We researched all the major builders in Hamilton County before purchasing our home. After extensive research Lennar was the clear choice. Lennar's "Everything is Included" presents great value for money. Items that are extra with other builders are included with Lennar. For example, Lennar's contractors just fully sodded both front and back yard of our home. Based on the sod prices in our area this would have been a $5,000 cost to me. Other homes in our area are sod in the the front yard only, and seed in the backyard. This is just one of many items included with our home. The other standout feature of Lennar is their service. From Nathan our buying consultant, to Travis our build supervisor and now to Larry our after-market care representative, service has been excellent. Like all new homes there are a few minor items that need correction (not many thanks to Travis). Larry responds immediately, and the problem is fixed quickly and completely. I read many reviews of other builders. After-market care is often a weakness. Not the case with Lennar. Overall, after one-month in our home, we are pleased with the home and the service. There was a lot of issue wrong inside the home that needed to be fixed/repaired. The home seem to have been built rushed and the customer service is very low to resolve concerns brought to attention.

Due to construction delay we haven't moved in yet.

Freddie Lopez, Timber Creek, and Lennar have made this an exciting and wonderful experience. Freddie showed us everything Timber Creek had to offer, allowed us to make the best choices for us, explained everything well, and is even sending us pictures of our house while it’s being built so we can see the progress. Great guy, great company, and a great value for our money. We can’t wait to move in.

I have had a very good experience with the Lennar team. They were very helpful and supportive through the whole process of purching the property.

He does good work, could pick up items that have come from others working on new homes. I have 2 tire that are flat. No one takes responsive for them You could find out.

I am in the trade as a Plumber , the appliances homeowners get now seeing and using first hand are ver cheap for the price of the home. I have gone to new build apartment complexes and the washer and dryers they put in for renters not buyers are at least $1,000.00 each, but in general their appliances 8 out of 10 Lennar’s for buying a home valued at almost $300,000 - $500,000 2 out of 10. Some of the workmanship inside is poor quality at first look it looks amazing , but after living in the home and experiencing the workmanship it’s poor, especially for the price we pay to buy the home.

Many times they seem to take advantage of the situation and it seemed they were doing their best to make me lose my money. I had a bad time in those moments.

Home is great but frustrated with title company at closing. Left with no documents and had to get them on the internet.

There was a lot of debris left in all the vents. House was not totally clean upon moving in. Debris behind all appliances.
