I have a list of things that never got completed yet. Said will be right back that was four months ago. I could go on and on and on. Will never ever buy another Lennar home and will stop anyone who I hear say that they're looking at Lennar.

No warranty after closing

Lennar just wants to sell you the home and after closing if you discover something was missing or damaged like a scratched mirror or stained countertop and you didn't discover it during the walkthrough, they'll tell you it's not covered under warranty even though they tell you a million times before closing that don't worry you have a one year warranty! Apparently the warranty is worthless.

Pay attention to the brickwork and shower tile work...... they will use defective material and patch them up in a very amateur way.... When you reach out about the issue they will say that is the pattern of the brick. When you don't fall for that they will ignore you and never respond again.

Not customer service at all in any department. The materials and accessories that they used are the cheapest . I saw the blinds that they put in a $750.000 house at Walmart for $15.00 . Chrome fixtures the cheapest. We knew what we were buying but we didn’t realize how bad it was.

DO NOT buy from LENNAR! They are the MOST unreliable, RACIST and worst people to work with. We are first time home buyers and they made the process extremely difficult for us to purchase a home. We also felt that some of the people involved in our home buying process were very prejudiced and racist and they contributed to the difficulties that we experienced throughout the process. They did EVERYTHING they could to try to ensure that we didn’t get a home. Their loan officers are THE WORST! Please save yourself the heartache. Their homes are cheap and you end up having to take care of things ...

ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOBODY WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT…. Dirty floors, broken lighting fixtures, broken refrigerator, problems with heating system that according to the company who came today, it has no warranty. Squishy floor, cracked tub, scratched kitchen cabinets. Glue on toilets and kitchen sink, Etc….. ITS A BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. what its wrong with this company???. To answer the question if I recommend this builders. NO!

Houses are built of poor quality and lot of cosmetic issues. Honestly this is my first time home purchase and I went with lennar since it's a good brand but very disappointed for the price that I paid. Lennar's mantra is 'Everything is Included' but they did not offer me a single extra thing I have asked for. Considering the price I paid this house is not worth it

Paid cash. Money had to be paid prior to closing. Which was prior to walk through. On Walk through house had a ton of problems and issues and was not even completed. Never had a second walk through which in New York is unheard of to fix all the problems. Morning I closed not one issue on walk through list was addressed and the house still was not finished. The sump pump was operational; however, the volume of water penetrating the foundation itself suggests potential defects in either the foundation’s waterproofing or the structural integrity of the building.

We purchased our home in November and closed on our home in late February. We were promised weekly construction updates and concierge service. This never happened. Communication from Lennar throughout the process was horrible. Except of course from the lending side of their business. Quality of work appliances and fixtures is bargain basement. Plastic! Terrible craftsmanship. You can see the mud on the sheet rocks through the paint because it is so thin and they only put one coat on. The wall when light hits it from an angle shows a large repair mound and tape line from Floor to ceiling. There’s holes in the subfloor on the second level under the carpet. There’s piles of something under the linoleum in the Laundry room. Apparently none of the floors are prepped before you just throw carpet or vinyl over it to cover up everything. Horrible experience. Noone ever answers the phone and when they do they pass the issue to another person. There's problem every step of the way. Had to postpone receiving the keys because lennar mortgage did not release the loan on time. Many issues with the house, weak construction, water leaks, power not wired properly. Overall horrible experience

Briana was awful . She was not responsive to emails or phone calls. She didn’t know the answers to mortgage questions and told me inaccurate information. I had to get her boss involved because it was impossible to deal with her. She wanted me to sign documents that were inaccurate. Up to the day of closing, the down closing costs were still unsure. I literally was so stressed out that I ended up in the hospital the following day for tightening of my chest. I’m young, with no issue of the heart. The Dr said it had to be stress related. The local contractors did a good job, however Lennar as a company cuts corners everywhere and use bad products. They short change at the dumbest opportunities, like a thermostat. All around bad, the best part is that the actual local contractors can come after you buy and then make everything right.

Beware of everything they tell you and be careful what you sign. When you ask for repairs to be made you or told that it us not covered or they sent unqualified repair people that have made the problem worse
