Warranty responsiveness has been excellent. Vendors providing the service not so much. Continue to find minor construction related flaws and submit my request for service.

Look for another builder that has higher standards.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was somewhat understandable that their office was limited interacting with their clients; however, it was very difficult getting to them for questions we had while trying to buy and close our house with Lennar. They were always late responding to our emails and phone calls. We had to try multiple times to get the answers we need in order to move on to the next step. During the last few days while closing the house, it was hard to contact them with questions and to find out the status of the closing process. After we moved into our new house, the customer service response to our service requests have been poor, delayed and frustrating. There were many issues we found at the time of final walk-through before we moved in, but only half of the list was repaired by the time we moved in. We found more and more items that required the repairs, but Lennar's response has been insincere and dishonest. They promised that all items we put into the repair list will be taken care of as soon as possible, but until today, they have only managed to repair few things on the list, i.e. 30% of the items in the list. We had to keep asking the same thing over and over until one or two items on the list get taken care of, then no response from Lennar customer service rep. Only a trickery and falsifying promise was given whenever we made requests for the repairs. In addition, the house has so many issues that need the repairs, we were so disappointed on the workmanship and the materials Lennar used to build the new house for the buyers. ... More

Awesome experience and quality

I would never buy another Lennar home. Terrible builder, shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. You definitely do not get what you pay for.

The houses are poorly built not enough insulation between floors trim work is shoddy too many items to mention on this I wouldn’t recommend their homes

The homes here at Wildwing are very nice! We are extremely happy with our new home and quality appears to be good. We had a few small items along the way but I think that can happen with any upper end track home.

House has been great and any issues we find they are quickly fixed right away. The only issue I have is the placement of of lighting fixtures throughout the house. The lights were placed lined up and centered in many places and makes my OCD a hard time.

This is my second Lennar home. These homes have good “bones”. Great response for warranty repairs. Thank you Lennar!

We love our home! It is so beautiful! And Lennar is very serious about continuing to make it perfect even after moving in. For example as houses settle, doors can potentially warp and not close properly. They are so prompt in making sure if there's anything like that it is taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to critique one thing it would be the paint. It has a matte finish so it isn't that easy or pleasant to clean. Eventually we'll probably be repainting the whole house because I love paint you can just wipe down easily. Other than that the whole experience was quick easy and we ended up in a home we love! ... We closed on the house with drywall not finished—major holes in a closet and bathroom. Also a lot of paint touch ups and blue tape was still on the walls. We had a cracked step and a broken window also. Five months later.... we’re still waiting for most of the jobs to get done. In mid-August a manager came to the property and told us all the jobs would get done one day first week of September. We haven’t heard back from him, but several people have randomly shown up on different days, with little to no communication to arrange. We are so frustrated! Here it is the end of September and I still have tape all over the house. We appreciated the manager coming out.... but there has been no follow up since that day, so it seems like he just came to sweet talk us and get us to fill out the August survey with good reviews. I would buy a Lennar house again, but I will not close until the house is in the condition a brand new house should be in. ... More

Bruce, Keith and Stuart made my home purchase an easy adventure from the start, through construction and after. Brian and Lucy from Eagle Mortgage made the paperwork process easy and my remote closing a breeze.

No high pressure sales tactics and great people to work with - before during and after purchase.

The only reason Lennar didn’t get a 5 for quality of workmanship and materials is that we did have some issues with broken column pieces, bathroom fixtures, and cracks in the stucco exterior walls. But they did address the fort two promptly and arm monitoring the third.

The people I worked with from the contract all the way through to the Home Orientation Specialist were amazing and everyone had great personalities. I have noticed as time has gone on, that the finish work in my home is very questionable. I definitely have a house that is structurally sound, however, on a daily basis I see screws/nails popping, caulking not applied well enough, etc. I have also heard that there is an issue with the annual reviews being completed on time or even people getting a response. I have not completed this process yet but I foresee this being an issue for me as well.

Alot of information was not included with buying this house & quiet a few issues came up. 1. New owners have to seal all the grout throughout the entire home.(found this AFTER we moved in by neighbors also upset about this.)2. If a wall has a crack or the window bead is coming away from the wall, custmer care will not fix it for an entire YEAR, because it is considered cosmetic(sure hope visitors don't mind seeing this in our BRAND NEW home!)3. Wooden floors creek, ALOT, didnt notice this in the final walkthru.4. Poor insulation, noise carries throughout the entire house.5. An electrical outlet was completely forgotten, left only with an electrical box! *How did this home pass the final electrical inspection? 5. Low grade carpet( for the price of this home, carpet should be plush)6. The yard has a drain but grounds are soaking wet, irrigation box has water in it, still waiting for them to address it( it been 2 weeks now)7. Driveway has stains on it mixed into the concrete mix(mud?dirt?) 8. Fence boards are splattered with concrete(thought it would wash off, thinking it was only mud.)Overall, disappointed in the quality for the amount that this home cost. Advise: during walkthru , look for workmanship issues,dont be shy, write them ALL down, make sure they are addressed/ talk to the neighbors in the neighborhood you're considering....they will have valuable feedback. ... Impressive floor plans and very responsive customer care Post purchase

I bought this house as an investment and I was very happy when I signed with tenants just 15 days after closing. I still haven't seen the house ready (I don't live in the USA), but I know that everything was fine and my tenants are very satisfied there. Thanks Lennar.

Had a great experience with the sales, post sales and customer exp team. Loved it! House was build with good quality.

Did not anticipate as many issues with a brand new construction which I continue to run into. It seems that the rush to build to sell these houses is a priority and attention to detail is not. I trusted Lennar to deliver a finished home to the expectation as identified when it was sold to me. That was not the case. From an unclean house to malfunctioning garage door is not what I expected when I set out to purchase a newly constructed house. Very disappointed.

Overall, the experience was good from the time I was introduced to the new development, put on the waiting list to purchase and then finally purchasing my new home. Tami Rasor was awesome with Lennar. She made me feel comfortable and always followed up whenever I had a question. Would recommend buying a Lennar home!

We purchased a Lennar homeMay 5th, the salesperson was well aware of our wants for the home we purchased. We are unable to act on these wants since the salesperson never made us aware of an easement at our property along with 5 more adjacent homes. None of us were made aware of the easement until architechiral requests were submitted. The trustworthiness of the sales people are questionable. We have had to call the warranty people over the last 3 months for many failures in the building process. We are not even acting on some of the failures in the building process due to the disturbance it would create to bring them to a satisfactory state. I would definitely think before acting in another purchase of a Lennar home. ... More
