House was rushed to be finished for builders financial year end and it is very noticeable. Responsiveness to repairs are still not completely resolved after 4 months.

Absolutely lobe my new home! The Lennar team has been extremely responsive even now that I’m in the home. The level of service has exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the home appears to be great on the surface, however after less than 2 months in the home, things started to fall apart. Cracks started to appear on the walls and ceilings. We can also see all of the lines coming from wood planks in the ceiling and on the walls. They also didnt sod the entire backyard and put pine straw in the non-sodded area, stating that "grass will have trouble growing there". However, we hired a landscaper and was told differently. The tubs and showers had scratches and yellow paint spots all over them. It looks like they used the cheapest materials that they could get away with (such as paint, sheet rock, and carpet) for a home that was purchased for $363,000. ... More

The home is beautiful we love it. Great value for the price. Good customer service. I don’t regret my decision to buy this home. I did experience some concerning issues that could’ve been tragic - tankless water heater gas line nuts were hand tightened and cleared inspection. Gas was leaking in garage when I first walked in, at first it was a faint, vague smell, but on day two I called the gas company. They immediately identified the issue and fixed. Good thing I’m not a smoker or none of my movers smoked or we’d be gone. GFI in garage kept tripping, turning off water heater daily. Electrician was called and discovered the breaker wire in the panel was loose, he tightened it and replaced GFI switch just in case. Carpet edges had nails sticking up in various places. I was stuck by one in the foot that thankfully didn’t pierce. I then inspected the rest of the house and found several others, I fixed those myself with a hammer. Other items we’re minute compared to those two. Called customer care for other items. The vinyl fence was blown off by the winds on day two. Lennar came and reassembled it but still waiting on a missing fence post cap. It seems the fence is assembled like legos, and does not have permanent installation materials like screws or glue. Being this region is known for high winds, I would think construction would have figured out to use stronger materials to withstand. The final observation was the drywall material inside the home is very cheap. It has crumbled very easily when I install curtain rods and shelves. Overall a good experience. Some details left behind, we are fixing it since are not major. The grass in the back isdamaged and still no replacement after two months. The value is in line with the product received. I'll buy again from Lennar, but will avoid these mid range properties.

House has no steps or stairs, beautiful!

Communication with builder and sales was open and very responsive throughout. Timely resolution of all issues.

The communication throughout this whole process has been terrible. The building of the home was a total rush job. The NHO was a disaster. 2 more walkthroughs were needed to make sure all the repairs and touchups were done. I will never work with Lennar again
