Met or exceeded our expectations

The quality of the building materials is evident as you study the home construction more carefully.

My Lennar experience was great! My loan officer Patty and Shirley helped me make my first time home buying experience wonderful! I got monthly updates and photos on how my new build was coming along & even through Covid we had a great experience! I love my new Lennar home! Definitely recommended Lennar!

The sales staff was great and the quality of the home was much better than other production builders. Everything was included which was great.

From the start it was a struggle. Seeing the quality from frame to finish was troubling. Todd at Eagle home mortgage was great to work with for the year long process.

Lennar has succeeded at making my first home buying experience terrible in so many ways. Closed Jan 19th and still have floors popping up all over house. Got huge runaround by flooring company. Now I have to be displaced from my home for 3 days and pray things are actually done correctly this time.

Still waiting for things to be corrected that were listed on my final walk through. I closed end of January and it is now May. Nothing urgent but yet I’m hoping that I will not be forgotten!

Easy home buying experience! The home consultants were always very helpful and answered all of our questions! Whenever we have needed something fixed it has been done in a prompt manner! We love Lennar!

We have asked multiple times for help fixing our yard and have been ignored constantly. When we closed on our home we were told that if our yard needed to be re-sodded then they would take care of it since it was January when they laid it initially. Since then, we have asked for help and have not heard from anyone. They told my husband that the task was “too labor intensive” for them to do, so my husband ripped out the old sod himself to help speed up the process. When he did this he found concrete, drywall, metal stakes and so much more underneath our sod preventing it from growing that was carelessly left by the builders. Now we are asking for new sod to be laid and can’t seem to get help from anyone. ... More

The quality of materials is compromised. Water heater consumes more energy. Electrician said to me, he wonders why they used this water heater.

Great experience, Mitch answered all our questions and was very good to work with.

Over all I am happy

Fridge didn’t work, washer and dryer had to be fixed, the stove top fan was broken! There was so many issues it was crazy

i’ve had way to many issues with Lennar. so many broken undone things in the home. customer service representative is not helpful, def wouldn’t recommend lennar.

Great service and very nice attitude

The buying process itself went very smooth with Lennar. They kept us update to date on what to expect any were on target with time lines. However, the quality of the home is just not there. We noticed issues during the building process and even brought up a few and they weren't ever really addressed. We have uneven spots in the floor upstairs. Walls where you can bowing in the dry wall. They did a horrible job on most of the caulking around our sinks and toilets. The carpet was laid where there are pieces that meet in some odd areas. The tile in our upstairs bathroom looks like the put in no spacing and just slapped pieces in place. They use flat paint which is horrible for any room and we have already had to repaint after just 5 months because you cannot even wipe off the smallest smudge. Overall I would never buy a Lennar home again or recommend it to anyone I know. ... More

Our first Home buying was an excellent experience because everyone at lennar are onboard to accomplish great service and made simple process, thank you

so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width to level out so garage door will close and seal properly. all of this not to mention Tile cleaning alignment of tiles on walk in shower and white residue on floor in kitchen and living room areas... ...
