This is the third house I have bought in my life and by far the worst homebuying experience I have ever had. They pushed back my closing twice and tried to push it back a third time, despite very little work being left to complete when I looked at the house 2 months prior. They did not fix all of the problems that were identified during my independent inspection, despite saying that they would and that they did. I regret purchasing a home built by Lennar. From the start, the quality of work has been subpar—sloppy finishes, poorly installed fixtures, and noticeable shortcuts in construction. PRETTY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW HOME WITH LENNAR, After fully trusting the company for the build quality, I've unfortunately encountered several issues that I believe should not be present in a brand new home. While minor issues can be expected, I have discovered significant problems, including water leaks and siding bumps. After the contract is signed and the first deposit is made Lennar's customer relations is poor. Every question was basically answered with the same response, "You signed the contract and there are absolutely no changes allowed by Lennar." During the inspection before the house was delivered, we found that the concrete floor of the garage was cracked into spider webs. This is not what a new house should look like. Low quality homes. Lennar accepted third party inspection so we did. The inspection report is up to 50 pages but Lennar didn't fix any of them. We moved in with a house of hundreds of issues. We have been filing claims with the first year warranty every week since we the closing date. Lennar rejected some warranty requests out of no reason, and their customer care representative never answers the phone call. Don't choose Lennar in WA.
