Experienced numerous problems from purchase to closing. Did not receive things we were told were included in house. Couldn't even get in house for a couple of days after closing. Still unresolved problems. Overall was not a good experience.

I did the walkthrough inspection in Nov. 2020 with issues of back door. I closed Jan 2021 and here I am end of May 2021 and back door STILL is not fixed by now needs to be replaced because of they’re 3 trips out they STILL cannot do right by me. The new homeowner of a NEW HOME. This has put a thorn in my home buying experience with Lennar

I do like Lennar builders. Good quality.

Excellent build quality, but difficult warranty process

The home seems well overpriced for the poor quality of materials used, especially the flooring. The houses are built MUCH too close together, and my backyard has a very steep decline that makes much of the yard unusable.

I am an existing homeowner believed Lennar for best home home buying experience. However, it is not same after closing. Be aware of the promises. Do not blindly trust by brand name. Know the fact that there are very good other builders. If there is no other option other than going with Lennar, please prepare for nightmares.

Overall I had a great experience. I’m a first time home buyer, and from the construction to the lending, everyone I dealt with was helpful and spent the time to walk through the process. I wasn’t a very needy client, but if I was they were so patient. In the 3 months I’ve only had 1 minor issue on a small leak to submit that was resolved within 24 hours of my conversation with the lennar poc. While we all want perfection that is not realistic, it’s more about how they’ve responded and have all good things to say about my experience.

Love my floor plan and the space. Quality was an issue due to the amount of houses being built at the same time. More attention could have been paid to details. Paint Job and quality of paint I would rate a 2

Working with the customer service rep to fix certain things in the house was a difficult process. Communication was lacking, follow through was poor, and there was no one else to call at corporate to get help; were were stuck. Lennar builds a nice product, but our customer service experience at the end was not that great.

We had a great experience with the sales team on site. They were very responsive and communicated well. Richard is also very responsive to maintenance issues. He's very organized and follows up consistently. We are concerned about Lennar building the houses behind us quite a bit on higher ground. Concerns of proper water drainage will be something we have to keep an eye on. We wish Lennar would have just leveled the foundation so that potential water issues between neighbors are mitigated.

We moved in on January 23,2021 and on the 24th we had a major flood in the main bathroom. The water when under the sink and out into the hallway and hallway closet and underneath the wall into the living room. We immediately notified Robin, she came out and looked at the damage and said she would replace everything that was water damaged. That was January 25, 2021. As of today May 25, 2021 nothing and I mean nothing has been done. The baseboards moved away from the wall and I am worried about mold in the walls. I would like to have this fixed ASAP..

While Lennar may be fairly easy to work with to resolve problems, I feel there shouldn't be as many as I've encountered. Unfortunately I bought rather late in this community and it seems as though the builders were in a rush to get done. This shows in some of the sloppy work that was done and things that were caught in the final walkthrough. Some of these weren't corrected before closing and some seem to have fallen off that list altogether. Now I'll have to deal with them under the warranty.

Overall great experience. But the quality of the material can be improved. Especially around the sound isolation and steardy ness.

From beginning to end our experience with Lennar has been stellar. Our home is gorgeous and the Lennar team is quick to fix any issues we have.

Subcontractors should have been much neater...grout work on floors a bit sloppy in places. Left glue spots on floors. Same with stucco on lanai.Kitchen Backsplash job sat unfinished for weeks. That said, the response time for repairs has been excellent.

Everything was and still is great.

There have been multiple issues since moving in. The front rain spout that goes underground had to be dug up twice, as my drive way was an ice skating rink due to overflow. The flooring was not installed properly and had to be repaired, then the baseboards had to be repaired by 3 different people! The upstairs bathroom tub has cracks apparently from shipping and the manager just had someone repair it. I bought a brand new home I expect brand new everything. The oven is not level and hasn’t been fixed yet. The granite countertops are now pulling down and away from the wall; all that will be done is caulking according to what Chip indicated. The master toilet plugs up frequently with just urine and 1 piece of toilet paper. The requirements for fencing does not match up with where the front landscaping ends - almost 5 feet between where gravel ends and where fence can begin. Front landscaping still not started at any home and no indication of when it will start. The stainless refrigerator and dishwasher look terrible even after washing with special stainless steel cleaner. There is no towel rack in the master bathroom -just a hook, which is not sufficient. Stephan and Chip are great! They are/ have been very responsive and do their best with what they are able to do. Great customer service with those two. Lennar made a quality home. Innovation designed (home in a home). Timely respond in case i call to fix the minor issue.
