I never received a New Home Orientation. I never received a pre drywall orientation. The property was poorly constructed! Each day I’m discovering new issues and needed repairs in the house. I was so excited about purchasing a brand new home, which turned out to be a huge disappointment!

Builder steal/removed curtains from this model home. Sent refund check very late, with buyers and realtors total five payee name in a check, how can we cash this check? Took Lennar 2 months to correct purchase number in ALTA, two months add correct name to deed.

The entire process was a joke and can be summed up as simply as saying I received better service at McDonald’s. The only reason I purchased this “home” is the promotional interest rate. I would not recommend Lennar to my worst enemy and will NEVER purchase from them again. Nobody at the company cares about anything other than taking all the money from you they can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I want to say first how nice and responsive Amy and Stephen were that is who we dealt with most. They represent the company well. The problem I had is how much we were lied to. When we first walked in to view the house it was 281k and we were advertised a 4.25% interest rate. In a short 2 months it went up to 306k and 5.65%. We messed up and agreed. We got ripped off. Never again will I recommend to anyone or myself purchase a lennar product. I’m paying more for home owners insurance because I refuse to give Lennar any more of my hard earned money. Random Fees start to show up at closing

Builders are charging a builders fee at closing which was supposed to be included in the original price . That’s another random $3,000 just inserted in there with no mention of it, very fraudulent. Not happy with Lennar at all.

Bad experience cheaply done work. Lots of problems but builder still wanted to close be fore fixing them . Also after removing there cheap carpet there was lots of dirt paint and construction trash under pad was not even clean up . Then all the closet shelves were not attached to studs fell down with my wife’s clothes on them and she got hurt. Also had to fix a wall outlet box when removing found beer cans and soda pop bottles in the wall with liquid in them and ants were already starting to make a home were there was food and sugar . Bad builders stay away!!!

The initial part of the home buying process was okay. It was until the inspection and after closing that the nightmares started to kick in. First, for starters, any real estate professional could see the gap between the foundation and the garage door. It seems like because I was out of town during the closing they just looked over the gap in hopes I wouldn’t say anything. The entire homebuying process was a nightmare from start to finish. Salesman was not knowledgeable at all to the product or process. Lennar tried to close our home when house wasn't ready. We did Walk through 2 times but items didn't fix. Lennar pushed us to close the house and said they will charge us for each day if we push the closing date later. Finance team wasn't knowledgeble enough and they made a mistake on cash to close amount.

I was extremely disappointed with my whole Lennar home buying experience. My NHC Steven was horrible. I would constantly reach out for updates/status of my home multiple times before I would receive a response. It was always the same answer no change this is post COVID times and it takes a lot longer to get things done. My previous property manager from a rental I was living at told me to get a new NHC because Steven was horrible, and I should have listened to them. Lennar title. Same exact thing. The workmanship is very poor , my living room ceiling , you can see the taping on every seam and on my south wall you can see the screws popping through. Stay away from Lennar period. But If you must buy a Lennar home, please budget for thousands of dollar you will need to spend to get the home to a barely comfortable place to live. The price might seem reasonable at first, but when you calculate all the missing items in the home, you will end up paying significantly more than you you went with another builder. Also, be prepared for bad service all round and constant state of confusion amongst their staff.

Purchased house expecting to have installed what was advertised on their website as part of "Everything included". I did not get USB outlets, exhaust fan in master WC, or smart thermostat. In addition, building plans show exhaust fans in laundry room and master WC, but were not installed. The fine print says lennar has the right to change everything. So regardless of what it shown on building plans or website, lennar has the right to not install it. Not what I expected from a company that I felt had a good reputation.

I have purchased 7 homes in the past 31 years and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a builder, from the start to close. I had to postpone the closing because what they called a finish home was not what the general public would consider finished. And the even managed to screw up the closing when it came time for that process. I flew my wife in from NC just for the close and we could not and would not close based on condition of home. We had many discussions about the floor not being level because of flooring joist that were over cut and not supported properly. We have kitchen cabinets that don’t work and after submitting repair order they show up with no parts and say put another request in. Main bathroom above garage is not insulated. Huge temperature difference between the first floor and second. All concerns that were pointed out during construction and after with no corrective actions planned.

We spent a lot of money for builder grade finishings like a can light in the foyer and bedrooms, no mirrors in the bathrooms, no towel bars or shower rods at all.
