Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!

Everything in this house is even Steven and square, love it! Now if I can just get all my stuff squared away?

Overall great experience with our new Home. Michael took time to make sure everything was fix prior to our closing. Few things still need to be done. But overall my wife and I are very happy with our new Home!!

Quality of workmanship is lacking. Lots of shortcuts taken. Promises made and not delivered or had to remind several times. Closing day was a fiasco.

This was a very positive experience. All details were handled in a positive manner. Lennar made our closing like a celebration. There were banners and people to welcome you to your home.

Junior has been the best thing about our experience with Lennar. Always helpful, available and prompt. Give that man a raise!!!

We had a Lennar home in Summerlin that we were very happy with. So when it was time to sell and move on, we considered other builders, but since we were so happy with our previous home, we could not stray.. From the moment we met our sales representative Brian, to the working relationship we developed with Joel and Brandon during the building process, then meeting Paul to discuss our warranty, was truly a enjoyable experience. We love our new home. Thank you!

The company was great in all aspects throughout the entire experience. Even after closing. Highly recommend!

Don't trust never in lennar

Builder's not doing a good job. I paid lots of money for my house and the finished product is bad. Lack of paint inside and out,etc...

Everything is ready. So I like to have time to relax after move in.

I will not be recommending lennar to anyone. The experience of buying a new hour was ruined by Leeca and John B. I was appalled at the way they treated and talked to me throughout the whole process. It was bad. My realtor is not even taking clients to lennar anymore.

I did NOT like the experience with the Lending team. I almost lost my dream home Because TIM O was not able to research and find out some items had zero balance. He was poor and the entire lending department is poor.

House was completed on the original date they said, no delays, informed us of progress and gave us several tours to see the house as it was being built.

It was a great buying experience.

This is my second Lennar home, first home in Texas. I was expecting more, my buying experience was better in CA.

My issue in being a first time NEW home buyer was disappointing, not so much because of the home but the agent, Virginia. They screwed up on the loan docs and sent them to a different state, which meant we had to get up at the crack of dawn to make sure everything was resigned before noon for escrow to close that day. We came with 7 people and a truck from California. I followed up with Virginia around 2:00 and she told title we were very impatient. Next thing I knew it was after 5:00 pm and still not a word. Virginia finally texted me the following morning at 4:30 AM, telling me the code to enter and where the keys and openers were...4:30 AM! Which means we closed the day before and she never told me! She knew we were up at 5:00 am, she knew I had 7 people with me that had no where to sleep, and still waited till then to notify me!! She said she misplaced her phone, but she could of gotten my number from multiple people! Never congratulations, or a proper walk thru....NOTHING! As far as the home, it didn't come with handles on any cupboards. That was over $500.00 to add. The carpet we upgraded, and it is still so cheap and thin with tack strips that cut our feet until we hammered them all down. Everything was stark white and we couldn't even pick our colors with an up charge, so that had to be done before we could move in. My husband and I were pleased with the overall experience with Lennar. There was always someone available to help with an concerns or issues that came up. We would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.

We love our home and the community. We highly recommend Lennar for their home design and customer service.

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live in
