Would NEVER buy with Lennar EVER again. House was supposed to undergo several QC reviews before my walkthrough. During my First New Home Orientation there were still huge gashes in drywall, places weren't painted, couldn't even complete the walkthrough because utilities were not on and appliances weren't installed. They apologized, then proceeded to call us back twice to the same conditions. Clearly nobody communicated and was just going through the motions to get home sold by end of their "record" quarter 1Q2021. The day of the closing is when it finally looked like something remotely decent, but still had several issues we documented and had to get done later. But the morning of closing we finally got the ALTA back and all the numbers looked completely different from where they had been for the several months since putting a deposit on the house. Went back and forth several times to fight with them to make it right. Finally received resolution there and closed late on a Friday afternoon . Since being in the home 30+day, we have received a lot of lip service on the warranty items, but ultimately, no one has been out to service those items including erosion and huge holes under sod in backyard that makes it impossible for my kids to play outside. Maybe I had the sales team, construction manager and Customer service people from hell, but even if my situation was an anomaly, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. This was too much stress on top of the normal home buying and moving process exasorbated by the pandemic. Lennar talks a good game, but getting houses sold is more important than customer service, customer satisfaction, or putting out a quality product they stand by. Choose wisely ... More

Great location of home and neighborhood amenities. Sales team were extremely fast in responding. Customer Relations Manager was phenomenal. We felt more like a transaction in the beginning of the building process but thankfully more like a customer as we got closer to finishing the build, thanks to our sales guy and CRM guy. Happy with home. Warranty items have been addressed quickly and pain free. We had some bumps along the way in the building process, mostly delays on things, some cutting corners by trades, messy job sites, little flexibility in changes, etc..so critical for us to be as involved in the process as much as we could. Lennar staff are just stretched so much by workloads. You can tell they want to do a good job but capacity issues are real. Thankful to be moved in and have our dream home. ... More

Sales team was good. Warranty personnel is good. Not overly happy with the craftsmanship with this builder. Not sure if it’s the contractors they use or accept but they fall short in this area. The repair contractors are even worse then the install contractors. Pretty frustrating experience so far in that area.

Lennar is excellent. No issues at all.

Our home is lovely. We found some problems, mostly plumbing, after we moved in, and Lennar responded quickly. Erosion control, however, us a problem throughout the community. I should be able to walk from my home to the nearby mailboxes using the sidewalks, but I cannot because they are covered with mud. The storm drains are clogged. Our backyard fills with mud and water after every storm.

Absolutely love the house, great layout, perfect size, great location! Some workmanship issues that are taking a significant amount of time to resolve. Seems like once closing is done, Lennar writes you off...takes an act of God to get anything repaired! I closed on 12/23 and STILL have items that aren’t fixed. Customer service is not responsive! To say the least.

The after-build consultants have been very responsive to our needs.

It was a great experience

The whole process from start to finish was great. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful along the way. The customer service that I have received so far has been top notch when it comes to fixing issues after the build was done.

I have been around home building my entire life and have never seen a house get built with such lack of care. There were so many things that stood out to show that one the contractor is either way to rushed. Or two they just don’t care. Walls with very little or no paint. Tile that didn’t get grouted in places. Brick work that looked like a little kid did it. List goes on and on. This is just the builder side of things. I have plenty of complaints for the entire company.

Only thing I recommend is having the house sprayed for bugs at least for the first year.... needs to be done now for all the .

This is our second Lennar home. We are very happy with the entire process.

Our salesperson was helpful and great to deal with. The house is well built. The high ceilings really make it work. These empty nesters are so happy with our choice.

When me and my wife first met David, we feared that we would be filling out paperwork and then moving into a house that didn't meet our expectations and that wasn't the case at all! To this day, after a month of me and my wife living in our first house, David still does everything he can to get answers for us or even asks how we're doing with the house.

So the buying process was pretty smooth. My sales rep was Matt. Very helpful answered whatever questions I had. Only issue was I was sold a house that was supposed to have a pretty big backyard but when it was said and done the driveway was really long and the backyard was tiny. By then it was too late to wait for anything else. Plus they picked the poorest rated hoa for the neighborhood.

This has been a great life changing experience for the better!!!!

I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. While buying the house the waiting until the last day to say they needed documents to close. They have 3 weeks and waited until the last day. The loan officer was very nice through the process. ... Beautiful home and latest technology used. Very well constructed. Loan process is fast and easy. Construction team is great, helpful and informative. Overall we are very happy with our new home.

We upgraded the tiles and cabinets to 42” and they installed the wrong tiles and cabinets without notification, the said that they ran out of the tiles we picked and installed a similar ones without notification also installed the 36” cabinets without notifying me either, they don’t have any communication with customers after they get your Downpayment. I had a very good home buying experience.

I like other home buyers to go with the builder 100% not to worry about anything. I am happy costumer and am lucky to have a very good builder like this.

Trying to get a closing date was a nightmare and all amenities which we are paying thousands for are not be completed for more than a year later. People have been in here 2 years and receiving nothing but paying high HOA and taxes.

Excited to get a new built home.
