We had a great experience with Lennar. All the people we worked with were very clear and responsive to our questions. Everything was smooth and the entire process was easy and on schedule. We are happy with our home.

We love our house and the neighborhood. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Lennar too. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 on quality of workmanship and materials is that there have been a few issues that looked like they were simply careless mistakes by the crew who installed. Lennar is quick to fix the issues though so that makes it better.

Outstanding The whole process was exceptional. From the time I selected the lot to closing time was timeless. The house is beautiful. I am very happy with the decision to move to hedges. I would recommend these builders anytime.

Stephanie, our sales rep, was incredible getting us through the home buying processes. Vince, the construction manager was incredible in making sure the house was as perfect for us as possible. He even stopped by occasionally after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some work I was doing and touching up some paint that I messed up. The house itself has been a blessing. The family and I are loving the many “e.i.” Upgrades, and quality craftsmanship. This is our second Lennar home and we are very happy with both experiences.

Is a very nice house

Kristen , Stephanie and Rodney have made our experiance even better. Working with them was a very very postive experinace and elivated oir trust in Lennar Amazing team always a call or email or text away to answer or respond to our queries.

The buying process was very easy. Everyone very friendly. The seller was awesome! The only down fall is make sure you get everything in writing. When i say that i mean any extra things they say they will do, such as, cutting existing trees, cleaning the sidewalk or driveway of paint splatter or pieces of cement left. When my grass was laid my fence was damaged and never replaced.

They always took the time to share, and explain any questions I may have had. 5 stars to the ladies up front!

The house itself is very well made with lots of technology. The overall buying experience was not terrible, just stay away from getting loan with lennar.

Love Lennar, the whole process was seamless. The house cost me $200k less than another builder after I tacked on all the extras. Definitely a great value for such a beautiful home. I’m so happy to have a downstairs masters and my own home office! We love our new home!

Very responsive and professional team

Do not sign contract until all details are discussed and written in the builder's contract. Because all my upgrades were verbally promised to me by Sales Consultant, I believed him and signed contract within 3 hours of viewing the model. FYI, if it is not in writing....IT DID NOT HAPPEN!

I am in the industry and I must say house had no issues at closing which was great. Mark did a great job in the sales process and Rodney was great as the builder. Thanks all!

As of right now the only thing I’m not happy with is the matting under the carpet it doesn’t feel even under your feet. And when I’m there full time in July I’m going to issue a repair or replace ticket. But other than that I love the home.
