The only people with Lennar I am thankful for is Bryan & Ken for being dedicated to customer satisfaction & Lou H. for how helpful she was with our loan underwriting. Other than that, this is The WORST experience I’ve had in home buying. The day we met with our consultant we told her our price range & number of rooms/bathrooms we wanted. She showed us houses at least 10-20k over our price range and not even what we had asked for in a home. What is suppose to be a great home buying experience has definately been extremely horrible, since the beginning from the loan to moving in. Problem after problem with a BRAND NEW home. Only person who has been a pleasure to work with has been Alex. He has been on top of EVERYTHING that has been wrong with my home. Just wow!! I don't know about recommending Lennar!!

Bad experience

We moved here hoping we will have a great experience but having bad experience as of now. We are facing major issues in Owner's suite room. Though it was repaired couple of times again we are facing same issue again and again which is very bad and worst experience. They installed cracked bath tub and they repaiered it. First place they shouldn't have installed damaged item. Very bad construction and management have to take care of these things during construction phase itself instead of troubling us.

My 2nd Lennar home. What a huge (bad) difference in build quality and materials compared to first home. No gutters. No sprinkler system. Side boards are very soft, dry wall very soft. Paint is very bright white. Counter top is nice but very cheap because it stains quickly. Bathroom faucets are the cheapest on the market, same goes for the sink. Had electrical issue first week, service request put me on a viral call (the construction manager assisted with the issue, it was a wiring issue). Had a mouse get in the garage the first week because they left a open space under the water heater. ...

Honestly, I would never recommend nor purchase another Lennar home. The only positive experience was my initial walk thru 2 weeks prior to closing on my home with Lennar associate Beth. From the very start with Lennar, my sales personnel, Jimmy Zaid kicked off the negative experienc but his constant lack of communication, And most importantly empty promise of purchase price. He stated that every model of my home sells for $300,000 and that there were 3 left after looking at a model of one selling that day. No warranty after closing

Lennar just wants to sell you the home and after closing if you discover something was missing or damaged like a scratched mirror or stained countertop and you didn't discover it during the walkthrough, they'll tell you it's not covered under warranty even though they tell you a million times before closing that don't worry you have a one year warranty! Apparently the warranty is worthless.

They will ignore you once you discover major issues with house

Pay attention to the brickwork and shower tile work...... they will use defective material and patch them up in a very amateur way.... When you reach out about the issue they will say that is the pattern of the brick. When you don't fall for that they will ignore you and never respond again.

Not customer service at all in any department. The materials and accessories that they used are the cheapest . I saw the blinds that they put in a $750.000 house at Walmart for $15.00 . Chrome fixtures the cheapest. We knew what we were buying but we didn’t realize how bad it was.

DO NOT buy from LENNAR! They are the MOST unreliable, RACIST and worst people to work with. We are first time home buyers and they made the process extremely difficult for us to purchase a home. We also felt that some of the people involved in our home buying process were very prejudiced and racist and they contributed to the difficulties that we experienced throughout the process. They did EVERYTHING they could to try to ensure that we didn’t get a home. Their loan officers are THE WORST! Please save yourself the heartache. Their homes are cheap and you end up having to take care of things ...

The "Lennar Experience" is an absolute joke. I knew what I was getting into with a cookie cutter new build but I was not expecting the process and employees to be the worst part of the whole experience. If I could do it again I would run away. Our CM, Tate, was an absolute disaster and was more worried telling me about some facebook group that complains about him then actually fixing problems we pointed out at 3 different walk throughs. The fact he still has a job shows Lennar has zero care about quality and just pumps them out. Since moving in a few months ago we have had over 10 different ...

I have serious concern on price transparency and also the structure and material used . The garage does not have proper structure to park two cars. The stairs from the garage to the main floor is quite elongated. No washer and drawer are included in that package while this was known but when compared with other property seller near by there are better deal available. I don’t think I’m gonnna recommended Lennar to anyone.

Very poor quality. They show you a model home, then drop the bomb on you, it don't come with this and that, bait and switch. Put cabinets in with NO knobs to open them with. Much much more.
