Don’t go thru Lennar Mortgage. They are terrible and never respond. Never answer phones. Never get back to you. Had to almost pull out of buying the home.

Extremely Disappointing! Our move in experience couldn't have gone much worse.

The majority of the items we found on our walk through were not taken care of. One of the biggest problems was the block wall was left incomplete. The first 4 or 5 blocks and the very last block were installed and about 30 in between were missing. They fed us a few lies about why it wasn't finished but we were told they were not going to complete it and could just forfeit our $5,000 deposit and not take possession. Lennar is horrible, and I would never ever recommed anybody using this company. Everything was cheap. The dry wall work was a mess and never fixed. The vents and outlets were crooked. They put in the wrong bannister than what I was promised. The dishwasher didn't work the first day I moved in. Toilets consistently clog. Closet doors are always coming off the track. Stay away from lennar.

Worst experience with Lennar start to finish

We had the worst experience in home buying with Lennar in Princeton. The sales agent Connor Frank was rude, arrogant and held a lot of information just to make the sale. There were numerous issues with the house and the workmanship which were not properly addressed before closing. After closing there is no one interested in resolving the issues. Connor Frank is the worst agent you could possibly come across and Lennar is possibly the work builder to buy a home. They have stopped responding to calls and texts and do not want to resolve the issues even under the warranty.

I've bought two homes now, one from another builder. I can say that every step of the way with lennar was shady. First, your salesman, Brian was too pushy. He kept giving us deadlines during the home initial contract to sign and give a deposit. This isn't a professional way to conduct business when you pressure someone to sign such a large purchase. Next, your build process and the excuses involved as to why the construction was delayed was unbelievable. I have sent pictures of cracked toilet, moulding not attached, doors with no weather stripping, vents that blow cold air when the heater isn't even working. We have towels over doors. We have had doors that won't shut. Cabinets that the faces are warped.

They are thrown together. Can't get anyone to get back to you. Have been promised twice they'd get the things fixed, twice they have not shown or contact to reschedule. Sent pictures twice but still nothing. Can't believe the way you are treated with problems. They are not quality built homes.

LENNAR is the worst for customer service. This was my first time buying a home and they made my life difficult for a whole year. There is NO communication at all. When I finally did my final walk through of the house things still weren’t finished, I was told by the construction manager that he would take care of it but don’t tell them that he was doing that but he never did now I have to go through home warrant which is another hassle.

I have had to live in a construction zone from day one. Could not even get to the elevator as workers were blocking the walkway on my floor cutting materials, carpet, etc. My very cheap dishwasher did not work and was not taken care of for 7 days. Poor quality work.all of the the bi-fold doors (6) looked like they were scraped through gravel at the bottom. The solution was to paint them, still frayed at bottom. The quality of the home is terrible, shower heads are cheap, appliances were the poorest quality available. The washer dryer are terrible. Never again will I buy a Lennar home ! The tile started falling off the shower wall after 2 weeks. The microwave doesn't work after 3 weeks. LENNAR keeps saying it is homeowner maintenance. The carpet is so cheap you can feel the plywood under your feet.

Awful Buying and Construction Experience

The buying experience was awful, salesperson was not very helpful. No communication during the construction process at all. No clue what was going on and no questions answered. I spent a lot of money on a house and no one at Lennar cared for quality and craftsmanship. Why not spent a little more money on quality materials so the homeowner can move into a quality built house (ex. hurricane windows and doors in the entire house except front door glass, why?).

I have very bad experience with Lennar new house quality and workmanship. Before clossing and after there are few major leakage on Lennar new house due to bad workmanship. Also during leakage Noone response to fix the issue on time. Low guality of interior door and kitchen cabinets. Low quality of and bad workmanship of plumbing faucet and plumbing contractors.

Builder didnt share all the details of the property. After closing it has been 2 months and still didnt had mail box keys. Never this was disclosed till we close the home. No ETA for building swimming pool and cabanas that are in plan.. But still have to pay the full HOA amount which covers these maintenance costs. Overall I felt, chaulking is not done properly and when asked, the response is, it is standard. Have to escalate above some members I am interacting to get things done. Overall it left a very bad taste with this purchase experience.

And does not reflect Lennar office and sales I counted 75 email communications from eight different people during the whole course of our mortgage experience.
