Delivered a quality product at a fair price. Missed the estimated completion date by 3 months but Covid 19 issues more responsible for that than builder.

Of course quality material is essential, but better is when it comes with an amazing customer service. Not saying we did not face some challenges along the way, but every time the Lennar team was open to listening to and find a solution.

When we came across Lennar's Cortona, we were sold! We had a great experience with Phil in the model home. He was so helpful in sharing with us the Lennar brand and the "everything's included" mantra. We quickly decided to mover forward on an inventory home. All along the build process to the post-move-in process, Lennar staff has been great! Carlos, the on site construction manager has been so professional and helpful. The construction team and warranty team did a nice job in getting issues corrected.

Very friendly and professional staff very concerned and eager to make sure we were satisfied and everything was well with our home.

Still waiting on front steps to be replaced due to incorrect way they were installed. Had my final walk thru postponed 2 and wasn't notified, pushed my closing to December 3 and that cost me $450 in rent money. House is built good, alot of inconveniences since house wasn't completely ready on closing date...

The initial purchase process was a nightmare. Steer clear of Michael. That being said, quality seems decent. There have been minor quality issues.

I am impressed with the Lennar staff that I came in contact with during the process. They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make my purchase and closing very easy inspite of the covid restrictions.

Lennar made it very easy to become a homeowner.

Great experience for first time buyer!!

The mortgage process is absolutely ridiculous - the homes are missing insulation - the appliances they put in are sub-standard old - they take away items that should be included every time they raise the price & the houses for age restricted communities are Not Senior friendly I.e. they put cold air returns on the 10 ft. ceilings & not where they can be changed!! Only good thing I can say is in my community the team responsible for repairing little items is good!

They promise the world then when it comes to warranty work, they close warranty work tickets due to how it would effect them, use excuses to not match paint on new builds (they replaced a garage panel due to holes and now they say they will only paint the one panel and if I want it to match I have to do it myself. Say its due to normal weathering when I only been here 4 months) My firewall door to garage and the back porch door have large gaps that you can see outside and qhen the wind blows it opens the door. They say it meets builder standards when even my inspection listed it as an issue. I have had 3 electrical outlet problems. I could not test/reset one and they warranty customer service rep came out and plugged an electrical tester in it and said its working. The will not produce an invoice or send out licensed contractors to fix the issues. I would recommend never to buy Lennar or do not close until all work is completed. ... More

Poor quality. Some of the cabinet doors didn't install properly, floors make a squeaky noise.

It doesn't appear that the construction team did a quality check/inspection on all the sub-contractor work. Since we moved in this past January, we have had several visits from contractors to repair/finish work that should've been completed before closing. Cracks in windows, unfinished paint jobs, drywall issues. It is very noticeable to see the poor workmanship and lack of quality in how the work was supervised. We were not expecting to have all these issues within the first three months of living in a brand new home.

This was my third experience buying from Lennar. It was quick and easy.

Love everything about the house especially the high ceiling they are awesome
