A number of items brought to the field supervisors attention were ignored or he said he would "take care of the" and then ghosted us and did nothing to complete and repair items. Ex: missing trim pieces, delaminated cabinet shelf, vanity cabinet door chipped, mulch missing around palm trees, trees blown crooked by the hurricane (which hit 2 weeks before closing) chipped floor tile. drywall mud and paint on outlets and switches, overhead garage door not closing properly, interior doors not painted on top and bottom per mfg. warranty requirement. I am very scared about the stability of my new home. Poor quality of wood and other materials 1. Foundation concrete is not strong due to lack of steel structure please visit Wilson houses for reference how they use steel structure in the Foundation 2. No structural supervision by manager. It is your luck how they build 3. No use of 5×3 or 6x4 wood for top of windows and all attached 2x3 Poor quality wood 4. I am very disappointed with quality 5. Worst Construction Company in History

Probably the worst construction company I’ve worked with. False promises and poor construction quality. Promised us few things when signing the contract which were later modified to cheaper options / alternatives. We paid million dollars for this home and the quality and build materials are the cheapest ones on the market. Price gouging everywhere possible while not even providing bare minimum quality. False promises as well. Will never ever buy a Lennar home or recommend to any of my friends and family. You lost a customer.

Absolute cheating where the sales associates don't disclose anything and just showing a model house which is built with quality, I am sure the home is going to collapse soon. Flushing water in the bathroom will create a Dolby digital sound across and Lennar being a big company playing cheap with HOA operators and this is not good at all and it is our fate to come and end here.

If this time my options were more open I would not have bought from Lennar. All employees and associates are irresponsible and does business as if they didn’t want customers or wouldn’t do business ever again. Their knowledge was shocking in many instances lying to me. The craftsmanship and details of the build is way below bar. Over all very regretful experience. Would never recommend.

Salesperson Daniel and Sales Manager Chad both told us repeatedly that we can have a privacy fence. I advise that you request and read the HOA bylaws before purchase as it states we can only have a 4 foot aluminum picket fence. If this wasn’t our first home, and first HOA we would have known to check this beforehand. Leaving this review since I reached out to Daniel and it’s been radio silence. Never spoke with the same person before buying. Left wife off title despite being told to put her on it. Communication was the worst ever. Deadlines never met yet I was rushed to do my parts. Landscaping not put in when originally told. Builder took forever to finalize final inspection for city because of landscaping delay. This prevented me from getting utilities moved into my name until two weeks after signing. Kitchen base boards not attached to anything. Paint is terrible quality and is easily marked and damaged. Home buying process was stressful and no one from Lennar was helpful.

Lennar wants to use the excuse of being a production builder for major quality issues. They do not even adhere to their own quality standards. The finish work is atrocious. When the door manufacturer comes in your house & is appalled by how nothing is plumb so none of the interior doors sit properly in the frame with large gaps visible, it is really sad. They make their garages so small you cannot park a standard size SUV in it. The paint they use is so cheap that 4 coats did not cover pencil written measurements on trim pieces. Was promised several options for internet in this area by the customer support manager and PDF. Bought the home and moved in to discover I only have 1 option and it’s the worst internet provider in the area. After the initial work through areas that needed to be approved weren’t address by the time we did a 2nd walkthrough. I have coworkers that were looking to buy in the area and have drove them away from Lennar after my terrible experience.

Overall my experience was downhill since the moment we decided to buy with Lennar. I could write an essay about everything that went wrong. Employees are poorly organized and departments do not communicate between each other at all. I felt like they were always trying to pull one over on me. Once I moved in and I thought the nightmare was finally over within the first week of living here we had to make 4 warranty claims. Even paying my mortgage has been a hassle. Literally could not say one good thing about this experience.

I got my keys but didn’t get my garage door opener or my mailbox key. As a first time home buyer it was not only annoying but very difficult to deal with . I didn’t like the roughness and the figure it out mentality that I slowly came to realize. It was a very rushed process and I had to find out or contact them about my keys which should have been explained to me.

The overall home quality is poor. The workmanship is horrible with lots of items unfinished and poorly done. It seems to be no quality control of the workers work. Appliances are cheap and dangerous. The home is not the same as the model we were shown. Different floor plan. Basically the house is a double wide trailer on a cement slab. Regret the purchase and wouldn't recommend Lennar as a builder.

I was constantly lied to by the construction manager that things would be fixed before closing and it wasn’t. Now every week I’m dealing with the warranty department which that person said this house should never have been closed on in the shape that it was in. I have had an issue in my home since first walk thru and over two months later given constant run around. Still with no answers and it is delaying everything else that needs to happen in my home and my elderly mother has to delay moving in because of this issue and creating so much stress to my family. My husband ended up in the hospital with the added stress. Buying a new home should be happy and satisfying time not like this.

When evaluating purchase for Coach Home in Dec of 23 we were told completion would be in Q1 of 25. Contract stated that completion would be in Dec of 24. Actual completion was moved to Oct putting us under a financial strain to sell exit house in poor sales market of the summer and early fall months. We asked for help from Matt to move us to a later build in the schedule and that was met with cold indifference. HIs response was "you have to sell the house for loose your deposit."
