknowlement. Waiting for a call back from a "supervisor ". Waiting over 40 minutes each time on hold Waiting for a reply. They were disorganized from the start. Nonody at their company wants to talk via the phone. They sold my loan already and still can't get answers from either company. They have made my brand new purchase a disappointing experience.

After the contract is signed and the first deposit is made Lennar's customer relations is poor. Every question was basically answered with the same response, "You signed the contract and there are absolutely no changes allowed by Lennar." During the inspection before the house was delivered, we found that the concrete floor of the garage was cracked into spider webs. This is not what a new house should look like. We understand that the concrete cannot be dug out and re-poured after it is poured. We just asked for repairs until the floor looks crack-free. But your staff was perfunctory.
