They gave me windows that are damaged and refusing to fix it, garage floor uneven , sheetrocks with holes in it, horrible workmanship, their refusal to fix anything. It is appalling. Do not buy from Lennar.

Every issue large or small has been taken care of immediately. There is nothing like being treated as though you matter to a company.

I gave my review. The Truth is the Truth. This home purchase has been a train crash from the start.

There was a lot of back and forth between what Lennar should/should not be doing for their customer. This led to some animosity at times, however nothing was ever asked of Lennar that should not have been handled without even asking. Overall, for the most part things were completed before I moved in.

Absolutely love Lennar! They have been supportive and helpful every step of the way.

My thoughts are still out. Waiting for closing day. I would like someone from upper management to contact me when done

Overall process was great. There some hiccups towards closing with Lennar's lender, stuff that could have been avoided if the documents we provided were processed earlier, instead of the week before closing.

Over all great experience. We love our home .

Lenar homes are awsome..it is easy to work with them including sales,loans and other stuff. I like to recommend them please make complete the backyard,fence and all other necessary in home like blinds...and include that amount in loan...

The communication between staff was horrible. For example my husband and I would talk to someone in the loan department and would expect that message to be delivered to the each person on our mortgage case, but instead we would have to explain our self again and again for the same matter. We also had short notice when it came to gathering information to be sent over, and was then told certain things would be accepted but came to find out later in the home-buying process it’s not accepted. The communication was so bad that on the day of closing we didn’t have a time to close. We were waiting on a call from anyone at this point to tell us when to close, but we ended up having to reach out to them, only to have our time canceled at the last sec while moving our stuff into the uhaul trucks. The inspection that we had sucked, only because of the person demonstrating, Elaine. She did not allow my husband to check the plug-ins, which I think is a big deal since we are making a large purchase. Next bad experience was our loan officer I assume was fired and we had a replacement which made it even worst with the communication, because leading up until, it’s like we had to start all over again with our information gathering, nothing was passed on. We would have questions like anyone else in this strenuous process, but when we would call no one would answer and subsequently we would leave voicemails, only to hear back from them a week or 2 later. ... Everyone we have encountered during this experience has been wonderful. We are extremely satisfied.

Had a great experience through the entire process. Each person from the seller to the title company to the builders were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or a problem with anything in the home the builders where there for me immediately with the answer or to take care of the repair. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Bare minimum upgrades in spec homes Phase one of the neighborhood has better upgrades/options.....their motto is Its all included And that was not the case- there were no window treatments, refrigerator or washer and dryer included.

We had a great experience my wife and I as a first time buyer, everything was explained clearly to us.

The home that I recently just bought is perfect for me. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for perfect and reliable atmosphere along with small size and convenience.

My bathtub and shower floors are both stained and even after trying to clean them they remain stained. There were paint splatters all over my floors. Oven had a warped fan and the refrigerator doors are not aligned. I’ve had service people out for various repairs and none of them have been done properly.
