I was lied to about cable being included. Nobody informed me of registering the house. I feel like anytime I had a concern I was treated as if I were a nuisance.

Felt like my concerns during build were brushed aside. Have lived here for a few months and still finding things that are weird/not straight, clumps of texture that we didn't catch on walk thru. Floor plan is great. Located near schools. Probably would try not to buy from lennar again. Someday could be a good rental property.

For being our first time, we are very satisfied with our decision. Lennar has very nice house designs and customer service support is top notch. However, there are some details that can improve, like quality of the materials- some are cheap -, finishing touches, like sockets bad positioned, corners from our garage in cement were not finished, carpeting nails could be a little less prominent, etc. my recommendation is to check these small details at your house orientation.

The mortgage company with Lennar has horrible customer service. They treat their clients like crap after all the effort they put into buying their homes. I'd never buy with Lennar again.

Most of the team of people we worked with at Lennar were professional, informative, also helpful and patient when we had questions (and we had a lot). When we had to leave voice mail messages they responded quickly, and that was important to us. Our home is beautiful, and only a few small repairs need attention, which they have already stopped by to see.

Look it is very cleaver to do a walk through and have us sign that we did so that way your not responsible for things missed. and then the workmanship on what was done was vey poor. the paint that was used holds stains almost instantly. and boy if you don't give some a perfect ten they turn on you like your the problem. We paid 415000.00 and it was our first new house and expected much better. they said someone would be in contact with us about all the modern Tech in the house so now our ring system does not work had to disconnect the alarm system because it would go off in the middle of ...

The quality of workmanship and materials left a lot to be desired. Especially the cabinet drawer slides were cheap and the builder refused to replace them with with better slides. The rest of the things that needed to be corrected were fixed to my satisfaction. Overall the house is beautiful.
