Good People to deal with...

Lennar - Bradford at Emerson: Love the floor plan of the home, quality, and overall value. Had a few small issues but everyone involved was responsive to our concerns and Lennar's customer service values kicked in high gear. We truly appreciate it. From the construction manager, assistant construction manager and especially the design center, everyone worked together to make us 100% happy. Now, we are working with the warranty customer care specialist and she is amazing. As a representative of Lennar, her communication competency should be a benchmark for everyone in the customer service industry. It's a crazy time to be in the market, even for new builds. At one time new builds were a safe haven from bidding wars. If you were willing to pay the asking price, a reservation would reserve the home. They build great homes but i just would like to add that they need to let the workers know that the home they are working on is someone else's dream home so they should put more attention to details so home does not need to have corrections noted on the final walk trhrough

4 months later still working on the same issue, plus a ton of new ones!!

Clearly lennar is trying to crank out as many homes as possible as quickly as possible. These homes are budget built with premium price tags

Nice home, nice people, very pleasant experience

Very trustworthy and honest company. They set a high standard and live by that standard. Made me feel at ease knowing I was getting a quality investment that I call home.

Responded to issues quickly. Only complaint is the paint job and quality of the paint and there are 2 walls that are not leveled.

Sales office does a great job of pushing the product, but final product lacks in professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. Be prepared to pay and fix things yourself the right way or accept a less than professional job at each service request.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Additional issues have come up with the response the house is “settling in” and we should wait the rest of the year before reporting. Being a late buyer into the community has left us feeling forgotten and undervalued as Lennar moves to their next development. I wish I could say my experience is unique however my neighbors express the same issues. The community and location is fantastic. The sales team and financial services were awesome. All the people at lennar are great to work with I would do it again.

Everything in house is great quality. When a request is submitted everything is taken care of. Neighbors are great. Other home owners talked very highly of builder.

Good builder, but sales needs to be trained more around smart home tech.

Honest and easy to deal with. They are quick to respond to questions about purchase and you can tell they value their customers.

We had a great experience with Lennar. The customer service team is the best!

Great response to my concerns

Upfront process of home selection and negotiation of price was efficient

If I didn't have an amazing Realtor this would have been an even worse experience. My best advice is really do your research on materials because the options they provide (carpet,tile etc)never look the same once installed. I will be having many things replaced (windows and doors) some things were just thrown together in the build. Better communication with their lender would also improve the process

One-stop service provides peace of mind. An all-inclusive package sounds good.

The home and value of the home is good. The people. We worked with are lying sacks of scum. They didn’t explain the Master HOA. They lied about a pool and clubhouse just to get us to buy. Good home, dishonest workers!
