We didn’t have mail for 5 weeks. Lennar changed our town and zip twice within 3 weeks and caused is to lose packages, checks, gift cards, and bills. We are still having issues to this day with address standardization. Imagine losing birthday presents and having your credit card declined at stores due to incorrect billing address issues caused by Lennar. We had to do our own research how to get mail and garbage and utilities setup. Why did I have to leave work in the middle of the day to argue with multiple postal employees in person about missing mail. Not sure why there was no guidance or support once we signed the papers. It made us feel the only thing important was filling a home site and move onto the next one. House itself is good. The Lennar team have all been great along the way even after we closed on our home.

I was informed before closing and after the initial inspection that I paid for that all deficiencies would be fixed. There was a minor crack in the outside foundation. I commented about it and was told by the independent inspector. Don't worry the builders correct that. After I paid wired funds I had to sign off on repairs being completed. There i was told: company policy says we don't fix that crack. They don't put a glaze on it either. I was informed about 8 missing window blinds were a deficiency. Same response: company policy we don't fix that. I was also brought to the backyard and told you were told you would get sod for your entire yard. Well we don't do that.bCompany policy. You get some. You better pay a lot of money to water it or it will look dead. It won't be dead. Trust us. If I could unbuy this house I would. Oh and on top of this during closing you took too much money from my account. Did you apply it to my mortgage? Absolutely not. Did you give me an option to bring a check? No. Did you let me bring cash? No. Did you let me send them via ACH and pay less. No. So the overpayment lies in limbo. I called and asked can you just print it for me. No company policy. Some of my neighbors who signed the home around the date I signed got way better deals . I trusted sales person and thought they will do right. But I felt like I got cheated.

Process started with Lennar website posting of house and not honoring price posted. Thank goodness hired my own inspector. Paint in outside drains (illegal in CA), HVAC pad uneven causing vibration and noise, hump in roof and separation of tiles.

This was my third time buying a house. This experience was far by the best. Everyone associated with the purchase was pleasant and extremely helpful. They were very patient with me. I hightly recommend Lennar. I didn’t just by a house. I bought a home!

Lennar homes are gorgeous homes and seem to be built well. Once we have been in the home for several months, we are finding more and more structural issues that were not caught by the builders nor the home inspections. While the use of the app to file the claim is effective, the timeliness of someone coming out to the house and having the issue 100% fixed is not efficient nor does it seem anyone is willing to act quickly in order for the issue to be repaired.

Whole process was very aggravating. From the delays to the lack of communication. Move in dates were pushed back 4 months. There was a constant rotation of realtors. Value is decent compared to larger cities. Disappointed in the lack of options for the home. Came with basic white cabinets and a horrible vinyl flooring. I do love the future plans for the area.

There are times that you encounter visiting a business or having service or ordering goods when the customer service is outstanding. You never forget that experience. You tell people about it. Well, that is how I feel about Lennar. From the start to the finish, my experience has been top notch in every way. From the Sales, Mortgage, Title, Insurance and after close care...this company is incredibly organized and customer focused. I'm impressed and feel like I truly made the right choice. With so many builders out there...it is my belief that value dollar for dollar to any other builder, Lennar is the best!!! ... More

We signed a contract in March this year and closed on Oct 3rd on a Birmingham model this year. My wife and I loved the Birmingham model and upgrades available for that model. During the build process there were a couple of problems, but Lennar was great about fixing them. I really enjoyed working with the Lennar team.

No customer service Many building defects and complaints that have never been addressed. Misrepresentation and fraudulent information that were given. False advertisement and misleading information given to purchasers. Ceiling lights outlets don’t work in any of the rooms Light switches are improperly installed Insects and chips everywhere including other defects Doorbell does not work properly HOA - Lawn Care HOA fee higher than quoted prior to purchasing the home Many other false statements about the property No follow up to complaints

Overall the experience has been good. The Lennar team has been amazing. Helpful and caring.

I recently worked with Lennar Mortgage, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I want to specifically mention the names of lennar staff that helped through the home buying journey. Mike was a very great help in the initial stages, providing valuable insights on homes in Pensy Trail and making me feel comfortable touring available properties. He was my first contact during the buying and scouting process. He made this happen! Nicko was incredibly helpful throughout the loan approval and closing process, frequently checking in and resolving issues with my bank and wire transfer. He, along with Kenar, & Mike were always available to answer questions and provide support, even when I had to make last-minute changes. My closing fee delayed due to my bank’s slow process but these guys were with me through out and made sure I got the deal closed asap. Kenar was instrumental in confirming my wire amount, and Chris was excellent in guiding me through the home inspection process. I am now 3-4 months in my new home and I love it here. The whole team were responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making my homebuying experience smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience!

Most of the salespeople were the WORST. I sent the same scanned documents over and over again but was repeatedly asked for them by various people in different states .One finance person emailed me every day for six days in a row asking me for documents that had been sent. He didn't respond to my texts or emails and finally admitted he never opened the files I had sent. The same happened with another rep in another state. My last name is 6 letters long, but it was REPEATEDLY misspelled in documents, even on the day I signed the final documents with the Notary. My SSN was entered incorrectly which explained why they insisted they couldn't get a credit report for me. I finally scanned the credit report and sent it to them myself. Even on the day I signed with the Notary, I was given the wrong amount of final payment that I had to send. My realtor had to intervene numerous times when I failed to receive responses from anyone regarding errors I found in documents. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. ... More

I was a bit unhappy with the failure to complete the drywall around the garage door, leaving the walls in the garage unpainted as well as a lack of towel racks and toilet paper racks in the bathrooms. I realize that many people would prefer to pick their own styles for the bathrooms.

Very good maintenance team to take care of any warranty issues. The whole Lennar team is very helpful.

When I met Kenneth for the final walk through he was amazing, very helpful. We even offered to help unload my moving truck if I needed help and gave me his personal number. After that absolutely no contact! I have texts from Oct 15 till today that he still can’t reply or call back. I needed some questions answered and he was nowhere to be found. It’s a beautiful home and everything put he does paint a pretty picture for you, after that you can forget about any help. You’re on your own trying to figure things out. Thank God for nice neighbors, I had to ask them for help.

Our brand new home, built in 2025, was built without internet connectivity. Today, nearly two months following our closing, we still have a fiber cable running through our driveway in order to have internet/cable services. Lennar hasn’t lent even a single phone call in helping us get it resolved. Additionally, every time we use the oven we blow a breaker. We’ve put in warranty requests and for 3+ weeks we’ve been waiting for somebody to contact us to address the issue. Crickets….

I had an experience that was very easy and transparent dealing with Lennar. I do appreciate ROY helping me in assisting me with everything.

The entire Lennar staff from Sales to finish closing was the greatest I ever had. Pretty much every thing was done and accomplished from the comfort and security of my own residence. The sales staff at Clayton Ranch is the best I every encountered. Not pushy, just well informed, very knowledgeable of the Lennar products and company as a whole. All employees that I touched base with, thru the entire process of purchase, insurance, financial, construction and closing, were outstanding in every aspect of the Home building and sales industry. We had a great experience with the purchase of our new home. Closing was made easy, especially with everything they covered, like closing costs, down payment, etc. Maintenance requests have a quick response time as well. Overall experience was manageable and professional.

The entire process of buying and closing went fast and smoothly. The home is a good quality, well prepared to move in. The team is responsive to any questions and requests.

The home buying process is not for the faint at heart but the Lennar team from sales to the lender were very helpful.
