Excellent staff the process was so easy and fast

My experience with Lennar was positive from the get-go. They were so helpful and I felt confident that I could trust them to be honest and fair. They explained everything and my meetings with the builder were exceptional and always on time!

Tom is always helpful and tries to get things taken care of. We have had problems with our carpet they finally determined it was defective and had to replace all of our carpet. When they pulled back the pad workers had filled holes in cement with DIRT! The new carpet isn’t any better, our so called Luxury carpet is cheap. It’s takes over three minutes to get hot water in kitchen sink, it is such a waste of water. Our gated community is only gated after 6:00PM. We were told all construction traffic would be using Pat Tillman and they DO NOT. We are suppose to have trees behind our view fence, Five months later still no trees. Communication between sales people, contractors, and HOA need to get on the same page. Happy to say we love the area and have wonderful people that live in Encore. ... More

Beautiful home! Lennar made it a great buying/building experience.

You get a lot for your money. Sales agent was extremely nice.

The buying experience with the realter and loan officers was by far the best. After that, the issues we continue to notice....workmanship is horrible.

The fact that everything is included is what factored into our decision to pick Lennar over any of the other builders. The majority of the nice things you see in the model home is included at no additional costs where other builders nickel and dime you on every little upgrade.

The site superintendent Zenon and the salesman Bradley Andrews were great to work with all the way through. Very trustworthy and honest during the build. We some issues at the end of the project but most were taken care of right away.

When I initially decided to purchase my home, I was told the closing date would be in September of 2020. When I saw construction had not yet started on my home (well after construction was supposed to have begun) I brought it up with Lennar staff. I was subsequently told the home would not be ready until closer to January 2021. As a result, I was offered a different lot with the same floorplan, which was supposed to be ready around September of 2020 (the original agreed upon timeline). When this offer was made to me, I was told this would be at no extra cost, as compensation for the mix up. I agreed to take the new lot, since I had already set plans in motion to move out of my current living space (banking on a September move in date). Two days later, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee in order to switch to the lot that would have been ready on time, and that I would have to stay with the original lot if I did not want to agree to pay more up front. I was obviously frustrated at this point, and was essentially told by Lennar staff that these were my only two options. I ultimately elected to sort out a living situation to fill out the additional time it would require to stay with the first lot, and not pay extra for a different lot. From this point on, the construction process went smoothly and expeditiously. The construction manager, Craig, was thorough and available throughout this process. However, on closing day, there was some kind of miscommunication somewhere in the Lennar organization and the construction crew was still working to correct some of the issues pointed out during the initial walkthrough when I arrived to move in. I'm not entirely sure who this oversight falls on, but it was disappointing things were not 100% complete and there had not been a cleaning done prior to my move in. All the aforementioned frustration aside, the quality of the home is top notch and I am incredibly pleased with the end result. I have not had any issues beyond a few minor cosmetic fixes. I have bought a well crafted home and it was a pleasure working with all the Lennar staff .

-process for buying house was totally nebulous and unclear -wrong closing date provided -wrong cabinetry upgrade installed -serious flood days before closing -appraisal provided included a financially significant clerical error -partner mortgage company made a financially significant clerical error on closing paperwork -partner mortgage company “forgot” to ask us to sign paperwork during closing so we had to make another 2 hour trip the following day -nobody provided blue zipper folder of critical information until we requested it -leaking toilet days after moving in -30 day walkthrough and followups were not executed in a timely manner -advertised smart home echo dot simply wasn't included until we requested it -multiple shrubs are dead -notable garbage from construction left on perimeter of property -list goes on… ... I am still trying to get things fixed to my satisfaction.

Gen suite has worked out wonderful. Both in-laws and parents have had extender stays. Neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Recently installed my Tesla electric car charger(easy hookup). The sales team outstanding. Thanks Scherri for all your support, assistance and caring.

Overall the market is over priced for what you get. The quality of the home is cheaper with no real customizable options. Staff is nice but quality of home feels cheap.

It was impossible too work with Lennar title. Would not accommodate my requests and had to use a different title company. Lennar punished me by not paying fees that the seller would normally pay

Disappointed in grade of materials including Quality Control & Quality Assurance during the construction phase.

Good price. Good features. Good floor plans. Poor warranty service after move in. Still have a window that won’t lock after 4 months along with other issues. Poor workmanship.

If at all possible DO NOT buy a house from Lennar. If at all possible they will take advantage of price increases on your contracted home to selectively cancel your contract and force you to re-contract on the same house at a higher price. They will do this the day before closing forcing your hand to fork over more money. The quality of the house is terrible. Our floor tiles buckle, the kitchen island is not level do food rolls off, the HVAC cannot maintain safe humidity levels, there are a number of mis-wired switches and missing GFCI and or AFCI breakers. Our master bath sink is cracked. Cracked kitchen cabinets. The WiFi they include with the house crawls like a snail, yard is not graded properly. Ductwork is not sealed properly. Windows were not caulked, Shower glass is damaged. Interior doors are warped. The list goes on and on. ... More

Subcontractors never get back to you when you need answers to questions about what was done on the house for example the irrigation system was put in at the beginning of the build I have no idea where the heads are I have no idea what type of system they're using and when I try to get information nobody bothers to call me back secondly when you asked first things from the DC after your house is closed he never gets back to you or he tells you he will get in but he never does trying to get information about the build of this house is like pulling

Build quality of the home is fine, and dealing with the local Lennar employees is very good and they work very hard to make it a good experience. Policies directed down from corporate are based on what is best for corporate and for the experience of the home buyer.

Overall experience has been good. Construction supervisor Steve was excellent and warranty customer care man Pat are very good.

Disappointed in end quality and finish materials…

Home builder has defects, that take many visits from their contractors to repair, over the course of several months. Our counter has been repaired over 6 times, and still needs more work as they can never get it right on the first visit. Damaged closet hardware has been months to get repaired, still waiting on parts for over three months. Front door still is beat up from construction, and still waiting on a replacement. Upon move in, our keys weren't even there, and then weren't the right keys, and have to get it rekeyed. Attention to detail isn't there, they just wait to see what you find and want to argue to death to get fixed. ... More

Not happy with things done inside house too much mistake in finish.2month here and need thi gs to be fixed. Still waiting . I love Lenard homes always did.but little thi gs can make things big.thk u.
