We love the house but not used to doing all paperwork on the computer

On the building end of things, most things were fine. Construction was great to work and incredibly helpful. Of it weren’t for the helpfulness and caring of the construction team, I don’t know what we would have done. The same goes for the loan department. They were always there to answer questions and provide guidance. However, the sales team was far from the quality I expected. From day one, we were not treated kindly. Concerns and questions, if answered, were short and dismissive. When farther along in the process, an incredible lack of communication made the closing process beyond frustrating and overwhelming. At one point, I was called about flooring and treated rudely because they(sales office) had an oversight and wanted me to rush in picking flooring. I was belittled and was even given wrong information about my contract. So much so, I had to get my copy and direct the sales team to the page so I could verify the flooring purchase. In the last two weeks of the sale, there managed to be so little communication that I was out a refrigerator and a washer and dryer. The communications with the sales team at that point were inexcusable. I was finally able to contact upper management where things were handled with more tact. You would think that a sales team would be more communicative, helpful, and understanding as buying a home(let alone a new build) is not something people do every single day. It would have been nice to be treated with more care and appreciation from the sales team. Outside of that, we are loving our home and the care from the construction team we continue to receive! Everyone on-site was very attentive to my questions and needs regarding my new home.

Good follow up from buider

Really enjoyed the builder sales rep, construction site manager, and customer rep. All three have customer service personalities and are easy to communicate with. They also respond quickly.

Low quality and poor craftsmanship.

Lennar has been great -- friendly, responsive, prompt. Whoever did the appliance install is a different matter: the hot water did not work due to a melted connection, the microwave had been dropped, damaged and nevertheless installed, and the dishwasher install caused damage to the cabinet trim. Might want to review relationship with that subcontractor.

This was my first experience buying a house and they make it awesome!!

The entire experience went very smoothly. The home is beautiful and the Lennar people have been great.

I’m a first-time homeowner so I was really nervous going into this process but the Lennar staff was very helpful and made everything easy. They seem like they have a real good handle on their business, they were pandemic-ready with digital forms and staff members who were very responsive to text messages and emails. My dream home turned out wonderfully. I was very happy with the quality of the home as well as all of the included amenities.

Must credit our realtor Adnan who introduced us to a Matt, who represents Lennar. Our development was nearing completion and model, that we really liked, was to be built on one of the last lots. While the original completion date was delayed a bit, we are now in for a week and enjoying the home. Kudos to Ben (Lennar) who remains very responsive to some minor things that need to be completed. Overall, have been very pleased with our Lennar experience and our new home!

Everything in this house is even Steven and square, love it! Now if I can just get all my stuff squared away?

Overall great experience with our new Home. Michael took time to make sure everything was fix prior to our closing. Few things still need to be done. But overall my wife and I are very happy with our new Home!!

Quality of workmanship is lacking. Lots of shortcuts taken. Promises made and not delivered or had to remind several times. Closing day was a fiasco.

This was a very positive experience. All details were handled in a positive manner. Lennar made our closing like a celebration. There were banners and people to welcome you to your home.

Junior has been the best thing about our experience with Lennar. Always helpful, available and prompt. Give that man a raise!!!

We had a Lennar home in Summerlin that we were very happy with. So when it was time to sell and move on, we considered other builders, but since we were so happy with our previous home, we could not stray.. From the moment we met our sales representative Brian, to the working relationship we developed with Joel and Brandon during the building process, then meeting Paul to discuss our warranty, was truly a enjoyable experience. We love our new home. Thank you!

The company was great in all aspects throughout the entire experience. Even after closing. Highly recommend!

Don't trust never in lennar

Builder's not doing a good job. I paid lots of money for my house and the finished product is bad. Lack of paint inside and out,etc...

Everything is ready. So I like to have time to relax after move in.
