This our 3rd time buying a home, 2nd time buying a new build. We had to extend the closing date three times because the home wasnt finished. We did a walk-through before closing and gave a list to the builder of all the things that needed fixing. Some were cosmetic, but some were big deals such as the sofit was missing by the front door, the outside of the house needed to be painted (still gray with stucco), and the some doors didnt have hinges or locks. Will never buy another subpar product from Lennar. Poor quality, poor construction, poor execution. Don’t fall for the trick that everything will be fixed post closing. Walk away or trust me don’t get involved in this fiasco. Talked with 3 neighbors who experienced the same issues. This is just plain poor business practice and flat our wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company; wish I did.

My experience has been horrible The team especially Beth my warranty lady, lacks urgency and seems to be a bit overwhelmed with her workload. Lennar is the worst home buying experience you could ever imagine. Broken appliances . the expectation is for them to completely inconvenience you and nothing ever gets resolved. Dryer broken, stove leaks gas.. techs have been out 3 times now. Still not resolved.Every issues is another problems issue

I would not recommend working with Lennar in any capacity. They do not care about the customer (especially if you are a woman) and the contracts are set up to cover themselves against a lack of customer service. They blame the customer and even told me 'nothing the sales agent sales is binding.' I will never buy a new home from Lennar again.

Closed 6/22, it’s 8/8 and the construction trash can is still on my back porch. Learned a week after moving in that more than half the houses on my street are investor owned rentals. Worst mistake I’ve made in my life trusting Lennar.

From day one it was a bait and switch with everything I was told and shown. The company has horrible communication with the buyer and buyers agent. The craftsmanship of the home is horrendous. My walk through brought to life all kinds of issues, some of which I was told were fixed and weren't! Lennar really dropped the ball on this community called Terra Bella in Henderson NV. I made the mistake of purchasing a second floor unit, in a 3 story building. Due to poor, cheap construction, every time the people above me walk across the floor, I hear it. This goes on day, and night. Obviously, there is no buffer between the floors. First walk-through brand new home: no running water, workers left feces in each toilet (no water to flush). Cracks & holes in cabinets. Large patch of dead sod front yard. Caulking poorly done. Overall the process of buying went somewhat smoothly with the mtg company, but as far as getting documents and answers from other professionals involved, the answers were incorrect and the realtor misled us as to what the house included. It was later pointed out in the contract that Lennar can make changes at any time and they are not bound to the contact although you are. Trades are not managed or construction work verified via a project plan Cosmetic defects are considered not important and are totally ignored.
