Don’t purchase a new house because they put them up too fast with many errors. The homes are not sealed and protected from outside rodents. Let wide open while being built and rodents nest in these new home and the builders deny resolving the issue.

Never met my sales guy. Wasted money on a flight after getting direction from the sales guy. The loan office gave poor customer service. I understand they are under pressure for year end closing but... not acceptable. Quality of the home build is below standards. Based on my overall experience I will never purchase Lennar

Lennar insisted that they pay off my car with proceed from my sale in Atlanta. Payoff sent was 1000.00 over price and this money could have been put on mortgage. Lenders were VERY unresponsive, All of Lennars team except for one person in title were horrible at their job and never on the clock or in the office. Took more than 24hours for a return call and them they did not know anything.

These has been a nightmare for me. The apartment was not ready at the time of close but under threat of losing money they forced me to close. 60 days after not a single Lennar employee has come to fix the 26 issue that I have in the apartment. Do not trust Lennar Sales team or you will pay the consequences.

I totally get we are I n a pandemic and things happen however. I believe the home I live in was built cheap and rushed. I was told the carpet was back order then all of sudden I have brown carpet with gray floors. Like seriously, everything else has a color match yet brown carpet is thrown in the mix. There were things incomplete during final walk thru and if I did not look as hard a lot of things would have went undone. There were spots of paint left all over the floor I was told it would be cleaned and of course it was not. I am having to call customer service due to things either are ...

This was a HORRIBLE experience especially as a first time homebuyer. I understand delays because of COVID, but no reason for the craftsmanship to be so poor. I can’t even get in contact with anyone to come out and fix the piece in our contract that they legally have to fix and we closed 3 months ago! The communication has been TERRIBLE after we signed our commitment. Closing kept getting delayed because no one wanted to do their job. There was so much trash including beer cans on the property during building. I would NEVER recommend a Lennar home.

they are not building very neatly, they put a laminate with humps, the tiles in the bathroom are crooked, the water ticks in during the rain from under the door! they don’t give paint to the wall and it’s not available in stores! you have to repaint everything with another paint in a different color, instead of a little grease! troyat quickly and badly! I don't recommend buying from them!

This house was closed on and the quality of workmanship was poor upon arrival. Items addressed before closing were not completed. The process to get things fixed under "warranty" as it is put is a horrible experience. I don't know how the house passed inspection with a defective furnace, a missing AC unit, and a missing drain pipe which was dropping water into the basement. Also many other thing like a defective shower pan which has not been fixed yet, and installation of defective doors through out the house. Sales experience was the worst. 4 closing dates scheduled in November and finally was shoved into November 30th. The dishwasher was not installed when I closed and took my keys. ealk through was cancelled 30 minutes before it was scheduled. I didn't show then I got a call from the sales person who calld me a liar that the appointment wasn't cancelled, even though I sent a screen shot of the email cancelling it. How long does it take for cosmetic repairs? I was off from work 5 days for closing and I spent another 5 days after Christmas waiting for technicians to complete the scheduled job request. I communicated with Lennar staff voicing my concerns and was advised I need to schedule another request Monday through Friday? Would I recommend Lennar- absolutely not. I put down 20% and this is what I get! No not happy at all.

The house was not nearly ready for closing. The windows won’t shut, smoke detectors and lights hanging from the wall, concrete cracked, and I was threatened if I didn’t close by end of November, they would keep my deposit. They skipped the final walk through and were still laying carpet while I was at closing. I would not have closed, if I was not being threatened, they would keep my security deposit.

We settled on a home November 29 that was far from ready and with many hidden issues. We did not want to settle. Lennar brought in two Customer Care staff to assure us everything we could see would be taken care of. Two months later the list has grown and only a few things have been addressed. Once in we found out that the dishwasher was installed wrong, refrigerator was damaged, hot water heater stopped working, sunk pump needed repair, fireplace and hearth cannot use, tile floor cracked from wall to wall,cabinets need repair, tile in bathroom installed wrong, wood floors damaged, woodwork ...

Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

We were given the opportunity to "punchlist" the home and many of the items were either unaddressed or the tape marks remained after we moved in. The craftsmanship was really poor, as well as the quality of materials. The project superintendent talked down to all of us on the buyer side, including arguing over a clear code violation until it had to be escalated above his head. It was very clear that the priority was speed to market and margin over any sort of pride in their work or customer satisfaction.

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

Lennar use to have a great reputation for a builder but all has changed today. They try maybe not enough workers but Lennar is not what it use to be. One reason I bought this house is because of Lennar's reputation but all has changed. Maybe this note will help them go back to the quality they use to have instead of trying to build more house than they can handle. Thank you!

They only mean business. They dont care if u missing something. They only nice when u buying. After u complained, They just ignored u. Basically do it yourself kinda thing. Lennar care is good thou. They help u out. Others, thry only good when they dont receive the money yet.
