Lied to us to get us to buy sooner, lost over 4K breaking our lease. Lawn either dead or dying when we moved in. Many issues with home itself, who puts a vent directly above the shower so air blows on you when you are in said shower? Nothing but complete regret buying this home, if we were not desparate to get out of renting we would have walked away. Should have looked at other options.

Overall it was a terrible experience. No help what so ever. Our home was never cleaned, swept, vacuumed when we closed. Paint still on the windows and floors. Plumbing is terrible, our stove/oven stopped working 3 days in to the move. Guest toilet stopped working a day into the move. Spider every where, walls are very thin you hear everything. What stinks the most is that there is no communication. We had so many unanswered questions, prior to the close and still do. Never going with Lennar ever again. Do not make the same mistake we did.

Terrible experience, can’t get into touch with Lennar for any help whatsoever, no one responds or returns voices. Many issues, a major one being locked out of the gate of my home community for multiple weeks because NO gate clickers or codes were provided at closing.

Was always told never to buy this builder by multiple realtor friends but went ahead anyways because I liked the house itself. Getting a response or getting them to take care of pressing issues was like pulling teeth. If you’re not prepared to continuously harass them for a response on any issue you have don’t buy here. Lennar Homes needs to be investigated for shady unethical business practices. They sold me a home that they appraised at $545,000 and 2 days after I closed they reduced the sales price for the same exact home for $495,000, $50,000 less than I paid 2 days prior. Not only that the quality and workmanship is so bad that I'm not sure its safe. The first night I went to turn the bathroom light on and the plate/cover came off and then got hit with a bolt of electricity that didn't feel good to say the least. I bought 2 homes and had the worst experience with Marshall the loan officer. He treated us like 2nd rate citizens and gate kept the entire process. We are seasoned home purchasers and have never had this worse of an experience. Derek the construction manager was also awful. The house was supposed to be ready for a final walkthru and wasn’t ready, we had to come back. He was complacent and really uncaring. I will do my business with another home builder than Lennar.

My experience with Lennar was the worst I could have ever imagined. The Concierge person that I initially worked with never explained a process of a priority list which made us go into a contract on a house we were not 100% satisfied with, this house is on $3M+ price, corporate office was NO help, nobody cared about our concerns. I wrote emails to corporate hoping for some answers because the Concierge rep lied to us and corporate didn't care. Lennar doesn't care about its clients or their experience. Do Not buy from Lennar.

I would not recommend Lennar’s financing to prospective buyers. My experience with the loan process was frustrating, with numerous issues that could have been avoided. The required Letters of Explanation (LOEs) felt intrusive and unnecessary—other lenders I was working with didn’t require similar documentation. The only reason I ended up using Lennar was because I signed a disclosure agreeing not to use another lender within 30 days of closing. The whole experience except our sales person has been AWFUL. And it’s still awful, we have so many issues still not fixed. Our closing documents were lost for 5 days and almost made us homeless after closing was pushed back 5-6 times. We never got an actual move in clean and now I cannot get my floors clean and there’s residue all over that I cannot get off windows, counters, etc. we have damage to our siding from when they installed the sod which is only half the yard btw they wrecked into our house, still not repaired. If i could go back in time and tell myself to not do it i would!!!! Rude incompetent people. No communication. I will never EVER suggest Lennar to ANYONE not even my worst enemy. Please save yourself the money, headache, and gray hairs and buy from literally any other builder. You would think they would try and make the first time i’m buying a home pleasant but NOPE. Seriously DO NOT BUY LENNAR.

The amount paid of the house is too much as compared to quality of materials used in the house. False information provided that Lennar don't install blinds for windows and gutter line. I have checked other houses build in the same area with lennar builder and they all have blinds and gutter line. Builder don't response to the email after they sale you the house. Lots of space was wasted in building the house like big bathroom and no store closed provided

Where to start. We showed up with keys in hand to a house with trash outside, paint on almost every exterior window, side paneling was bowed, flooding, nails all over roof, which all of this was called out on our inspection and walk through 2 and 4 weeks prior. We were lied to on multiple occasions.
