Entire process was very good. I like the good quality and value of my new home. I have a problem with my dogs digging under the fence and getting out of the yard. Builders were ok with fixing up the house before we moved in. Closing was delayed several times before we finally got to move in.

We had a great experience with the builder, From watching our home be built to our walkthrough, Thanks Dan'te, and moving into our new home.

I would like potential home buyers to know that the team at Lennar is awesome to work with. The loan officers are friendly and courteous. The are more than willing to answer any questions you may have as well taking care of all documentation needed to process your loan in a timely manner, They respond to emails and phone calls promptly. The construction manager was also great to work with providing updated information on a regular basis. We were very pleased with the quality of the way our home was built. Whole Process was very smooth from starting to closing. Lennar really did great Job! Seems like Lennar has very strong process in place at each stage Lennar have designated Individuals who are in contact with us to make process very very smooth, as first time Home Buyer i had lot of concerns but with Lennar at right time some one will reach out to you and update next steps in advance. This whole process has been the easiest experience of my life…which is very rare with home buying. From the first look and intro to the realtor (Sarah is an exceptional woman!), to the mortgage process, and everything there after my experience has been above board!! I received what I felt was an amazing deal and with zero haggling…they gave me the best offer upfront! During my new home orientation there was an issue with carpet noted. The timeframe in between closing didn’t allow for it to be fixed..,so, it wasn’t finished on move-in. Communication was above board the whole way though. I submitted the work order once I moved in and with zero fuss, they immediately responded and scheduled the company to come fix it at a time convenient to my schedule. After being in the home for almost 2 months, I have had zero issues with anything. The whole team and their established processes are in order and well above other builders I have seen. Kudos! ...
