It’s was a great experience buying from Lennar. people from Lennar are polite and patient ,helpful. My second one will be from Lennar.

The buying process was great, very helpful staff, Rebecca is very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to take that extra step! Site management and their to new home owners could use some work. Follow up on issues can be slow or non existent and you feel like you’re a bother. A little TLC from the site manager would go a long way Also suggest with all the new building you have someone doing area clean up of trash at least occasionally. It’s really a mess with building materials and workers trash, food wrappers, water bottles.,,

I just moved in and the staff was the best, any issues were handled quickly. Would recommend highly.

Takes too long to get your account number to fully participate in websites

Our Real Estate agent Alley was the best. She is very professional and took care of everything. The Best. The residence was in good shape. There were a couple of very minor problems, but were taken care of immediately. We love our new home and the location. We would buy again if we didn’t already own.

We home searched several used homes in the area, but just couldn’t find the right home that didn’t need a lot of updates. Then our realtor took us to Brunswick Plantation. We worked with Ethan who showed us the model home then to the available homes of our interest to purchase. Ethan was great calling/ texting and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, readily available, knowledgeable about the homes and it was a NO pressure sales experience. My only issue was as soon as we purchased, Ethan didn’t respond to any text messages or phone calls with questions asked. Not even please refer your questions to…. He just disappeared after we signed the contract. We had our pre settlement home inspection with James. He was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! If you don’t mind spending 2.5-3.5 hours- which I greatly appreciated- we went room to room, examined everything. He showed us how every appliance, the tankless water heater, irrigation system, HVAC and how EVERYTHING worked! He made sure every minor issue was fixed prior to settlement . I took pages of notes that were SO helpful as we are in our new home! I can’t say enough about James and hope you get him as your construction manager for home inspection. We are not new home buyers, but ALL of his information given was SO useful and appreciated ! We fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw the model home!!! We love all of the LVP floors ( and color of the floor) , the white granite countertops, the white cabinets, stainless appliances, chrome fixtures, All of the closet spaces with SO much storage available, the 2 car garage, the smart thermostat, the beautiful bathrooms and love the brightness of our home with the number of windows. They even used Sherman Williams paint and it is not a pure white but a grayish white. I don’t feel like I have to come in and paint any time soon. We are SO happy with our home! We purchased the bonus room and even though we will use it only for our guests, it adds 3 very large closets, other storage areas, a nice size bedroom, full bathroom, and family room/ game room area! Well, well worth the money!!!!! I just have a few suggestions: Include toilet paper holders Put LVP in the master suite Add more pot lights in the family room ceiling Put the HVAC system on the side of the house rather than behind the kitchen window. Even though you can’t customize anything, everything is perfect. Made for no decisions except which house to purchase. As we have been in our home, we found a few minor issues that customer care is sending workers out to repair within a few days- a very easy process!!! We highly recommend Lennar homes, and our Hamptons development. There are so many activities that are available to you with golf, the pools and the classes in the activity center. My experience buying a home from Lennar was extremely disappointing. The construction quality was poor, with noticeable defects and rushed workmanship throughout the house. Communication was frustrating and inconsistent, and issues we raised were either delayed or ignored. For such a major investment, the lack of attention to detail and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing a home from this builder.

Buying a brand new house is a stressful experience, but everyone I worked with at Lennar went above and beyond to make it less stressful.

Zero quality in the build. Zero craftsmanship Multiple problems not fixed. Lennar considers everything cosmetic or within “variance” Do not buy as they will not fix items and disniss your warranty issues. .

Lennar is the worst home builder. Their sales representatives are bad and homes do not have any latest amenities.

I took control of the house by the end of Dec and till date the mailbox is not setup. I have reached out multiple times but none of them seem to have a concrete update. I left a voicemail as well but no one returned my call to provide me an update. Besides, this I have reached out to fix other cosmetic things at home but experience has not been great. Overall, I have to follow-up multiple times to get things done.

I love kelly and lennar sales and their managers. They are the best in assisting customers. I had good deals for my last 3 houses. But Lennar mortgage is not customer friendly.

The process of purchasing was great. Everything was highly efficient and seamless. The craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. We’ve had them come up to repair the floors once and continue to have issues. The entire first floor will need to have the floors repaired. They are not level, lots of dips and squeaks. The refrigerator is tipping forward due to the floor not being level. The countertop is separating from the wall due to the floor not being level. We have to move the furniture when they come in to do the repairs so I have not been able to actually get settled in the house, despite here nearly 2 months. ... More

Very accommodating, helpful and reliable.

The buying process was ok but Lennar Title was not very communicative and I needed to chase after any changes to be made or to get info. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for and had the basic items tastefully done. If there was an issue, Lennar would fix it, but knowing how to access them was tough and the info needed to be gathered from sales staff. There have been some things that needed correction. Mostly, they were taken care of timely. However, some were not, so that was frustrating. Information needs to be shared better with new residents in some type of all-in-one packet from financing to ARC to maintenance. I am looking forward to the clubhouse being done to give everyone an opportunity to meet and greet! All in all, I am very happy with my new home! ... More

My experience with Lennar was a bit difficult because the person helping me was not bilingual. But those who processed my loan the communicated very well in Spanish except the real estate in Lennar . I’m happy with my new home and I hope I can enjoy it without not problems. Guillermo

Buying experience was super easy. We had our inspection and everything seemed great at first. After a few days, you start to really see why the homes are inexpensive in comparison to other homes. Just under 3 weeks in, the sewer backed up and flooded our kitchen, main bath and part of the main bedroom. It took 3 weeks to get it repaired. After it was done, we were relieved but discovered that after the trim was reinstalled, our bathroom door wouldn't close. No one wants to return calls or do the work correctly. Do yourself a favor and hire a third party to do an inspection. It will be worth it. I appreciate the affordability, but man, they need better contractors, and ones who care. ... More

After the sale responsiveness is lousy

Sales person was great, the person keeping us informed on the process was great and the construction manager was excellent.

Beginning with Casey of the Sales Office to the entire Lennar team, I found each phase of the purchase process easy and well guided. My home is comfortable, well built and I'm convinced I made the right decision to join this community.

My wife and I closed on a gorgeous home in November 2025 and couldn’t be happier. We waited a few months to review and no problems or complaints. As first time homebuyers, the New Home Orientation was incredibly valuable and unexpected. Knowing that Lennar cares that we know how our home works rather than just selling it to us showed they care and want their customers to be happy. We enjoyed the transparency our representative had with us and never pressured us to buy what we didn’t need. Construction manager Ryan was phenomenal at explaining everything to us, and my wife and I would absolutely buy again. ... More

The sales person was terrific, very helpful and informative. The home is quite lovely, there were a few minor issues but Lennar was Johnny on the spot and took care of them super fast! The neighborhood is lovely, only issues are the same everywhere, parking is challenging and while parking on the street is not allowed, there are those few who park there any way. My husband and I are very happy with our home and with Lennar, especially our property manager, they are just such a great resource for everything! Finally, if you're looking to buy a new home here, Do It!

Would be nice to use better paint. Explain more about the house. The grass around the house is so uneven you can really hurt yourself or anyones that comes to your house. Very dangerous. There is no warranty on the garage floor. There is a crack all the way across the width of the garage floor. Not happy about that!
