This has been the worst home purchase experience ever between the sales person telling you whatever you wanted to hear and lying about follow ups, along with misrepresentation of the property and what you can actually do and now an ongoing battle with the builder and the county regarding land rights And building issues. Do not ever buy from this builder!

Overall Experience was extremely poor. From the "common" items left out of the building process such as towel bars and Shower rods, to the fact that NO underground sprinkling system was installed to water the new sod - leaving that 2K responsibility to the new homeowner, to a disastrous 2 day closing event. At this point I am very sorry I ever signed the Purchase Agreement.

My experience with Lennar has been awful. I was given misinformation from my Lennar mortgage representative on several occasions making the process a nightmare. Then I was promised that a list of items would be completed by the builder prior to my virtual walk-through. They were not, but promised to be done prior to closing. It's now been six weeks since I closed and I'm still waiting for many things to be fixed. I'm frustrated and very unhappy with Lennar.

I have many things to say about Lennar — my experience has truly been the worst ever. During the home-buying process, I constantly had to follow up with Lennar staff just to get answers to my questions. Their customer service was poor, but unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. On closing day, Lennar was supposed to pay my hazard insurance through the escrow account — but they didn’t. My policy was at risk of cancellation. When Lennar finally issued the payment, they ended up reversing it. It has now been three weeks, and the Lennar staff have stopped responding to my emails and ...

The house was not ready on closing date. There were multiple walls left with holes that the builder did not tell the buyer. First week in the house already had a water leak and we are still waiting for some repairs to be done.

Quality not that great. Never ever go with Lennar mortgage whatever promotional offer is given. They’ll drag you until the very last moment to give so many surprises and you’ll not be able to get the full promotional offer and you’ll feel cheated.

Lennar charges a premium price and uses the cheapest material and labor and it shows. I am SO disappointed and have major regret for building this home. Gave responsiveness 2 stars - they do respond - but, nothing changes - your told that's how it is.

Before closing, I hired a professional home inspector who uncovered a laundry list of issues—bad masonry work, sloppy and frankly comical electrical wiring, fencing that lacked proper nails and support, and concerning plumbing flaws, particularly with the water heater. Just to be honest , I won’t recommend Lennar homes to no body My bad experience was really bad . after 2 months moved in , grass never was set it on , I called & called to warranty department and not answer I was told that 10 days after moved you will have your grass set ,but that is not true . funny is all the houses sold out has grass already and I am still waiting on it..

It has been nothing short of a nightmare! We hired a inspector who found 98 pages of work that was not done properly and reused damaged items such as doors and appliance,Every issue is being addressed slowly and costing us time and taking away the enjoyment of our new home,We have repairs daily!!! This is a brand new home and it should no be like this!!! My backyard is a swamp

I have a “swale” in my backyard that remains constantly wet, regardless of dry weather. Despite multiple dry days, the area never dries out. When I walked outside, I found not only standing water but also frogs and mosquitoes breeding in what has essentially become a stagnant puddle. I was assured by the builder and the seller that it was nothing to worry about but the issue has become worse and no one seems to want to help resolve the issue.

I would not recommend buying a home from Lennar. The materials used in their construction are extremely cheap, resulting in numerous issues that they refuse to fix. Poorly finished walls due to defective materials. If you're looking for a high-quality, well-built home, I strongly suggest exploring other builders.
