My experience with Lennar has been a blessing and I am amazed on how the process was almost effortless and very efficient. Yuki and Jennifer the loan officer was very nice and responded promptly to my emails and calls. I, for sure don't have buyers remorse.

From beginning to end, builders team always available and responsive. Pre sale during construction and after.

very easy the process and kept us updated as we progress through the process. no concerns on buying or the house quality.

We have had a wonderful experience purchasing our new home in Osborne Trails in Westfield, IN. Everyone we have worked with from the first phone call through the closing and beyond has been great! From the moment I met up with Cheryl, the salesperson, I was thrilled. Cheryl really listened to me and what I wanted in a new home. The communication was fabulous. When I met Dave after I signed to build my new home, Dave explained to me the building process and when I could expect certain aspects of the development. Every question I asked was addressed and taken care of. I have tremendous respect and admiration for Lennar Builders because of those people were here everyday to make sure that my home was completed on time and in such beautiful condition.

My entire home buying experience with my LennarHome was a wonderful experience! My loan officer Allison was amazing! She explained the process and was always available for my questions and/ or concerns. The quality of the home and price for the options I chose was comparable to other builders in the community. I love my new home within an active adult community and would recommend others. I can’t wait until the entire community is built with the slated amenities to enjoy for years to come.

This is my third new Lennar home purchase and final. I thoroughly enjoy the Lennar product . My previous home was a Brookstone- Onyx, the other was a Fairway- Wakefield and now Wildflower- Hanover. When I saw this floorplan, I was wowed away by th space, kitchen, two entrances to the master bed, floorplan, and location. The price was a never thought of price for this up and coming area. Let's just say i have a lot of equity after signing closing documents. Don't hesitate to purchase a Lennar Everything home because you will not be disappointed. The whole home buying was straightforward and the Lennar employees were knowledgable and responsive to questions and concerns. My family and friends have been "wowed" by my new home and community.

Lennar delivered a solid home within the time frame expected. We were very happy with the interior finishes as well as the landscaping. Our construction supervisor, sales representative and the legal/closing team were all terrific with communication throughout the process and after the closing. We have had a couple of minor warranty issues that were taken care of right away. Would definitely purchase another Lennar home if we were to relocate.

Heather with Lennar Mortgage was amazing, experienced and we were lucky to have her on the financing end of the purchase. The home is built beautifully, quality workmanship for a home that is built en-mass. The walk-thru staff member does not have me feeling happy however as it was quick, too much detail while closing is still occurring, poor communicator, and too quick to get buyers and their issues with the home off of his task list, asking you to docu-sign work not yet completed. Otherwise, the process of filing issues thru MyLennar needing to be addressed after move-in has been wonderful. Phil has been wonderful to deal with. We love our Lennar home, the neighborhood, development and the amazing greenbelt view! ... More

Lennar is great to work with!!

This is a very good experience to buy a new home with Lenner, the sale person and mortgage officer Wes helpful and knowledgeable, it makes the whole process very smooth and easy. Lenner is quite a reputable company and responsible for all the mistakes they made very reasonable. Stephen
