My entire experience in working with Lennar/Timber Creek has been fantastic!

The process was very smooth, there weren't any road blocks or miscommunication during the process. I'm love my home, especially all the smart features that are included! I would definitely recommend Lennar to family and friends.

My 3rd time building second time building a Lennar home, this has been the worst one by far. From the lack of communication, to the 9 week closing delay, the quality of work, missing items, incomplete items, no walk through etc. I would not recommend Lennar as a builder.

We love our home, but Lennar could improve on resolving issues in a timely manner.

They just don't care. Everyone home buyer (including all of my neighbors in the hood felt like a number to the sales team and the building team.

I love my house , I hate the appliances after one week there was a dent in my refrigerator and the stove top is scratched already just by wiping it. My floors are cracking and Grout job on my tiles stinks I am glad that I still have but when your warranty to get fixed all the things that are wrong with my house.

I have too much repairs left in my new home and I reported so many times but no one responds

A good home for the money.

From the beginning to end was a dream experience, everyone's was polite and professional, the felling was like, (we want you to have a house) not we want to sell you a house. Very happy with Lennar if have to buy another house, definitely with Lennar.

Rusty was the best part of my entire experience working with Lennar! He ensured that every little question or concern I had was addressed in a timely and complete manner!

Builder dodnt use the quality materials

My overall experience was good but I found issues after I moved in and when I reported the issues within the first 30 days it took a month or so before someone contacted me. I then was told that some items was not covered. So make sure you try to check everything if you decide on this builder.

The home buying and building process was easy and pretty smooth overall. Lennar was pretty good about keeping me updated, addressing any questions I had, and addressing any issues that came up during the process. Have minor issues with dings and imperfections with paint/trim/molding finishes. A few minor issues popped up after closing and they were pretty responsive and quick to fixing those issues. One major pain point I am having issues with is in regards to landscaping, I have several dead patches throughout my lawn. Whoever Lennar used for landscaping laid down sod directly top of construction debris which prevents grass from properly rooting, I don't have to dig more than an inch on several dead spots to find fist-sized rocks or large chunks of cement directly underneath the sod. I wish they would've done their due diligence in properly laying down sod or at least rectify the issues after the fact. The buying process was very smooth. The fixes that are always required with a new build has been very poorly managed.

Our home buying experience was great. Ty was a pleasure to work with! Everything seemed great and was going as planned. A few unexpected things occured and fast forward to our home being finished - we feel that our home was rushed and the quality of the workmanship was out the door. We felt rushed upon our walk through "tape walk" a lot of things were pointed out but poorly fixed. As of today, we are still finding things that could've been caught and fixed upon their initial "QA" walk through which I believe never happened. But overall we are happy with our home despite the issues... Even if it's a new house I'd advise a personal inspection and make sure to keep a keen eye on any issues upon your walkthrough. ... More

The process of buying a home can seem insurmountable, but that was not our experience here. Lennar was there to answer all of our questions, from the most simple to the more complex, helping us to feel comfortable, through the process. Any issue that arose they were quick to address it and correct it if needed. From start to finish, through all of the different stages of building, our experience was pleasant and relatively stress-free. We are in our home now and we love it. Very satisfied buyers right here.

Great customer service, on time closing and satisfied!

The whole Lennar team was extremely easy to work with. We constructed our new house while living in another state and never had any worries about how the building or workmanship was performed,,,, very pleased with our final outcome of our new home!!!!

Great customer service was the main reason I bought my home from Lennar. The sales team was professional and friendly. The customer care team is responsive and efficient as issues addressed quickly after move-in.

There is a lot of little things that were over looked at by the builder. There should be better paint all around the house.

Great teamwork all around the company.
