The process with Lennar was fairly painless and the house has been great so far. The kitchen cabinets are the only thing that I don't love the quality of, but it hasn't been an issue.

I am dissatisfied with how we received the exterior of our home. We were promised a finished product and the sod was laid down poorly the driveway was never power washed the exterior we did receive the touch up paint around the house. We had to request the windows to be cleaned. I didn’t have a wow factor when I turned the key to enter my home for the first time. The floors were sticky dust was on the rails baseboards, doors and the floors

We love our new home

We had so many repairs around the house that has taken so long to get it done. We have been in this repairs issues for almost three months now

I loved that everything was included.

The home is beautiful, the process of purchasing the house was seamless! They took care of our requests within the first couple of months. The problem came after the 3 months, we have 3 ticked open and no response or whatsoever, I am worried now about the 12 months final inspection, not sure if they just want us to wait until then or if that’s how it will be moving forward.

It was good experience .few minor issues that they promised to take care of that.

Buying this home and settling in was a refreshingly smooth experience.

I have had a really good experience with Lennar being a first time home buyer. The worst thing about it was the closing which was done in a parking lot so i didn't get that "closing" experience I've always dreamed about at the t table signing papers but COVID is to blame for that, not Lennar...they are very responsive to any issues i have via the ticket process set in place.

I think the process was great despite the delays, but that was to be expected mid pandemic. The quality of workmanship is very poor though. As we live here longer we see clear errors of workmanship whether it be low quality materials, lack of care, or inexperience by the workers. There are scuffs on trim painted over, bulges in Sheetrock, we have tons of nail pops (that we were told are not covered under warranty), caulking is splitting in multiple places (again, not covered under warranty). Other than these noticeable cosmetic mistakes and issues (that won’t be fixed because it’s not “covered”) the process was nice, the managers have been very nice as well. ... More

Quality Control bad in construction

We had an awesome experience with Lennar. As first time home buyers moving from PA to Florida, it could have been super stressful. They made it simple and enjoyable and we got an amazing home for the price. We love it and when small issues have come up, they have taken care of them very quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend Lennar. Thank you!!

How friendly and honest the staff has been. Lisa has been great throughout. She’s been there to answer all questions and made sure to keep us informed. Always prompt and just made it an enjoyable experience. Even after there was some fixes but nothing they couldn’t help fix and even then have been really accommodating and pleasant to work with Trevor as well.

Lennar is the home of my choice! My home is upscale and beautiful. Plus everything is included. Which is amazing for the price. They have this fantastic team the works with you from beginning to end, To answer any questions help with any matters or concerns. I never had to wait for help someone was always quick to respond with a Knowledgeable answer or fix. I was treated like 1st class in a family way. Everyone was so nice. I had an excellent over all experience with this home buying purchase. I also feel my experience is not over I feel Lennar will be there if I need them in the future.
