The quality of the kitchen cabinets were not the best considering what we paid for the house

Seller was so patient with us, he worked with us and stayed in communication. Seller was very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was just the perfect size for me and my wife. Love the design and our back yard is massive. Would definitely recommend Lennar Homes.

The first steps were amazing , easy and I’d say almost fun. Our tour guides were super and wonderfully helpful and informative.

A lot of things in the home were covered up and not done properly. I am still awaiting for certain things to be fixed and should not have to wait for the one year housing settling process because it has nothing to do with the house settling process.

This is our 2nd Lennar home. Moved from one model to another. Very happy with our new house.

We were extremely fortunate to purchase a brand new home from Lennar’s Pinnacle Series. We had outgrown our previous Lennar home and really needed more space. This is exactly what our new Lennar home has given us. We love the layout and appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship as well as the awesome features this home offers. Special props to Ron for the introductory tour and follow up to ensure everything met our expectations and that we settled in comfortably. From working with the Lennar Sales and Mortgage teams to coordinating with the excellent Construction crew, it has been an awesome experience and we look forward to many memorable years in our forever home. Lennar makes a good product, it pretty much sells itself. I would like to have more color options with cabinets, flooring, tile and backsplash. I would like more consistency on the mortgage side. When Katrina went on maternity leave we had to deal with 2 other persons that did not return calls or respond to emails and they were not as knowledgeable. It would have been nice if they were more personable as well. This is a large purchase and you want someone that is comforting and make you feel like it’s gonna be ok. Also more access to the home while being built. We were displaced while awaiting the build and were highly anticipating the completion. I know for safety reasons customers are not allowed to go in during certain stages w/o a guide but it makes it harder when you can’t see the progression at least. ... More

The team starting with John my sales person and including Bryan and Joel in construction have been courteous and helpful throughout the process.

Seller should provide a paint pallet for touch up Paint for exterior and interior of home. We were given the name of paint for interior and it does not match.

Peggy is the best!! Rest of the Lennar team are horrible if there a word worst then horrible I will use it. Since we moved in we have requested multiple times for certain services and only once a service was full filled. We are still waiting on so many other service we’ve requested and their is no follow ups. They are few urgent service requests we have requested that are pertaining to dangerous materials on our roof and driveway and after several requests their is still no one came to check on the request. An entire door that goes to our basement is out off shape including the entrance and we were told that nothing can be done about it. We received and email just yesterday about that Lennar wants to check out contact number if it’s right on their records but when we emailed back why they want to check that we got an pre written email back but not an answer to our question. We don’t deserve the treatment that Lennar and people working for them have given ...... Lennar probably don’t care about their customer once the closing is done and customers have moved in. With home prices on the rise it was a good purchase. Very disappointed with quality of landscape.

The process had some unique problems. The seller and the builder were responsive and worked through every problem with me until they were completely resolved.

Builder raised costs by every phase.

Our experience is anything than positive. What I find the most interesting is I’ve already filled out a review, and it was not positive, and yet I’ve never heard from anybody regarding that.

My family has a great jome buying experience. We did have to wait over 3 months to move in due to it was being built but that was expected. So far we are loving our new home.
