Pay close attention when having your home built, do your inspection throughout entire building. Hire your own inspector. The construction don't care about your home. The worst nightmare in my life. No respect toward the new homeowners..

only problem was flooring. we had to hammer down carpet nails and there was a few bumps under carpet and vinyl. Everything else was great.

All persons related to Lennar with our house buying experience were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. To boot...the house was ready two weeks early :-)

I had a great first-time home buying experience with Lennar. I was impressed from my first meeting and model home tour all the way through to closing (and beyond). My neighborhood New Home Consultant and the builder kept me updated on construction progress weekly. They were very responsive to all questions I had along the way. I decided to do an independent home inspection before closing and my inspector was impressed by the quality of work. He only discovered one issue during his inspection, and it was addressed/fixed by the builder while he was still onsite.

Painting and clean edges on drywall are obviously not a priority. Caulking around the tile floor looks terrible. Major difference in opinion of what usable backyard means .

My family and I love our brand new Lennar home. We have an excellent view of South Point Hotel & Casino, we are within driving distance of nearby grocery stores, and Lennar customer service is super helpful.

A great place to buy a home for you and your family. Amazing folks working with Lennar from the builder down to the last person. They are all awesome.

Great home-buying experience. We originally were going to go with a DR Horton home across from Vineyard grove, but they were extremely aggressive, angry with counter offers, and extremely rigid in their building timeline. So happy we went with Lennar.

Upon signing the contract, the builder started issuing me with a weekly report. I truly appreciated it considering that I was out of town most of the time.

Insulation issues in bathrooms on the 3d floor, defective windows installation.

My initial experience was positive. Over time I began to see many issues, there was a lack of communication between Lennar personnel and the home finance company, as well as a lack of communication between lennar employees which caused unnecessary headaches. When we finally did get into the home, the final cleaning hadn't been done, the paint job was amateur: overspray over the side of the house and external paint over sprayed into the home as well. After the sod was put in, the yard was very uneven, there were several voids where no sod was put in and I'm still trying to patch my lawn up, and they only cover 20ft of the backyard which everyone at lennar failed to inform me of and was not in the contract. Some of the positive notes I'd like to mention is that the Lennar maintenance team is very quick to respond to issues inside and outside of the home, the construction manager was helpful in getting us the info necessary to register appliances in the home as well. ... High quality and appearance of home is great.

The buying process was byzantine and very burdensome to me as a buyer. Too many different people involved in the sales process. Finance people required the same documents over and over, even when they did not exist. Everything is robo-calls and emails. Much of what was told me was found to be untrue. Floor is bubbled and is coming up in a lot of places after only a month. Windows not operable. Driveway and sidewalk are already putted and chipping. Construction crews throw garbage on my yard and dont pick it up. Dishwasher doesnt dry. Walls needed to be painted before I moved in. Very cheap, watered down construction paint. Two walls are visibly crooked. Laundry room too small. Water is not potable, but the house doesnt have space needed for mitigation systems. I can feel stones under the carpet in places. A great value for the price paid.

After setting high standards in building they did a well below average in land scaping. Ground was not leveled before placing the side on the ground

Process was smooth. Representatives were professional and helpful.

The paint and carpets used are of very low quality. You have a large living room with no floor plugs.

Our experience has been great! We love our lennar home.
