Lennar’s sales and mortgage departments are amazing but that’s where the experience ends. Once you are in your home you are dead to them. If you need to get anything fixed GOOD LUCK !! It’s jumping hoop to hoop. You become a lot number to them #552. They make it so difficult perhaps so you will get frustrated and fix the issue yourself. My FRONT DOOR knob has been broken for 2.5 months. They even sent me an email asking me to write this review, that’s how obvious they are.

Staffing was great from the first viewing of the model Lisa was very welcoming to the very end . Aubrey the loan officer was amazing she was always there to answer any questions.

Love the home, beautiful home and lot. Great quality and price!!

The warranty team at Lennar is great in helping fixing stuff.

These guys are really good at understanding your needs and work with you based off that, and they stand on their word and promises in all cases and situations.

This is my second time purchasing with Lennar and it seems that departments are not connected and do not talk to each other.The best part of this experience was working with Irma in Arden Park. She was amazing and made everything ok. She should be commended for providing exceptional service!

The builders mortgages Company is very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend using Lennar mortgage company.

1st time home buyer great experience

I had issues with floor. I feel that it should have been replaced. It still looks like the planks are popping up but they are not perfectly flat. Others issues were attended to and done very well. The maintenance crew and formen supervisors were very attentive to my needs.

People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. I liked that, quality in mind is apparent. You can tell he takes customer satisfaction serious, and it shows. I would definetly buy again through this Lennar team. ... More

Throughout the entire process there was very poor communication.

Everything is included with the price of the house.

Very convenient moving in with all the amenities included.

Workmanship of the home could have been much better not so impress on how it was put together. Found to many defects backyard could have been leveled much better etc. Eagle Mortage office set me up for failure, informing and was written on my contract that HOA was paid monthly then I get a bill from spectrum stating I had a balance and a late payment fee added to my bill of $40. Spectrum has informed me HOA is paid annually. This could have been avoided if I was given proper instructions. Eaglemortage should be liable for the late fee, since I was not at fault. Communication with the buyer needs to be more clear and written as well from Eaglemortage. ... More

From our sales consultant to the mortgage company to the construction engineer they were all so helpful. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. If we had to leave a voicemail or email they were quick to respond. We know we made the right decision to purchase a Lennar home.
