The area is really peaceful

Since the moment I went to the comunity at the first time, I knew it was the place where We (my family) should move.

I was impressed by the workmanship and quality of the build. I bought the house remotely, but Lennar had the builder check in with me throughout the building process. I was also impressed by the builder who was willing to answer my questions and solve a few issues even after the sale was final and I had just moved to the house.

Just make sure you ask a lot of questions, before you buy, Inspect the House really good....before you move in.

If you have the opportunity to work with Elddy or Jim you will not be disappointed. Ursula (real estate agent for Lennar is priceless!

Everything was included in the price of the home making it less stressful during the process.

Everyone is so helpful and made the move in process flawless. James and his boss were amazing. James answered all my calls. Fixed every problem. He’s great. Jerid was amazing too!

The only issue I had was after we did the walk thru the week before closing. The lender/ underwriting had issues with stuff that I gave them months ago which really wasn't an issue. I just felt if you had all my stuff since December then those issues should have come to light then not the week of closing

The entire process was a WOW! We really enjoyed the builders and inspection team walking us through all of the features throughout the house. Chris, the gentlement that handled our walk through was and has been a HUGE help. He is responsive, gets things done quickly. Our only complaint is we were promised a mirror in our master bathroom because the incorrect one was installed. It was first said to be available two weeks after closing (Mid January) then we were told they could not come in the home until Feb 1, then when we called at the end of February we were told it a company would be reaching out to setup an install. From the initial buying experience to the daily living experience, Lennar has been exceptional! Having experienced other builders Lennar is different. Lennar actually cares and will go out of their way to satisfy your concerns.

Nationwide homebuilder you can trust.....Handled all aspects of the sale: financing & Insurance, making it easy to purchase. Offered incentives for using their lender and discounted the sale of the home. Service both before and after the sale has been great. This is our 2nd home purchase with Lennar and would highly recommend!

Responsiveness of people such as Tim Cutler to questions and needs.

My experience with the Lennar team was great. They were always very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I appreciated their attention to detail. When doing my first walkthrough, their team had already flagged 99% of the minor cosmetic findings (paint touch-ups, etc), making this process easy. I also had an independent home inspection, and the inspector was very complimentary of the workmanship and construction of the house, again with minor, minimal requests. Overall, I am very pleased with my new home.

Our issue with workmanship has to do with finishes on woodwork, cabinetry interiors, laundry room lack of cabinetry/sink, water lines from water tank being exposed and invasive in laundry room, poor finishes where pipes go into floor or through cabinets, lack of waterproof paint in bathrooms and kitchen, bathroom floors not being “upgraded” (our understanding was tule floors), low quality paint, non existence of towel holders anywhere (should be standard in all bathrooms). 10x10 patio is inadequate. No ability to upgrade anything. Requirement to keep trash cans in garage is ridiculous as during spring and summer months the trash smell will be unbearable. ... More

The builder had amazing communication and the process was truly easy and enjoyable. One of the best experience for a first time home buyer

There should not be this much damage done to a new build prior to moving in. The entire house has to be painted on the inside there is flooding outside landscape issues construction issues etc.

I am super impressed with Lennar and how responsive they are. Nothing is perfect but Lennar is trying to make everything perfect.

My experience buying my new home was very good. With phone calls and emails, everything went through. I started the process on October 1st by seeing the house and on October 29th buying it. I scanned all the things they needed from me and that was it. I am so happy with my new home. The opportunity that Lennar give us by having a nice home is incredible. Everything is nice and very thoughtful of our needs and desires that we will like in a home. Thank you Lennar for giving me the opportunity to have my new home!❤️

The houses are nice, but the materials used are low quality.

I had a good homebuying experience which may have been better if not for the pandemic restrictions. Many of the documents were made available in digital format which made the lending and closing processes easier. "Everything Included" should have been optional since many appliances can be purchased at lower prices. The quality of the materials is good but getting someone to make modifications such as removing carpet were difficult. Overall I am glad I purchased a home from Lennar.

We bought our home totally remote and only saw the home physically after closing. Process included face time walk throughs to show us build progress. It was a spec home so we had no decisions for colors or upgrades which had some pluses and minuses but all in all worked out well. We came from a custom built home to the mass construction of Lennar and have been pleased with the quality of construction knowing it is not the same as custom built.
